Travis was Awesome and very professional and gave me excellent automobile advice and was very caring and nice while at the same time working very efficently and getting my vehicle towed asap. He cares! Hes impressive!

Travis was amazing. I came to savannah on a weekend vacation with my family and my transmission blew. Travis showed up in a timely manner and recommended me the proper mechanic to take to! (This company has a 4 star rating on Yelp). Tow cost me 95$ which I thought was a decent price and even told me how I could possibly have my insurance cover the tow fee! I cannot recommended these guys enough! Thanks Travis and crew!

This was the best service I have ever had from a towing company! The driver was very polite and helpful! I was in the parking lot at Sams on Montgomery XRDS and my car decided to not function properly! It was late Friday evening! I had to leave my car overnight which was very disconcerting! Saturday morning I called several tow companies and they all quoted me the same exorbitant charge to tow my car from a 31406 zip code to a 31401 zip code which is about a 10 minute drive on the Truman Pwky! They also told me that they would arrive in one and a half hour or two hours! Not only did I get a more reasonable charge I received prompt and quick service! I highly recommend Gordons Wrecker Services for your towing needs! I deleted all the other towing companies from my cellphone!

I would rate 0 if possible. The worst towing company in savannah. I had them tow my car to a local shop and when it got there the shop owner immediately called me to tell me that my exhaust had been ripped off by the driver. Zero concern for you vehicle. Zero concern for your business. Then when I called to inquire about what had happened I was abruptly hung up on. Horrible customer service and a horrible towing company

Best towing service I’ve ever had!!! If I could give 6 stars I would lol. They called and came fast and exactly when they said they would. Whenever you need your car towed, you know you’re having a bad day. Bob, who towed my car yesterday, made a bad day better! I totally inconvenienced him by accidentally giving him the wrong keys to my Prius which made his job way harder. He was patient and kind about it. I’ve had bad experiences with other towing companies (aka southern towing) and am so thankful that Bob lightened the burden of my car not starting with his great customer service!

Terrible service. If you get towed by them, youd better set aside a few hours to get your car back because they do not even have anyone working at their yard. Youll have to get in touch with them and then wait for it to be convenient for a driver to get there. When the driver finally shows up nearly an hour and a half after our arrival, he has the audacity to tell us he was doing us a favor because we were outside of office hours. Keep in mind, this is at 3PM after being instructed by phone that their office hours were 8am-6pm. Long story short, do not use this company unless youre dead set on screwing anyone you tow.

HORRID SERVICE - CALL ANYONE ELSE. I am a property manager of a newer property in the Pooler area and I just got off the phone with an employee named Rhonda from this awful tow service. She proceeded to tell me, in every way, how dumb we are and how she was doing us a favor by providing towing service to our property. She said they do not have time to provide towing service to us because they are busy towing cars off the road and that is more important. We have been waiting on them for 2 months to tow vehicles, when they had been providing this service for the last year. All we were asking for was information so we could continue to tow when needed. Seems like this is not the first conversation with property managers that did not go well. BEWARE of Rhonda!!!

Best wrecker service to call

We accidentally locked ourselves out of our car... Downtown Savannah in a parking garage!! Luckily I have roadside assistance with Geico, so I called them and they dispatched Gordons to come help and they would be under an hour or less. Gordons called me 5 mins after I got off the phone with Geico to let me know he was getting a driver to head our way asap. 30 mins later the driver called to double check my location and to let me know he was about 10 mins away. He was there w/in 10 mins and had the job done w/in 5!! He was professional and extremely nice!! He made a bad situation not so bad! Thanks again Howard!! If I ever need a wrecker service I will definitely be calling Gordons!! 😃
