Customer service was subpar. I was interrupted multiples times by Ms. Rita just to find out I don’t qualify for a technician to come out. Do better.
Service was very good, he got the job done in no time. I would use this company again.
A&E was contracted out 3 times through a Home Depot appliance protection plan to repair our refrigerator ice maker (it was jamming). After 3 repair attempts they still were not able to fix it and we wound up getting a full refund for the appliance through the protection plan.
Did a good job once the parts arrived
I am taking the time to write this because I was not only pleased, but impressed.Needed a washing machine repair sooner rather than later as was stuck on rinse cycle. It was a Wednesday morning, called four repair companies, two of whom could not come until the next week; one said we don’t wear a mask, one took five hours to return my call. Called Sears, was on hold for way too long so decided to use their online form. Made booking, which was confirmed in a few minutes; they would be sending Scott same day, 10-2 (!).Couldn’t quite believe it after the trouble getting anyone else, but by 2:10, he was there, wearing a mask which was appreciated. He was very courteous, professional and thorough. He was even wearing a uniform-it was like I fell asleep and woke up and it was 1962. I do believe that Sears is more expensive, but it is fair enough given the ready availability, promptness and professionalism. You may not make them your first call, but you want them in the ‘Rolodex’.
Bradley H was the only and I mean ONLY service technician that really took his job seriously and diagnosed my refrigerator/freezer, after 8+months of reoccurring fluctuating temperatures, Loss wages from getting off work early, 2 previous techs, countless amounts of food being wasted due to spoilage and just when I was about to give up and consider my losses Bradley H appeared. He really was absolutely professional and the very same day diagnosed my issue instead of educated guessing. When I sign up for the Sear Home Protection service he will get the credit for informing me of this. He was absolutely the best qualified technician I have ever met. Thank you. PS. Sears Get more like him
The repair technicians have been on time and they are very courteous. However they seem completely lost when it comes to repairing our Kenmore Elite refrigerator. The issue we have is that we have been dealing with a refrigerator that is a complete lemon and Sears has not offered to replace it. Its not even two years old, and so far, the entire back panel with fan assembly has been replaced, the compressor has been replaced, and the firmware on the logic board has been updated twice. The refrigerator is now extremely loud (even worse when you open the door) and now the ice maker doesnt work.We spent $2,500 on this amazing refrigerator and have not been able to use it properly since October with no real resolution in sight. We have lost two full refrigerators worth of food, and were hesitant to stock it again because the technicians/Sears cannot provide good enough service to either completely fix the problem, or replace the refrigerator entirely.I definitely wont be purchasing Kenmore products in the future.
Our service technician has been very kind and helpful the 3 times he has been to our home. Its our understanding the problem with our refrigerator cannot be fixed so we are awaiting contact from a Sears representative regarding the next step.
Gary the technician was very nice showed up very prompt the only problem I have is that the refrigerator was not repaired when calling you back for service to come back they said he was busy and post it out another week so Im not very happy sitting here now waiting for him to come back a week later trying to repair since July 6th
Zero stars is too many stars. We have been without a working dryer since the end of June...It is now the end of September. We purchased a protection plan for maintenance and repairs. We have had 4 repairmen out to fix the dryer and it now requires a 5th appointment but we have to wait 2 more weeks until an available appointment. When it takes 2 hours on average to get a human on the phone to talk with you know you have made a HUGE mistake purchasing an appliance and services! Customer service has really gone to the wayside with Sears which is unfortunate. Never again! Never again!
The service technician was awesome!!! Ron had a very sweet personality,he explain everything to me carefully and showed me what went wrong with my refrigerator. Both technicians did an excellent job. The customer service was excellent as well. Sears get 5 stars from
The best advice I can give from my experience with Sears repair is to NOT even deal with them. Go elsewhere. For the past 3+ months they have been giving us the run around. They DO not know how to properly diagnose and they demand extra money at time of service although you have proof you paid for the service in full! After 15+ hours on the phone just this past week with them and the refrigerator is still not fixed... do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are thieves!
Edwin came in with a warm greeting and pleasant attitude. He was knowledgeable and he went about fixing the dishwasher without any fuss. He answered our questions to our satisfaction and completed the job in a timely manor.
Our service guy arrived on time, called prior as directed, knew what he was doing and was a very nice guy!! We definitely would give him a 5 star rating.. We havent had an appliance repairman in her home for years because we have had new appliances so with this gentleman doing such a great job we dont worry now if we need to have the service on our appliances we know he will do a great job!
The technician was wonderful. Sears service and scheduling was horrible. We called for an appointment on May 29th. They cancelled and rescheduled the appointments throughout the time. The technician finally came on July 24. We had to buy a new refrigerator as who can go two months with no refrigerator?
Got the correct part I ordered quickly and works as intented.
Outstanding. I received the appointment in a reasonable time line and was notified on the appointment day about a 2 hour window and then a on the way notification. I was asked by the technician and did renew my warranty on the spot. All persons involved with this repair was excellent, courteous and professional.I will recommend this service to others.
The technician was on time and did an excellent job getting my Dads washer and dryer back in working condition. He was thorough and didnt do any repairs until he told me what was wrong and what was needed to get the appliances working again. I appreciated his professionalism as he completed the repairs.
I was scheduled for the annual check up that came with my extended warranty on my appliances. The customer service person said she could not schedule them all on the same day because different technicians would have to check the different appliances. On the first scheduled day a technician came and checked my dish washer, dryer and range. He was very nice and efficent. A week later on another scheduled day a technician came to check my washing machine. He was the same technician that had checked the other appliances the week before. I stated that I was surprised to see him as I was told he could not check my washing machine. This was exactly what the service customer person told me could not be done when we were scheduling the appointments. This cost me another day of having to stay at my home and wait on someone to arrive. Not to mention that it cost your company another trip ( and a lengthy one at that, to my house. The check up only took minutes. Not very cost effective for you and not a way to build good customer trust and relations.
The repairman was courteous, knowledgeable, and repaired my dishwasher in good time! Nice to see a polished gentleman representing Sears. My husband worked for Sears for 37 years and I am glad I can refer to a company keeping excellent standards ! Makes me proud Sears is still excellent!,,
2 months to get someone out to do the work in the dead of summer with 90 degree days. Tech found it requires parts, and then we have to schedule another long wait appointment for someone to come back out. 1 star for wait.WAY TOO LONG!!!!!The service tech was good, just seemed he has too much to accomplish.5 stars for tech.
The technician, Tony, was very helpful and completed the review of our appliance effectively. He called before arrival so we were prepared for his call and he arrived on time. Very good service.
We called for repairs on dryer because it was making a very loud noise while in operation. The service repair person was very prompt on the scheduled day of the visit and appear to do the work on the dryer citing that it just needed to be cleaned and greased. After service, the dryer was very quiet and seemed repaired. Within an hour of operation after the service was performed, the dryer returned to making the same loud noise as previously. I called the Sears service line the same day of the repairs and was told it would be 3 weeks before another service call could be scheduled. The service repair visit was $280 and the dryer was not repaired and we have to wait 3 weeks before the service tech can return.
Stellar service! My technician was very knowledgeable & experienced. He repaired my dishwasher pump quickly. I couldnt have been more pleased!!
An appointment I had waited on for 2 weeks was abruptly cancelled by Sears with a new appointment offered 3 weeks away!!! The first person hung up the phone when I began to complain as I had already been waiting 5 hours for the technician to arrive!! Talking to three more people got me more frustration and no solution!
Our serviceman, Edmund, is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable in all types of large appliance repair. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and took the appropriate corrective action expertly and efficiently. I would welcome this fine young man back into my home for any future servicing that I might need.
Everything was great. My repairman Tony was really great. He kept me informed about everything that was being done. I would definitely use this service again in the future.
I appreciate Edmond taking the time to clean my washer when I was having brown flakes appear on my clothes after washing.
Large appliance repair technicians keep saying just busy they are, such as, bringing help from Jacksonville and Brunswick, but they really dont care about what they are actually doing. Also, no one will help you. Whole Sears corporation doesnt care about its customers. So, if you like to be treated like trash and pay money for services you will never receive, this is the place for you!
Always prompt. Friendly service technicians. Professional and courteous. Recommend.
Repair on Friday 11/1 did not correct the problem!!! problem still exists!!!tech was rescheduled for wednesday last week and then frinday and then saturday. he was a no show for all three days. problem still exists!!! please come and fix it.
The repairman was just great! Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly! Just a great job!
Tech kept us appraised of arrival time (Hermine created high winds and heavy rain, that day), he was nicely dressed, polite, and very knowledgeable. Our washer and dryer were repaired very promptly and have been working fine. Exemplary young man.
Cheerful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Realized there was a problem but was unable to fix it at that time. He recommended a washer tech, which we have just setup. Only problem- seems to be no info transferred or received so the new tech will come in unaware...but we do have a part- pressure sensor. Good luck. See you soondoug draper
The repair person was outstanding....He was on time, cordial and identified the component which needed to be changed in order that the freezer and regular refrigerator could function properly....We are completely satisfied with the engagement and the people who we initially called got the right person and timely response
We began the process of trying to have a repairman scheduled over a month ago. We described the issue over the phone and was assured it was our lucky day and that a repairman could come that very day (this is rental property, which is not currently occupied), so we sat there for 6 hours, with two additional calls to the service number, and assurance he is on his way. NOT SO. This led to many surveys and finally email responses from individuals who put their name and contact info on the email, apologizing, and asking for another chance. Which we did, and the second scheduled service call, which was cancelled with a voice mail that the truck had broken down--again, emails and apologizes. The last chance was on 1/20 and when the repairman, Edmund, came--courteous and helpful, and apologizing for the former issues we had. He diagnosed the issue, tried to repair it and indicated a part needed to be ordered, which he did, and it actually was delivered the next day, and he was scheduled for the next day for installation, which DID occur on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time. We grew up with SEARS appliances and customer service which could be depended upon. With the exception of Edmund and Roxanne (the MSAT Recovery individual), our experiences with SEARS of 2016, has not been as we expected. If SEARS expects to continue to get and keep customers, they need more individuals like these two. IT IS HARD TO GIVE A RATING OF 5 STARS, EXCEPT TO EDMUND AND ROXANNE, AS THE OTHER PARTS OF THE SCHEDULING AND DELIVERY PRIOR TO THEIR INVOLVEMENT WAS A ZERO.LOVED IT ONLY REFERS TO EDMUND AND ROXANNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!The Rodgers
Did a outstanding job had all the parts and equipment to take care of the issue on the first trip. The tech. was knowledge concerning this problem and how to fix it. I was very satisfied with the work and the way he handled hisself.
I called SEARS due their coupon. I not only got savings but great service from Raymond. Our dryer was repaired & and cleaned from lint in a professional manner. Raymond is a valued employe!
I didnt even get as far as scheduling an appointment but the total concept of their service is ridiculous. I already knew the issue with my dryer and was calling around comparing prices for the service. They told me I had to have a technician come out to my house and tell me what I already knew in order to get a price. But if I declined to have them fix it I would have to pay for the technician to come out! Why should I have to pay for him to come out to tell me what I already know? Especially just to get a price
He was on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Thanks.
Dealing with Sears Appliance repair has been the worst home owning experience of my life. After waiting for the parts to be installed, the machine is still in the same condition before the repair-not working. The next available appointment is 12 days away. My experience with the call center is that they just want to sell more warranties. No more Sears for me!
My large front burner on my gas cooktop does not always come on. Sometimes it has to be tried 4 or 5 times before lighting. At that time the gas smell is awful. The service rep came out on Saturday while I was gone. (My husband was here.) The rep said all was fine. We just had to push down on the knob. It was tried several times and it worked. But it doesnt work all the time. So now what? Even my husband says it is not working correctly. I dont know how to push down on the knob any differently. Maybe I am doing something wrong but so are the other 4 people living in this house. Do we wait until there is an explosion? Do have someone else come out and teach us how to push down on the knob? I really dont know what to do because I would be embarrassed if it is just some fancy way to push down on the knob. This is frustrating.
Quick, knowledgeable, great customer service. Had my washer up and going in 15 minutes. Super-friendly technician. Reasonable repair cost.
The Sears repair person (Edmond) was very helpful and Knowledgeable and was very courteous and friendly. He fixed my problem and give me some very good advice as how to keep my appliances working going forward and eliminating problems before they occur. Kerry
The tech was very nice and prompt but my issues was not resolved. Although I stated clearly at the time of making the appointment, the part that would be required to fix my microwave door, he did not come prepared with the part.
Technician called to advise of his arrival time time window. He was polite and expertly repaired my dishwasher and performed a checkup.
Excellent Service. Very professional young man who knows his skills. My A/C unit is working better than ever.
The top rack of my dishwasher kept coming loose on one side causing the rack to hang precariously from the good side. The Sears repair man, Billy, came right when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, said he needed a part and that it would hopefully be in the next day. The next morning, Billy called and came with the part. He replaced the old plastic piece with a strong metal one and weve had no problems since. So, within the span of 2 mornings, Billy made the dishwasher [Kitchen-Aid] better and stronger than it was initially. Insured...no charge. I am happy with the result.
The Tech was running late but he did call us. Once here he checked washer and dryer, the washer needed parts which he had. All went well.
Tony, the service man, was polite and knowledgeable. I send kudos to hisboss as I would definitely recommend Sears and Tony for any appliance repair. A good experience.
Excellent job in a timely manner.
Clock went out on stove. Serviceman came and had to order part. Part came in 5 days and he came an fixed it. Stove working great.
Outstanding job! Dryer was fixed in less than 24 hours. Wife is happy and a happy wife is a happy life.
The service guys were great! The refrigerator freezer I love except for one thing. I makes very little ice. I am always having to supplement ice from the store! Even on the so-called excellorated ice maker it is not making much. I am disappointed in that.
The technician was punctual and very polite. He fixed the problem, and then gave me a very understandable explanation of what had gone wrong. I have nothing but positive feelings about the experience!
Have been waiting over 8 weeks to have my washer fixed. The way their service works now is, you call for repair, wait a week for technician to come out, then wait another week for ordered parts to come in, then another week for the technician to come back out to install the parts. and God forbid that the 1st tech doesnt order the correct parts so you have to go through the whole 3 week process again. Then when the washer is supposed to be fixed and you go to use it only to have it doing the exact same thing it was on the original call 6 weeks ago. So the whole process starts ALL over again. Hopefully not another 9 weeks without a washer. It was much nicer when Sears had their own trucks with the parts on them and the repairs were made the same day they came out. This BS of having to wait so long to get any service done and to have the repairs properly done is not a good way to keep customers happy and loyal.
Our service repairer can in and serviced all appliances spike the fact another service person was to do two appliances at another date .He called Sears and scheduled the other two and serviced them also spike the fact we were preparing to evacuate.I am the daughter Bernice that dealt with him and I was very pleased that he took his time and did not rush out. He called before he came and arrive when he said he would. He was very knowlegeable and explained to me what he was going to do and what he did. He was a very patience and pleasent person to have in our home. I highly rate and recommend their services.
This review is for Sears in general. We were given a repair date over a month after we called for washing machine repair. I replaced the broken water drain pump myself. This is the second time that Sears has given me a repair date over a month from the original call. I am done with Sears. Their idea of service is laughable. If you want to buy a product and have reasonable service, I suggest you buy elsewhere.
Had to wait 2 weeks to get my fridge repaired. 1st repairman didnt have faulty part. Had 2 order. 2nd guy came out in 2weeks. Faulty part 1st guy said was the problem was not the problem. Fortunately the 2nd repairman had the necessary part on his truck. Why 2 week wait?? Only 1 repairman covering Savannah. The rest come up from 2 hours away in Florida.
The technician was cordial, very professional and knew what he was doing. I was very pleased with the quality of the service.
This was third time for same noise problem,, which developed shortly after the Samsung recall parts were installed earlier this year. I dont believe the noise is a normal function of the the washer, as the technician stated and nothing he would do to correct it. Paraphrasing and in quick summary of his report, the technician stated Samsung should stick with electronics and not household products. Not satisfied with this service call.
I had expected the technician to come diagnosis the problem and have to come back to make the repair. I was quite happy to jabe the repair made immediately. Edmond was efficient and friendly.
It was very good, the only thing I think could have been improved on would have been if I could have ask the service man on the phone prior to him getting here...can you get in my gated community, do you have a Pass? I thought the service was good, and the service man very helpful!
Simple repair took more than a month from first call (on about 2/27/17) to final completion.Very unsatisfactory experience. After diagnosing the problem and ordering replacement parts, a return visit was first scheduled for 3/17 before 4:00. I made it very clear that we would not be able to be present after 5:00 that day. I was repeatedly assured service person would be here before 5:00, even during the day on 3/17, but he did not show up so we had to reschedule. Next available date was 3/29 with a ridiculous window of 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Service person arrived in mid-afternoon on the 29th and completed repair in about 10 minutes.
Finally, on Friday, June 30 the technicians showed up to replace a part that was ordered a month before for my refrigerator. After they left, I realized the new part was not working any better than the old part. There were 2 technicians here; you would think at least one of them would have noticed it and said something. Our refrigerator is 6 years old and we paid a lot of money for the extended warranty and now we had to make yet another appointment, our third, to fix this problem! I believe the part that was shipped to us was for a new refrigerator and does not work well with our 6 year old machine. Very disappointed!!!
I had (2) appointments for two different things on the same day. Both Tech;s were Good to go. But sears itself was not. had to wait 7 weeks for a Air conditioner problem. clearly unacceptable. I promise that theu would not wait that long for a payment.
I wish I could remember service associates name. His technician number is# 0620252. Best service ever and very professional.
The technician was very knowledgable and completed the repair in no time. He was here promptly, very professional, answered all my questions and did a wonderful job Highly satisfied!
Excellent service, Edmond the Tech was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Would use again.
L left the requested repair list with my husband. The technician arrived, and took care of all items on the list. Lawn tractor is like new.
A & E (Sears) Appliance Repair customer service online is not dependable. I was waiting for the technician, called when they were late and was told my appointment had be rescheduled out a month.Customer service in the Philippines does the best they can but when the local route manager changes/cancels the appointment without contacting the customer it is unacceptable. When I escalated to Customer Solutions in Tucson, AZ Deloris told me dont to call back because it takes 24 hours for the system to update and I should know that.It took 6 service technicians in 5 states over 90 days as I traveled in my RV before Anthony out of the Savannah office knew how to properly repair my residential Samsung refrigerator in my motorhome on SO# 42284778.They may be good at replacing ice makers but if it needs a new compressor or condenser coil, you better get Anthony.
I was very disappointed with communication as I was told the window of arrival was between 3-5 pm and they called at 8:30 am on their way. I was also told at this time that 2 repairman would be coming and I would be charged 2 service charges. I had no choice but to agree. Once they were they they said it was a plumbing issue and that I needed to call a plumber - I didnt get the feeling that they really cared or wanted to put forth any effort. Bottom line - they left and I was still without a working washer. I have used sears for years but was extremely disappointed and honestly dont know if I will ever purchase from Sears again.
The repair of the seal on the freezer lower door lasted about one week; yesterday I noticed that the freezer is once again full of frost. I am calling on Monday morning, 9/19/16 for a repairman to come to my house again. This refrigerator/freezer is only one year old! Linda Fountain
The Repairmen was Just Great, and very helpful, this is the second service call he has been on to my house, he is very professional, and seems to be very knowledgeable of his job. you have a great employee...
Arrived at end of day before 5PM. Repair job done quickly. No problem with transaction.
My freezer if FINALLY fixed after waiting eight weeks for parts and service on this item that was still under manufacturers warranty. My only complaint is that this is too long to wait for service on a product as important as a freezer filled with perishables that are either lost or have to be stored in inconvenient places.
Every thing was great your service man was friendly and did a great job
Beyond horrible. 1st tech guy order wrong parts. 2nd guy out ordered the right ones. They sent the 1st guy out to put them in and he not only did not fix it but bent the frame around the control panel. He said it might start working in 15 minutes and he would call back. He did not and closed the ticket ( I have a home warrenty). AFter a 2.5 hour visit, a bent panel and it still not working he never called back and closed the ticket as fixed! Now SEars tells me I have to call my warrenty company to open new ticket... WHAT???
Repairmen arrived about when they said they would and completed the repair which seems to be holding. Not sure why two men were sent unless it was to justify the 189.00 repair charge for about an hour of work. Rating the overall experience as a 3 because of the excessive charge.
Sears is not standing behind my extended warranty on my JenAir Range. It has been over three months and it has not been repaired or replaced. This is the fourth time we have had this problem with the temperature in the oven, you will set it on 350 degrees and the oven heats to 550-600 degrees which is a fire hazard also. When I have called numerous times concerning my problem I have been hung up on, promised number call backs which never happened and employees refused to connect me to a supervisor. I have now had to report my problems to Georgia State Attorney General, hopefully with the assistance of his office my range will be repaired or replaced.
I called to set up a repair and they had someone out two days later. They came out to diagnose the problem and orderd the parts and was back out four days later to make the repair. Repair man installed half of the parts, said I didnt need to have the other part. He said he fixed the problem. I paid him in full and he left. Later that day I noticed the problem was not fixed. I called them back and she said she they couldnt come back out till three weeks later. This was a problem for me as we had to move on the same day they could come back. So I asked for a refund so I could call out another repair person. No such luck. They would not even talk about a refund. It dosent make any sense to me that they could come out so fast the first time but after they got their money they couldnt come back out sooner and couldnt give a refund. I will no longer call them for any of my repair needs and I will no longer purchase anything else from this store. Too bad for them right now as I need to make appliance purchases for my rental home. Goodbye Sears!
Contact was good with Sears repair dept. Service scheduled and contact with me was good and they came when they said and repair was completed.
Technician was very professional, with the upmost respect and very knowledgeable. Visit was quick, neat and direct.
The actual repair was completed after a two-part schedule, since the needed part had to be ordered. My only disappointment was that he failed to clean up after himself. The box containing all his trash was left in my kitchen -= it could have so easily been dropped in the garbage can on his way out.
Sears/Kenmore refrigerator repair. Contacted local repair service Aug 11th. They came and said only sears could repair unit. Contacted Sears and could not come until Aug 28th. Sears man came and looked at computer and said it needed a new computer. No diagnostics were done. Could not reschedule part replacement until September 13th. Man called Tyler came the 13th and replaced the part and said unit would take four hours to reset itself. The repair did not work. We called Tyler and he said he had another person on the line and would call back in an hour. He did not call back and does not respond to our calls, email, or text. Called Sears hotline to get unit fixed and gave us an October 2nd date. No part was ever ordered for that date. I called the hotline again and woman, Justine, said the repairman would come with the new part, but it was not ordered yet. So far we have paid $469.00, will wait almost 2 months, and dont even know if the second computer part ordered will fix the problem.Apparently there are two computers in the refrigerator. The parts ordered were done from just looking at the unit. No testing was ever done. The repairmen are from Sears Home Services, Orlando/Jax service district, 3825 Forsyth RD, Winter Park, Fl, 32792.The owner responded, but the email address given me for help does not work. I dont know how to contact him.
Our refrigerator, 2 1/4 years old, went out on June 17th. We were given oa July 23 appt. A new compressor was needed. It was installed last Friday, and best temp in the refrig is 59 degrees. Never buy Kenmore Elite again !!!!!
I was notified ahead of time, the service person was on time and especially efficient.truly a 5 star visit.
In early July, when I first contacted Sears about repairing my downstairs A/C, I was told the earliest available appointment was August 1st, which was three weeks later. I immediately told the Sears representative that if Sears couldnt do better than August 1st to repair my A/C, then I would cancel my MPA of ten years running. Sears tried, but failed to get an earlier repair date, and, true to my word, I told the Sears representative to cancel my MPA, which he did. I subsequently called a local repair shop, which fixed my A/C the following day. Then, around the end of July, to my astonishment, I got a notice that A Sears Repairman would arrive August 1st, to repair my already repaired A/C. Thinking that the notice had been sent in error, I ignored it and others, only to find the Sears Repairman knocking at my door the morning of August 1st. After thanking him for showing up, but explaining what had transpired and that I had cancelled my Sears MPA three weeks earlier, the Sears Repairman politely apologized and left. In short, I gave Sears a one-star repair rating because I am grateful to Sears for at least confirming my decision to cancel my MPA.
ALL READER LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE OR PAY PRIZE TO LEARN.we have a sears service contract since 10 years, this year we had a problem A C, in May 2017, service person come after 2 weeks, fix problem and said no worries all is taken care. In Aug we got same problem we have 95 degree temperature but no appointment for 4 weeksTech person come on 14 sep 2017,and says same thing, still problem not fix.while writing service contract they promise to get tech person in 24hrs,when we got a problem they have no tech to service for 3 weeks thats ridiculous..We are not going to extending our contract with Sears anymore.ALL READER LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE OR PAY PRIZE TO LEARN
We have not had our LG ref/freezer working for 3 months. Your repair vendor is unable to make it to our area mor frequent than a week to 10 Days. The first trip to look at the appliance took 2 weeks. They have been here 6 times an replaced several parts. The last part they replaced was the compressor which took 2 weeks to order. It was faulty and now we are waiting for another compressor to arrive by the end of October. If it arrives on time, the soonest service vendor will be able to come is Nov 4th. We have a rental sitting in the hall in front of our formal dining room for 3 months and we are expecting family and friends for the holidays. We have had many friends and service people comment on how terrible this service is and we have made sure they know what $499.99 buys you on a 5 year Sears Master Protection Agreement.
Tech was very good, repair was done without any hickups
Waited 20 days for appointment, but service was excellent, fast and efficient.
The first tech did not do the repair of the refer properly. I had to call and schedule a second tech who knew what he was doing and discovered that the first tech had not tightened two screws on the flapper mechanism. Furthermore the second tech removed frost from the freezer that should have been done by the first. Time will tell if the frost in the freezer is fixed. It was a pain in the neck to make all the calls I had to make to get my refer fixed. Not a pleasant experience but only Sears works on LG made appliances.
Professional, courteous service. Will recommend to others.
Repairman on time, knowlegable and prompt to offer to clean dryer for additional reasonable charge.
I was very happy with my icemaker repair until it stopped working one week later and the earliest appointment to repair it again was one MONTH later. Totaly unacceptable.
Arrived when he said he would. Repaired the appliance quickly and professionally.
Great job works fine !
The service repair man Edmund was excellent on all of my appliances and was very thorough. The wait for a month to fix a broken washing machine is waaay to long!
Provided outstanding service, was patient, professional, and answered all questions in a professional manner.
