Supposed to clean and prep for the summer.As you see I was not cleaned. The inside was not cleaned. I wondered What they did.They did try to sell me a new unit that costs $3,770.00 new with out installation, for 9,000 with installation. This was over a month ago.I cleaned my own unit and it had been going strong.Man, this place is scammers. Stay away! Unless you have money to throw away.

They came and fixed my central air conditioning on very short notice, in the evening, in August ( Hottest month of the year!) after work, so I didnt even have to take off work to get it fixed. Could not ask for better service than that! Technicians name was Sean. Great work. Great guy.

Ive had to call Aire Serv twice now for after hour repairs for a couple tenants. They were fast, immediately were able to locate the problem and fixed the problem quickly. Andre was our tech and was great at communication, being on time and getting the issue resolved in a timely manner. We were very impressed with them and decided to sign up for their preventative, 2x a year maintenance. Would highly recommend!

Our air conditioner went out this morning. Based on reviews, we called Aire Serv and Im glad that we did! They were able to come out in the afternoon during the window time that was promised. Andre was professional, polite and wore a mask the entire time. Turns out that our motor went out, so he worked hard with the office staff to make sure that they found the motor we needed so that we wouldnt be without air all weekend. At 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, might I add. Super efficient. Andre even cleaned the unit while he waited for his boss to bring the motor over to be installed. Very thoughtful and courteous, which means so much these days. We will definitely be calling Aire Serv again! 5+ Stars!

Was very professional and thorough. The best maintenance Ive ever received. The staff in the office Jacob and Celina goes above and beyond to give quality customer service. The technician that came to my home was the best. I highly recommend Air Serv. Its good to know that good customer service is still around. Just when I thought it was a thing of the past. The church is so cold that we had to purchase three space heaters.The Mall is not responsible for the maintenance of the church. It has been an extremely frustrating experience with the Mall management.We can not thank Ameri Serv enough for their outstanding service. Dan went above and beyond our expectations. He was determined to resolve our issue.Thank you again and again for making this possible. We now have heat and it is nice and comfortable in the sanctuary. To God be the glory.

I realized that my beach house was warm at 6 pm on a Friday night. Andre answered the on call technician line and was at my house in Tybee within 30 minutes. Unfortunately he did not have the parts to fix my outside fan but let me know that my unit was still under warranty and that they have had some issues with this brand. Andre was polite and efficient.

I have used this company in Savannah a few times. ALWAYS a great experience. I called the other day to schedule my winter annual as well as one for my mother’s townhouse. They were able to get me in early and scheduled my mother right after mine. This was important because while trying to change my mother thermostat, I made things worse and she had no heat. Brian, the service engineer from Aire Serv, identified that I had blown a fuse in minutes! Brian was very quick and knowledgeable in his field. Extremely courteous and showed up early! Overall fantastic guy! Never let this guy go! But I must say that everyone I have met or spoken to at Aire Serv are awesome. Thank you!

We had AC problems during the Covid19 shelter at home. The technician was professional, prompt, punctual, and he came equipped with gloves, mask etc., to address any health related concerns.The technician was able to diagnose the issue with the AC unit and he promptly made repairs. Extremely impressed! They were able to have someone come out within an hour to fix the AC. The person I spoke to initially over the phone was extremely nice and thorough. The company even sent an email that had the name and picture of the technician that was coming to make the repairs. Making a payment online was so easy as well!

Our electric heating & AC unit was tunning but blowing cold air. Aire Serv of Savannah was the only one of 3 that I called who could/would come out the next day. They alerted me by text w/a photo I.D. when Andre Wilson was on the way. He was polite, asked a few questions & got down to work. When he was done, he explained what was wrong, what he’d done to fix it and went over the itemized bill. He was gone by 9 a.m. which gave me just enough time to get ready to leave by 10 to teach a yoga class in Richmond Hill. Excellent service!

Aire Serv was able to come out the same day we called, and had fixed an ongoing issue that another company was unable to - that same day! They were prompt and very professional. Highly recommend!

After getting the run around from Byrd, them not being able to get to me when they said, them not calling me back like they said, and then finally them saying they were going to charge me 2 service call fees since it was my upstairs and downstairs unit but the same exact address/house I finally gave up on them on called these guys. Down had a guy to me in 3 hours. Robert was polite and professional. He quickly troubleshot the system and had it up and running in about an hour which included a quick trip to grab a part. When all was said and done Downs did in 4 hours what Byrd failed to do in 24 hours, AND Downs did it all (parts, service, everything) for what Byrd wanted just to step foot on my property. I would highly recommend going with Downs, I fully intend to use them for any future heating and air.

We came in to a 93’ house after traveling most of the day. I called AirServ and they sent a technician out almost immediately. Problem diagnosed and part under warranty and was ordered from manufacturer and it arrived next day. Received a call that tech was on the way for install. I am very impressed with this level of service! If you need service or a replacement system then call AirServ. You won’t be sorry!

Downs Heating And Air saved my day. I called one of the other leading companies in town they told me I needed a new unit. Because my unit is on a four story building and required a crane it was going to cost 7,000. A friend told me to call Downs. He said they always do him right. I did they came out that day and told me a rat ate through my thermostat wire. 300 dollars and it was fixed. I learned that some companies technicians work by commission but Downs does not. Thanks for saving my week.
