The team was able to get out to our house quickly and diagnose the duct issue. Able to quickly patch the system up until a repair can be arranged. Very personable team, polite, and knowledgeable!

Dennis was very nice. He explained everything he was finding and doing in detail throughout the entire job. He was in an out of my house is a very short amount of time. The service was fast and now my house feels comfortable again. I highly recommend Polar Air and will definitely be setting up a service contract with them for future maintenance.

My mother is on 24/7 oxygen. I called Polar Air Inc. Because the the air had stop cooling. It was causing her breathing issues. I called at 10:45Am. The specialist, Mr.Adams returned my call within 20mins to inform me that, he was headed my way. Mr. Adams and his assistant had everything under control within 10-15 minutes. Total time from the original call was, less than 1 hour. I call THAT!! The Best Service Ever!! The cost was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

Love this company! Billy and Dennis are so caring and friendly. Their communication about my appointment was great. Promptly addressed my AC issues and thoroughly explained what was happening to ease my fears. I would definitely recommend Polar Air to anyone looking for a responsive and honest company.

Dennis did a fantastic job. I have had a dozen of Coastal guys out here over the last year, and not one of them identified the leak he found in the coil or that there was a missing bypass damper. Sent a guy out to Black creek golf course for a water leak in the ac unit. 125.00 an hour spent 3 hours no solution. I went up into the attic and ran a snake down the drain line off the ac unit and in 10 minutes un -clogged the line problem fixed. Dont ever call these people they will rob you blind. THANX POLAR AIR
