Quick response to my call about a dead water heater. We knew beforehand which technician was arriving and when he would arrive. Justin diagnosed the problem quickly and worked with the manufacturer to confirm the failed part and get a replacement shipped quickly. We expect parts tomorrow so that the repair can be completed. Knowledgeable, totally professional plumber and great service from the office. Would use them again and recommend to others.

The technician Rick was friendly, courteous, and professional. He explained what he found after a thorough examination of the AC system. He further explained what it would take to repair it and the cost associated to repair. Kevin was very professional and thorough with the diagnostics and a quick charge to the system even though it was going to leak out before the joint could be fixed. That was Wednesday. Weve used Canadys now for the past couple of years. Their service is outstanding and communication is impeccable. Our experience started Thursday evening when our air stopped working around 9pm…in July…in the south. It was awful. I called the after hours number to be almost immediately helped by Keith. He walked us through how to get it back going (super simple fix) & then came Saturday morning to do a permanent fix. He was so ridiculously helpful. Our home was built in the 40’s & everything goes under the house. He spent a good bit of time down there (again, July in the south…bless him) & installed a drain line to come out by the AC unit instead of under the house. He not only fixed our problem, but answered all our questions & explained what he was doing. He was fast & so personable. From him to their scheduling staff & office staff, they’re great! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Fred and Canadys was referred by a friend. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. From the initial call for quote to installation, it was two days! That doesnt happen in the normal service world. We are thrilled so far with the promptness, service, and professionalism of everyone we encountered. I purchased a new unit with Kennedys about 6 months ago Im relatively new customer however theyre always prompt and professional and give me the best advice I wont mention the other companies use here in Savannah but lets say they claim they were experts. After the maintenance was completed on my two older units several suggestions were made to improve their service and life, I took those suggestions. Everybody should really be looking into this company it is family owned and provides the best service and quality equipment.

Tim was just great!He explained everything and had the problem figured out instantly.The repairs were made and the a/c started working immediately.It was 90 degrees in here when he arrived and it started decreasing quickly.He was pleasant, knowledgeable and took the time to let us know our options and future considerations. Had to call the after hours line as my AC mysteriously stopped working around 10pm. Mathew was the technician that assisted me. He walked me through a few different solutions and was correct that it was the float switch. AC is now running beautifully and neither me, my children, or pets will die of heat stroke. Service was outstanding. Primary purpose was to recommend ways to increase hot water circulation in my home. Service representative gave me a thorough analysis of my home and made recommendations to solve my problem. In the course of our conversations, I was able to save over $2000 from estimates I received from other plumbers. Todays consult cost me $39, which I get back with the follow-on services I have scheduled to resolve my plumbing dilemma. Let me just say that the people who answer the phones and the HVAC tech was very nice but it was a waste of service call charge, because all they told me was my AC unit needed to be replaced and that it was low on freon. I called a different HVAC company to come out and that company was there for less than 5 mins and was able to fix the problem. My AC has been working ever since. This is the second time Ive called Canadys. The first time I called them out for a foundation leak, they told me I needed a new water heater, so we had them replace our water heater, and then they told us it really was a foundation leak and that it would cost more money. Both times theyve come out weve been disappointed.

Ethan came out and diagnosed the issue with our AC unit. Explained everything to me, showed me video of what was going on inside our unit and gave me options on what to do next.Professional and timely service. Definitely would recommend.

Willie was thorough in his inspection of our unit at Savannah Bee Company. We had water coming in from the tropical storm and wanted to make sure it wasnt our A/C. Laz did a wonderful job inspecting and cleaning our AC units. He was very educated and took the time to share with me his knowledge. I paid over $13,000 for a top quality system and I have had 4 service calls for varying issues primarily related to the units installation. The service tech have been great but the installation was sloppy and not well done.UPDATE 7/22/2021Like all the technicians have been, Chris was professional and went about his task in a workman like fashion. He removed and correctly reinstalled the A-coil, reset the catch pan into the proper position, realigned the the units and buttoned everything back up. He charged the system and made sure everything was running and flowing properly before he left. I want to thank him very much for all he did.I received a response from Mr. Canaday to my original post stating my warranty would be extended to 5 years and the I should be on the lookout to hear from his installation manager. As of this morning I have nothing, other than the email response, proving my warranty has been extended and I have not heard from anyone at Canadys other than Chris. I suppose I will simply have to wait longer. In the meantime I will work on repairing and repainting the ceiling areas damaged by the water that flowed into my attic from the improper installation.

Team was very professional. They arrived on time, had everything they needed for the job, and were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. When it became clear they needed more manpower to put the unit in place, they called for backup, and were able to install the unit gently without forcing it. Overall, I was very pleased with the installation.

Impressive response time. My AC died at 12 noon. It was already 90° outside. Caleb arrived at 2:23 PM. By 3:00 PM my AC unit was back up and running. Keep up the good work guys!

Came on short notice to repair our AC on a hot summer day. Listened to our description of problem, then checked the whole system. I called them because my air conditioner stopped working and It got very hot in my house. They couldn’t make it out the first day because I had called so late (after 5) but they did have a tech call me so he could walk me through how to shut things down so I didn’t further damage our system. We were out on the schedule for the next day. They called me 45 minutes out to allow me time to get home if I was out. Our tech showed up and he immediately diagnosed the problem being with our thermostat. After he fixed that, he went ahead and checked all the rest of the system, as it was due for annual maintenance (unknown to us, since we just moved in to the property a month ago). He also noted that the warranty on the system had only expired a week before and if there was any major problems that would be taken into consideration. He found a filter that needed changing. Before he did so, he let me look at what he was going to do, and even showed me the filter afterwards! I agreed it needed changing. We are now set up on their plan to have it serviced once a year. He was low pressure on getting me involved in that program. Having had one similar on our other house, I agreed to it. The cost was fair for what needed to be done. All parties I had contact with were very professional. I will definitely use this company again.

Steven checked the entire system and took time to explain the results of his inspection, the good and the bad..
