This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They accepted a bid from my rental company to fix my a/c. They started they would be out that afternoon. I waited all day and no one ever showed or even called. I called the next morning and they said they got busyThey came the next day which was a Wednesday.the technician was great but the office Did not turn in the estimate untill Friday evening when it was too late to get part in so had to wait till Monday evening at 6 pm to finally get air fixed. So one week without a/c in 95 degree weather.Fast forward two weeks later a/c down again same issue. Called rental company they put out the work order and again comfort air scoops it up. They call and say they will be there that afternoon and will call when on the way. Someone called left message stating they were on the way would be there in an hour call if I had questions. I assume they are on the way. 2 hours pass no technician. I called and got after hours service. They then told me because I didn’t answer or call back(even though that’s not what the message said) they did not send the technician. Now I am still waiting for a technician to show up and still don’t have a/c.I have worked in customer service and sales for 20+ years and if this were my business I would be ashamed. I understand there is a pandemic and workers are in short demand and I am willing to be patient and understanding. However this has been utterly ridiculous and if I had a choice which I don’t because the rental company contracted them I would replace them immediately. Do not ever use this company if you do not want an extreme amount of stress added to your life.Also I added a photo of the voicemail they left but then blamed me for not calling back so they didn’t send technician.

Hired this company to do services because the company I had used for years went out of business. I asked the technician to check the thermostat because the system was working intermittently. He went back into my attic for about five minutes or less an stated that I needed a blower motor and module. After he replaced those parts for approximately $1100.00, the ac would not work at all. He supposedly replaced a relay, and that did not fix the problem.After four or five service calls and a new thermostat, my unit started working again.So, I do not recommend this company. Furthermore, I asked to speak with the owners, and never got the chance.

Robbie and Aaron were professional and did a great job rerouting my ducting for ease of access to my water heater. Robbie evaluated and improved the design of my current filtration system which will now help with overall efficiency and cleanliness in my home and my AC unit. He also was able to troubleshoot and solve an issue in one room of my house. I highly recommend Comfort Air. They have been working on my system for 25 years. Renee and Cynthia ALWAYS provide excellent scheduling and assistance with all of my AC needs. They are terrific!

Glad I changed AC service companies. Comfort Air has exceeded my expectations in both routine services and in installations. All service personal have been professional in both technical and personal skills. Darren, Aaron, Miguel and Robbie are all 5 star service personnel and the front office is efficient.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Comfort Air. The company representative refused to provide an itemized receipt and therefore I canceled the request to have my unit installed. Comfort Air attempted to charge me $17,963 for a heating unit. I was able to get the same service from another company for less than $8,000. Comfort Air was insistent on not providing a bill as requested. Further they wanted to charge $1,796 for restocking fee. Additionally, a loan application was submitted without my knowledge to cover the $1,796 for restocking fee. Comfort Air must do better. I recommend to shop around before using CA Comfort Air.

Ryan and Dylan did such a great job for us. Monday morning they pulled all of our duct work out, the old outside and inside units. The new units were placed, the duct work started the next day. for an entire system including all duct work (with two new runs being added) we were only down for about two days. The installer supervisor and the project manager both checked in several times to make sure it was all going well for us. The home office checked in with after it was all done and made sure our warranty and rebate were on track. Our regular maintenance guy Mike does a great job for us too when we have him out twice a year to do the check ups. The entire team at Comfort Air just does such a great job for us.

Fast, friendly and their service techs are top notch. From the first phone call to the tech that serviced our home we were very impressed.

I would like to share my experience with comfort air I had today. Caleb and Jay, were very professional, very honest and competent, and skilled in what they did at my home. They went above and beyond, what I had expected to be done and these two gentlemen worked together as a team and worked very quickly and efficiently. I would also like to mention how promptly they arrived on time ready to work. These two were very knowledgeable, about the equipment they were installing and went to great lengths to explain plainly what exactly my new system would do for me and my home and how efficiently it would perform for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone for future service and instillation.

My parents a/c unit flooded out the room next door. We had an a/c company come take a look, and determined everything ok. There still wasnt any cold air blowing. I called back to let them know I needed someone here asap (my father has health issues). They never responded. Comfort Air picked up their slack - on a holiday! Chris R was a total professional! He came in and identified the problem immediately. He explained everything in terms I could understand and was able to fix the system. As the house is cooling down I called the company my parents have a maintenance contract with only to get their voice mail. I will be cancelling them first thing in the morning! The air conditioner in our sons home stopped working in the middle of July. When the Comfort Air technicians came to install a new air conditioner, they worked all day in temperatures over 100 degrees F.Thank you Miguel, Scott and Dominique for all your help! Jason came out the very next day, took a look, and sat down with me for about 25 minutes explaining/educating me (which earned the company lots of points from me!) One business day later, Caleb and Dylan were on my property installing my new system. They were professional, respectful, and mindful of the mess they made! April is always extremely helpful on the phone and helps get my property back on track and residents happy! She always keeps me up to date if something needs to be ordered or is on order as well. I have just had the pleasure of having Comfort Air staff install a new duct system in my home. The team of professionals - Jason, Jerry, Ryan, and Redd- did an impeccable job from start to finish. I have been a Comfort Air customer for many years. One person really comes to mind as a most helpful member of their staff. In all of my experiences Cynthia has been there for me to answer questions, explain procedures and send help. She has always been quick to act when I have needed service. She is a true asset to the team.

I have used Comfort Air for 20 years and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Their service has always been spot on and they certainly know what they are doing. I have had the privilege to work with Larry White and Jason and they are great to do business with. But there is one person who I really love to talk to and that is Cynthia. I worked for security at The Landings for almost 15 years and I was in charge of the bar code system. I always made sure that the Comfort Air vehicles could get through the gates and remind them when their decals was going the expire. I worked directly with Cynthia who was always willing to help with any problems. Also, being a resident at The Landings, I used Comfort Air for my HVAC service. Cynthia always set me up with an appointment when I needed anything, and she is always pleasant and cheerful on the phone. I have since moved to Savannah Quarters and still use Comfort Air. Needless to say I have not had any problems with my unit. Cynthia is certainly an asset to Comfort Air and I always enjoy talking with her. Thank you for the great service all these years.

We needed to have two vents added to our condo in the master bedroom as well as a new water heater. The water heater is located in the attic on the third floor of our building. Jerry and Brandon came to do the work and work efficiently to get the jobs done. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. Comfort Air has taken care of our homes heating and cooling since 2009. Their response to our calls has been excellent, and the annual maintenance plan has kept our units in their best working condition. The maintenance visit week was excellent, with the technician thoroughly inspecting and tuning up our units and providing us with important maintenance information.

Weve had one issue after another with Comfort Air. We asked them to do basic maintenance on our HVAC system (as we know maintenance is the key to longevity) and that turned into $25,000 worth of work to entirely replace our system, top to bottom. That all could have been fine if the service and installation was superb, but it was far from that. Installation of our new system took over a week (without A/C the whole time - temps were in the 80s) and after many complaints, the work was finally completed very late one Friday evening. It took another week and two or three additional service calls to get everything finished up after that, including the installation of a very fancy thermostat that we did not want or request and which installed, promptly failed. Now just weeks later, that same thermostat has failed again, leaving us without heat as the temperatures are dropping into the 40s at night. We havent been able to satisfactorily get our thermostat up and running for nearly a week now. Truly, the constant frustration is not worth it. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. With Comfort Air youre likely to pay a lot and only get a little.

The company has managed our home HVAC system for approximately 7 years and always performed all services exceptionally well. We would never consider using another company and highly recommend you use their company for HVAC services.

I was able to get the replacement part that I needed same day !! The staff are very friendly, courteous and responded quickly with servicing my HVAC needs. I would highly recommend them !!

I need to replace my AC unit and gave these people a call for an estimate, because they had good reviews. But they could not even answer the phone correctly and passed me off several time and then the final person just went dead air when I ask if they could quote replacing my unit. Stupid!!!

I gave them a 5 star mine was a easy fix. until I recommend them to a friend and it was a nightmare!! Go some where else!!

I had been having air problems for quite a while. Comfort Air came out and diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. They fixed the problem and serviced the whole system. My air has never worked better. Thank you Rob and Jason.

We have used this company for the past 5 years. Unfortunately, they lost our business due to false advertising. Our compressor stopped working on a Saturday evening and when I called the 24 hour emergency number, no one picked up. I e-mailed an appointment request and called several times with no opportunity to leave a message or a call back. I gave them another chance on Sunday, with no response. Out of complete desperation I called Byrd Heating and Air and they were out to my house in 15 minutes. Wow. They were able to fix our problem and had our air conditioner up and running in about an hour. Comfort just lost a loyal customer.

So the first cold day of the year my furnace decides to stop blowing warm air— Brrrrrrr! Zach came out to check the unit and since I have the yearly service plan he went above and beyond to get the old thing running. No parts were needed! At some point the motor will go because it is old and beginning to be rusty- but for now he got it going! When I replace my Heating and ac unit I will definitely use Comfort Air. I pull out my checkbook and HAPPY Day- there was Zero fee! Yep. ZERO. Great service! Polite professional technician and no fee for today! Yay! Thank you, Comfort Air and ZACH!
