We had to replace our entire HVAC system in our 1920 Ardsley Park home. The old system had been pieced together over the years and had resulted in poor circulation and air quality. When we contracted with this team they sent a few different team members over to work with us and brainstorm on how to install the new system in this very old house in a way that it would give us the best possible air quality and also make the system last as long as possible. Every member of the team we came in contact with was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about their field of expertise. I feel very confident that we received a good quality system, at a fair price, and with excellent service. One of my reasons for selecting Savannah Air factory to replace my AC unit was because of the solid reviews it has received. I was not disappointed in my choice. From the initial system assessment quote, to the installation, all were accomplished in a professional manner. They were even willing to pack up the unloaded system when I discussed the merits of a larger unit. My old AC was located in an upstairs room and had completely rusted out. Frank and Kerwyn removed the rusted hulk without a nick on a wall or a speck of dirt in the house. They corrected problems associated with the original unit’s setup and did an excellent job installing a new Lennox AC. Additionally Kerwyn helped me with a problem I had with a smoke detector. Since I had the new AC unit installed at the end of March I have experienced a 30% drop on my power bill witch has made me a very happy customer. Thanks to Frank and Kerwyn for their skilled work on installing my new AC system.

They came to my apartment after operating hours since I couldnt get out of work earlier. Everyone from the woman on the phone to both technicians who came to my house were great. One of the technicians also helped me figure out why my apartment buildings door wasnt locking. Really great people, and fixed the problem with my heating right away!

Thank you Savannah Air Factory for being so awesome! I got home at 5:15 from work and the house was 89 degrees. After checking a few things out I realized that the outside unit was not working properly. I called Savannah Air Factory and they send Hamado out to the house. By 8:00 cold Air was filling a very humid house. I will never use another company for my HVAC system.

Replaced heat pump system do to leak in exterior coils. Installation team were professional, and cared about my property and took care to control any debris and cleaned up when finished.

These guys are awesome!! They service both my home and business and do a great job. The thing I like about this company is that they do not pay their technicians any commissions on what they sell.To be honest, I had no idea that HVAC companies did that, but they do! That is why I trust these guys. Plus, the AC units at my business are over 20 years old and when I asked them if I should replace them, they advised me to keep them until I had a problem. They could have had an easy sale by telling me I needed new ones, but they didnt. That earned my trust even more!

Let me start out by saying that this has been the worst experience with any A.C company...they were suppose to be putting a new unit in our home but within a week time the air went out, the technician came out and rigged it some how but that only last for 2 weeks...for thousands of dollars for a unit that shouldnt have ever happen this place is not the place to spend your money I gave them 1 star for using their own gas to get here!
