Action Air Conditioning is the best. We just replaced both heating and air conditioning units and its like a freezer in here. I would like to thank Jonathan for his expertise, patience and long hours he put in to get the job done right. Also, I would like to thank Spencer my Service Tech for truly listening to my concerns and applying his skills resulting in a satisfied customer. Thanks to the fellas that worked on this job. I know it wasnt easy working in an attic with temperatures reaching 104*and above. They truly deserve a raise. The Haynes family is very pleased with our new units.

Thank you Herman.The gentlemen who came to my house to install the new unit were very professional and did a great job.But the office staff, Stephanie an Alicia, were unprofessional, not communicative, and (quite honestly) not trust worthy.After being given 4 different and increasingly more expensive prices, we finally had the system installed. The installers gave us a final, much lower (by over $640) price. We had already given the office our credit card, so we did not want to pay them as well. We immediately called the office, told them the issue. They office spoke immediately with the installers who told them they did not use everything and were able to use the existing duct work. So the price was lower.THE OFFICE STILL CHARGED THE ENTIRE AMOUNT! After calling them for 3 days and being told 3 times I would get a call back, there was no call back. Finally got ahold of someone who said the installers used everything and the price stood.After expressing my outrage, she said she would call the installer and get this straightened out. I was put on hold. She came back to say this installer is out sick (convenient). And she would call me back once they can get ahold of him.I do not trust these people. Although the work seems to be good, the prices changed too many times, the installers gave a different price, and said they did not need everything and were able to use the existing duct work.Please think twice before relying on the office staff. There is something not trust worthy about them.

Action Air worked hard to provide a quality report for my client while selling her house. Roosevelt worked late instead of cancelling us on a busy day and got us our report immediately after. They were fast, friendly and communicative!

Absolutely atrocious service and zero ability to diagnosis HVAC/heating issues. Told us nothing was wrong with our heating system even though it still was not working. Please tell me how that is possible?!? That “diagnosis” took them 3 trips to our house alone over a month’s span. After going weeks without our heating system, we did ourselves a favor and called Air Therm. Problem was fixed immediately and with no issues. Don’t use these clowns and call Air Therm!

Justin found the problem in a very short time and fixed it immediately. I have always been pleased with AAction Air.

We had an issue with our heat pump not producing heat, making loud noises, shaking the floor, along with a burning smell coming through our air vents. Our home warranty company (American Home Sheild) sent Aaction out on 11/2/20. Aaction put a band aid on the problem. Had to put in another request with our home warranty company and Aaction came back out on 11/18/20 and said they were going to submit a report to our home warranty company either requesting new parts or for an overall replacement. Our home warranty company stated that Aactions report said the heat pump was working fine and there were no issues with our heat pump. Again (and over Thanksgiving mind you), we had no heat in our house. If we attempted to use the heat, no heat would generate, our pump would make a loud noise, shake the floor and would produce a burning smell through our vents. But according to the experts, the heat pump was working fine! We ended up having to replace our downstairs system. Im sure Aaction is a good company run by good people but this particular experience was very poor. I also wouldnt recommend American Home Shield either.

Jermaine was great. He picked up the fumble and got within field goal range. We will see if jermaine scores a touchdown by our Air Conditioner continuing to work. My 20 year old heat system completely died on a Thursday afternoon after business hours. The repair man was booked up but still came to the house at 8:30. This nice man had to work outside in the cold. He was so professional and very nice about having to make the late appointment. I really appreciate it that he tried to get the unit working again.

I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from this company! They were helpful from the beginning to the end. I spoke with Haley on the phone, and she was so accommodating. She switched my appointment at the last minute so that I could get serviced on today instead of waiting until tomorrow. Darren arrived at my house within an hour of speaking with Haley, and was amazing. He figured out the issue and fixed it in no time at all. He was very friendly, and took the time out to explain what was going on with my unit. This is the only company that I will use for any heating/air issues that I may have in the future! We had our first experience with AAction Air a few months ago when our home warranty company dispatched them for a service call on our bonus room heat pump. That experience with AAction Air was excellent so when the AC for the main part of our house stopped working earlier this week, I requested the home warranty company dispatch them again. Alicia, the AAction Air dispatcher for our area, is very efficient and helpful. Johnathan Milligan, the technician dispatched, is one of the most courteous people I have met in a long while on top of being very knowledgeable about his trade. He had our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly which was much appreciated.

We used AAction Air through our home warranty company. It was a long process mostly due to waiting on approval from the warranty company but AAction Air was always helpful, courteous and professional and got the repair completed. I am very thankful for their willingness to help and accommodation! Would definitely use them again!

Great technicians and company. If you want a company that will give you great advice on what can help you in your home and great prices on products these guys are fantastic. My unit was old needed to be updated and was leaking they helped me understand what they could do to fix it and what I was going to face a couple years down the road. So I decided to go with a new system, once the financing was done they scheduled me for the next day. I cannot say how happy I am with this company.

Couldn’t find anyone to service commercial refrigerator. Was calling down a list getting same answer. Remembered Aaction from 103tTree radio and called. It was 2 till 5 and I got a message which mentioned scheduling an after hours call. I didn’t want to pay for after hours so I was going to wait until Monday. !!! They called me back! I couldn’t believe it. We scheduled the appt for Monday and as of today, BD is coming back as soon as part comes in in a day or two. Im impressed.

4/27/20 had them come and look at my ac through my home warranty. They came out and said that my dryer filter was bad (which was going to cost me $200 through my warrenty)and I had a damper motor that was shorted out so they unwired it and was going to replace it ( which was going to cost me $423)Little did they know that I am a electrician myself. So I went to verify that the damper motor was bad in attic. Multimeter test showed that it was good. So I wired it back up and it worked just fine! So I called aaction air back the next day, which was the the day they were coming out and told them that the phone call was being recorded and asked them what was wrong with the damper motor again? Which she replied its shorted out and needs to be changed. That is when I told her I am electrician and I verified and video recorded that there was nothing wrong with my damper motor, and asked why are yall trying to charge me $423 for something that is working just fine. She got nervous and sent me to a voicemail. Little bit after my home warranty called and said they dont want to come out any more. Moral of this story is if I was not a electrician myself to make sure the part is bad I would have paid $423 for NOTHING! Beware because they are SCAMMERS!!!!

I would rate a Zero if I was able to, I had AAction air come out to start a bi annual maintenance program on my perfectly working HVAC system on Tuesday 6/11/19, the tech stated it was about 1 lb low on Freon and to call me Home Warranty Company to start a claim. So I did while the tech was still there. I left for the afternoon and while I was out received a call from AAction air stating they received the OK from my Home Warranty Company to add the Freon and would send another Tech out between 12 and 4pm on Wednesday. When I returned home later Tuesday night I had no cool air. I called the after hour # for AAction Air and left a message, no return call. I called AAction Air Wednesday morning during normal business hrs and advised the dispatch that I had left a message with no response. She stated another when the tech came out he would see what was wrong. When the tech finally showed up after 6pm he found no Freon in my system at all ( Kind of funny it works fine until AAction air comes and checks it) and says I need a whole new system $5500.00. I had another company come out Thursday( still no air) and check the system and found a valve that is set by the factory (No reason to ever touch) had been opened that allowed all of the Freon to escape so they could sell me a whole new system. Beware Do Not Use AAction Air Savannah. They are crooks and will sabotage your system so they can make more $$. Somehow their online reviews are great(must be doing their own reviews) but I have spoken to several people in the Savannah / Wilmington Island area (after the fact) and have heard from that they would not use this company.

The service man came but unfortunately didn’t have the fan. He called the office and Willie went out of his way to bring the fan and put it in. He was very respectful and kind. We need more repair men like Willie. Thank u so much.

Lane did an excellent job today. He was friendly, personable and professional. He also did a very thorough job, worked quickly, answered all my questions, and courteously reminded me of the routine maintenance tasks that I could perform between scheduled maintenance calls that would increase the life of my system and reduce the need for repairs. Lane is a real asset to AAction Air and I would recommend him to any potential or existing customers.

Phone dispatch was friendly and efficient. The scheduled date/time was met almost to the minute and the tech Leon was thorough and friendly. He went the extra yard to insure that we were indeed back to working order.Since the finish job required 2 men for the wire pull, Ed and Matthew were deployed to finish the job. They were very thorough We are pleased with the end result and will recommend action air in the future.

I have been with John and his team for fifteen years with four different homes in Savannah. I have always found them to be professional and knowledgeable. My only preference would be to establish a working relationship with the same technician so I do not have to explain my systems each time someone comes out.

Back in 2012 we hired this excellent company to tear out, and totally replace, our 30 year plus AC system.They showed up on time, had plenty of men on the job, were polite and very clean and neat. All debris was cleaned up as they went.When they were approaching the time they said they would be finished, they came to us with a problem.Seems our 3rd bath had not been added in the loop. They told us about the error, went and bought the needed extra supplies, and stayed until it was finished correctly and completely. We really appreciated both the quality of the work, and the rare for these days honesty. Two weeks ago after a surgical procedure the AC went out next day, on a Saturday. Called A Action Air ( of course) - the gentleman came as soon as he finished his other job.Spotted the problem almost immediately, replaced it and was on his way in under 30 minutes.Charged us $ 376.50. I was happy to pay it. Went out to my mailbox yesterday to find a check for $ 139.00 from these folks. Seems they felt the tech had overcharged me by this amount. How rare is honesty and integrity in these times ? They earned both my respect and appreciation.

Scheduling was easy. Very good follow up prior to appointment. Technician on time. Took time to explain the results of inspection and follow up work needed. Very disappointing.....dispatched by our home warranty company. Lacked communication, several different technicians, several different diagnosis.....several different parts ordered and more than a month later with out air and we ended up using another company....would not recommend!

After our dryer stopped working, we were referred to AAction Air to have our dryer vent line cleared out. John arrived promptly the same day and was very professional with a positive attitude. Have received decent service from AAA for a few years until this past weekend. A/C stopped cooling around 9-10 Saturday night. Called their 24-our phone number and left an urgent message at 7:15 Sunday morning. Waited 4 hours and NEVER got a call back! Angry!Herman, their Sales Manager, called me after this post and apologized vehemently! Come to find out they had just changed business phone providers and they are scrambling to figure out why messages are not being recorded and handled promptly as designed. Anyway, he was very sincere with his apology and I accepted it. We are now back on good terms and both of us regret this incident. My only advice is to keep calling and get a live person on the phone - no matter who you are calling - which he described is SUPPOSED to happen. Thanks for the call Herman.

The recent installation of a new evaporator coil was flawless and the system is working better than when we moved in 2 years ago. Both Jonathan and Daniel were awesome. They did the work, followed through to make sure everything was tight and operational, cleaned and packed up the old rusted part and left me (and my wife) with smiles. Great job.

Only complaint I have is that I had a 4 hour window 1200-1600 for my service tech to arrive. At 1515 I called to ensure I was still on the roster for the day and Jenny said yes. My tech arrived shortly after 1700 and did a quick fix. Very happy with the quick fix, tech seemed knowledgeable and experienced. I think to improve the wait it would have been nice had the tech or someone called to say they were running behind. I was a hot week and Im sure they were flooded with work but a courtesy call would have been nice. Other than that I was extremely happy and if I have to use them again it be ok with me!

AC quit working and the house was 86 degrees. Whew. Called our new homeowners warranty company and they dispatched AAction. Leon (and trainee Ashley) arrived within the allotted time window and we were blown away by their resolve, patience and thoroughness. They did not rush to go to the next call and took every step to make sure our unit was repaired and in working order. Both were extremely polite and terrific representatives of AAction. Leon discovered two additional repairs that he believed should be addressed and informed us he would request the repairs to our warranty company. AAction Air will have our business from now on! My mother lives on a fixed income. When her heater broke she called another company and they told her the, Very hard to get part was going to cost $400 and there would be extensive labor because it was an old unit. When she told them her money situation they didnt bat an eye. She didnt know what to do. My friend knew about AAction Air. They had Aaron at her house that night, got her the part at less than half what the other company wanted and Aaron had everything working within an hour! His boss John said he just wanted to make sure she was taken care of! This is practically unheard of these days. I will never forget what Aaron and John and AAction Air did for my mother. I would highly recommend them. They went out of their way to show that they care about their customers.

The service techs are professional and personable. They installed a new downstairs unit, but not before I had them talk to my brother who lives in another state. My brother has been in heating and air for 43 years. They were more than happy to speak to him. My brother had already told me while last visiting, that our ac unit needed replacing. AAction didnt know this before they recommended we replace the unit. They were given the thumbs up to do the job. They did an excellent job of removing the old ac and replacing it with the new ac. We were very pleased and we even asked to sign up for their maintenance agreement. We would recommend this company to any friends, neighbors or family.

Two of this companies employees showed up on my job site. The homeowner wasnt home so i figured they called to have them come out. So apparently they were supposed to be next door and figured this out only after starting the work. Didnt bother saying sorry or anything. Just left and left a mess where they had moved things around in the garage. Totally unprofessional. Who doesnt verify before beginning work?! Morons. Oh, and the address to where they were supposed to be is clear as day on the persons mailbox.

We have had John Hobbs before and he is wonderful. I appreciate his thoroughness and the fact that he arrives on time. However, when you have a Service Agreement, the blocking of a full four hours for the appointment seems counter productive for maintenance. Maybe 2 hour windows would be better for regular customers with 2x per year servicing.

After a seriously unsatisfactory experience with a previous service company, A Action Airs service was phenomenal! The technician, Leon, was friendly and professional, answering all of my questions and clearly explaining what he was checking and correcting in regard to his service visit. It was also a pleasant surprise to get such a detailed invoice describing the entire status of my HVAC unit. I highly recommend A Action Air and regret I wasnt using them sooner.

Very easy to schedule a same day appointment with Stephanie. Appointment window was 2:00-6:00, and Larry arrived promptly at 2:00, made the A/C repairs and was off to his nextappointment by 3:00.
