This is our first experience with Premium Air and they were responsive, and very professional. Unfortunately our ac went out on the Friday of the Memorial weekend holiday and we had to wait for service, but they showed up and quickly fixed the problem on Tuesday. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and he was willing to work around our schedule on Tuesday to make sure we got serviced.

Excellent service. I called on a late Thursday afternoon and within a few hours Chris had one of his techs out to my house. He was courteous and timely. He diagnosed the problem and had the AC system up and running in no time. Very happy and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you.
