Job well done! The installers came up with a perfect solution to a design problem, went out to pick up a piece of wood that it required, and worked with me to cut and trim it to size. We were significantly flabbergasted and appreciative. The 10-year warranty for the powerful, quiet mini split didnt hurt. Now the art studio is habitable year round.

They cared about our house, they kept us informed about what was happening even to what time they expected to arrive.
