What a great experience! Jon was exceptional. I had another estimate for work that Jon said was not needed. I made a call to that company and all they did was make excuses. Thank you Jon for your honesty and integrity.

The service was fast, friendly, and exceeded all of our expectations. John explained everything and resolved our problem quickly. Very satisfied and will use Grande Aire exclusively in the future. We have already recommended them to friends.

Cannot say enough good things about Grande Aire. First of all, their service contract is such a great value (highly recommend), they are prompt when I call them with an emergency and I always have the same techs..which is a bonus because I have a complex 3 system house and zone systems. I switched to them many years ago and the owner personally came out and changed the design of our system & duct work so it would work more efficiently. They pride themselves in their customer service and they have a lot to brag about..because they deliver it and stand behind their work 100%.

We learned of Grand Aire when friends moved to Sarasota from Boca Grande 5 years ago. They replaced our entire A/C system 2 years ago. We have a maintenance contract with convenient reminders and scheduling. The tech is always on time, clean and efficient. Occasionally we need repairs in a hurry-no problem. I have lived in Sarasota for almost 50 years and have found a company that deserves out trust.

I have been waiting several months to write this review. I stated my contract last June 2019 and to no fault of Grande Aire, my two relatively new systems (4 yrs. old) were failing consistently. They come out a couple of times but to no avail. Then the manager John (very experienced) came out and discovered that my coils were not performing properly. My contract allowed him to replace both coils including labor for no cost. You read that right. NO COST. All with in 2 weeks. This was done back in late August 2019. Still with in several weeks one of the units shut down. Frustrating as it was, they came out ASAP and discovered one other element that was not correct and fixed it the next day. That was in early Sept. 2019. I wanted to wait several weeks before writing a review to make sure all is good and the units are performing perfectly.Everyone I had spoken to along the way couldnt have been more professional and caring about my situation. The ladies who answer the phone were all helpful in trying to get this right. You even get a follow up call to make sure youre happy.I will keep you all posted as to how these units perform, but I can tell you this, Grande Aire is the company you want to be with. They respond quickly and will resolve your problem. I realize that living in Florida you need good air conditioning units and a company that will be there if you have an issue. Thank you all!

Tyler got my thermostat programmed the right way so it is now operational from my smartphone. The tech who installed the system originally was not internet savvy and had no idea how to program it. Was worth the time and investment to buy service contracts to have peace of mind.

My air conditioner broke but I was using a different company that my parents use and they canceled on me 3 days in a row.. I couldn’t take it anymore I was dying literally couldn’t breathe. My friends referred me to grande aire so contacted them and they came a few hours after I called. I had a charming gentleman named Tyler.. thanks to Tyler I can breathe again!

I have had a contract for several years with Grande Aire. I have had my A/C broken in 4th of July and they are always there quickly and have me up and running. I have spoken to Mary several times and she is always polite and extremely accommodating. The technicians (Jon or Tyler) are always professional when either one of the comes to the house. Love this place!!!
