If I could give negative stars I would if you have att go to another store there helpfull when there selling you items but when you were specifically told by one of there employees you would only pay 3 to 5 dollars for service and now billing is 30 theres nothing they can do so again I would not recommend this store

Worst case scenario happened one morning when I woke up and my phone was completely dead. After trying numerous avenues to get it fixed (Apple was pandemic closed) or the battery replaced (thanks for nothing Best Buy) I decided I just had to bite the bullet and buy a new phone. I’m so glad I came to AT&T because Max is the Man! I had tons of questions and he patiently answered all of them with knowledge about each phone and AT&T’s service plans. He listened to my needs and didn’t try to upsell me. In the end, I decided to go with the cheaper model, iPhone SE.As he was filling out the paperwork, he looked at my account and asked me why I didn’t use the AT&T insurance plan, that I’d been paying for, to get my old phone fixed. For some reason, it totally slipped my mind and didn’t occur to me that it would be covered. He gave me the information pamphlet about how I could get a new phone or battery replacement through Assurance and mentioned that once I got it fixed, I could come back and use the $700 trade-in promo program to buy the phone I really wanted, the new iPhone 12 mini ($699)! Essentially, I could get the new phone for free once I traded-in my fixed old phone (or the replacement phone). MAX saved me over $500 on the iPhone SE I was about to purchase!! He wasn’t even sweating the fact that I was walking out of there without purchasing a new phone. That’s the helpful honesty I truly appreciate.Of course, I got my old phone fixed and came in later and took advantage of the promo AT&T was running. I am writing this review from my new iPhone and I couldn’t be happier. I am so thankful for Max for saving me money, being informed of the products and AT&T services, and never pressuring for the sale. That is some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and won my customer loyalty for a lifetime.
Everytime I go into the Santa Rosa marketplace location I always specifically ask for Francisco or Amanda. They are a true representation of how a business should function.Amanda and Francisco are always so courteous, down to earth, and have always resolved any issue or question I have had.
Joe G.....was truly awesome in tailoring this 70 yr old lady to this I phone. The person who sold me the phone last week, with no other customers in the store only showed me how to turn the phone on and adjust the volume...you will have to go to the Apple store to learn how to use your phone. Customer service was totally lacking with Tessa.

Zach at the santa rosa store was amazing. I went in with an issue with my direct tv, unfortunately after at least 10 calls he was unable to help me, but he did everything he could do. I would highly recommend Zach and hope management sees this!!

AT&T works very hard at making changes to plans difficult. Staff was great but restricted in what they can do to help. Overheard a call customer was told he couldnt help unless person was physically present but told customer he could use a 1-800 number to resolve his problem.
I was in the Santa Rosa store, Brendon and Jasmine had great customer service and was very pleased on the help I received. I believe they should be promoted. As I have not always have the best customer service. Please bring it to thier attention they did a great job keep me happy and taking good care of my problems in the store. The rep who helped me with my needs was very good. Appeared to be knowledgeable and knew how to assist me.My only concern was the rest of the team that came off very unprofessional. At one point two co-workers started arguing about something that had to do with a customer and what they may be able to help with and it was in front of that said customer!! They continued to bicker a little more about what can and can’t be done. Also another team member started to help an older couple who was sent in for what sounded like something that couldn’t be done at the time of need and the rep started speaking business jargon and confused the couple. At one point the lady had to ask what the Acronym meant so they could understand what the rep. was sayingFrom what I gathered in my short visit, the one on one was very Pleasant but because it looked like I was occupying the only professional rep at the time of my visit, the rest of the clients were robbed of the experience I had. As a business profession, this is a reflection on management. Even if the manager was not there (and I asked) this tells me that either the team hasn’t been fully trained to be left alone or the manager needs to be assisted with training his/her staff on customer service and professionalism.I hope this was a one time situation but based on the outburst and actions, I’m assuming it hasn’t been.Thank you again to the rep who help me. She was very good!

I came in with my mom to get her an iPhone SE and we were helped by Luis G. He is very nice and was very patient with all the questions we had for him even though it was a much longer process considering the whole COVID-19. We will more than likely ask for him when we need to come back to the store. Very nice young man.

Max was THE MAN! I had a little hiccup (wrong info on my end) with the port from Verizon to AT&T. Max stuck with me through the activation and even helped troubleshoot and fix what Verizon, the Apple Store, and AT&T phone customer service could not. He is a serious asset to this company and single-handedly made me confident in switching carriers

Worst service at a mobile provider in my life! Really regret going here!! Paul, the service represented, did not give any details about new lines being started, lied about the cost of a new apple watch, scheduled the wrong installation time for setting up internet despite me correcting him multiple times, and added charges to are account that we specifically said not to! I cant understand how customer service can be so bad and how staff can be so incompetent. Avoid this location at all costs. It took hours to sort things out on the phone with AT&T after going here.

Max and his Manager were stellar help today for my mom’s complicated situation. Having to undo and unravel separate DirectTV and AT&T accounts and change the accounts where the account owner recently deceased was a challenge that they took on professionally and with a positive and sympathetic attitude. The system/process is so crazy convoluted but Max was able to get through the red tape to get my mom a better plan for a better price ending up with a sweet AT&T TV setup. Plus! We had an issue with setting up the AT&T TV once we got home, so called Max directly and he helped us immediately. Thanks so much for all of the attention and problem-solving. Ps. The AT&T TV is awesome. Best success!

Jeff worked with me over a period of several days. He guided me through every step. Never became inpatient with me, reassured me that we could get things straightened out. Visited the AT&T store to seek resolution of a small issue with my Apple I phone at about 1:30 pm. I was greeted and added to the wait list as # 5. After a bit I noticed that the the others on the list were waiting also. The only AT&T employee present was the greeter. An hour went by. Several of my fellow customers left. Some of them indicating their displeasure with at least an hour wasted with no staff visible. I queried one staffer who emerged from the private, employees only area. I was met with a very rude, over the top response that left me speechless. All I could say was “I’m not your adversary, I’m your customer,” as I exited the store. I can’t think of a better Advertisement for Verizon than this experience. Mr. AT&T President, you have a problem.

Our Experience with a AT&T, was awesome, great and fun. We had a great guy named Anthony. He worked very to meet our needs. Which worked out very well. Anthony works in Santa Rosa California on Santa Rosa Ave. I have been been with AT&T FOR A VERY LONG TIME. And the rest of the folks were very helpful also. The Manager answered questions we asked also that we felt important to us. Other than that Anthony was very informative. And had a great attitude and very honest. So! This is a joke. I paid for the plan that has hbo max included and still 2 weeks later I cant use it. Just stopped into the store to get help with it. The guy Changed my username and password and it wont work. Says my password is wrong. Type my old one in and every time I try to sign in to hbo max through my provider (at&t) an error message pops up every single time. So turns out I actually dont get hbo max for 90$ a month. Shady af. Go somewhere else
I give it 3 stars only because the corporate tech center didnt have its act together. Took 4 hrs to set up service call for dsl service. The store sales rep was excellent and was frustrated by the lack of effective service at the tech center. I give him five stars!

Came in knowing what I needed since a fam member works for the company. So unorganized don’t take your name when you get there, send you outside and don’t even know who’s turn it is. When I finally got helped again I knew what I needed and still had to be there too long while they were trying to figure out the problem. At the end his response “IDK what went wrong” and did what I asked in the beginning...
