I took my truck to get oil change and differential fluid change. They wont tell you upfront that after 5 qt they charge per additional quarter of oil. After it as all done they made me start the truck and check engine light came on. After one of the guys scanned the truck he told me the code and that now I need to take the truck to the shop to get it fixed. So I came for an oil change and ended up having a check engine light generated for them. Luckily I noticed they took out the air filter and made me start the car so it was very likely that CEL would come on. So I drove away at least hoping I was right about the light, but the experience of bring your car and drive away with a engine light on its so disappointing and frustrated.

The staff were friendly and everyone wore masks. Service was quick and met expectations. When I called they said the wait would be 30 minutes. I waited about 15 minutes and was done in about 35. Highly recommend OilStop.

All of the boys working at the time were professional and never pressured me into certain services but instead gave me options as to what would be best. Everyone was upbeat which is a always a major plus. I would highly recommend this location.

Super fast, professional team on the oil change. They got us in and out in about 20 minutes. There is a bit of upselling on engine additives, but they dont push too hard. Its not cheap compared with some other options, but they have you in and out quickly and professionally.

Awesome service! We had made an appointment at Menike next door. When we arrived, they said they didnt have it, and it would be 2 hours. Nope. Went next door to Oil stop. Got us right in.Super nice people. So fast! we were in and out in like 20 minutes. They offer you a beverage. You get to sit in your car while they do it. I thought that was kind of neat.They show you your oil level, before and after. They show you your air filter. Awesome customer service. And, you get a free car wash, at their Rohnert Park location. Score!Will definitely be getting our oil changes here from now on.

Christian is awesome! He’s incredibly accommodating and professional. They haven’t even changed my oil yet, I’m just that impressed with his customer service that I’m already leaving a review. It’s a drive through service so I’m waiting in my car. They are moving quickly so the wait isn’t long. Thanks for the convenient and friendly service! I love that I don’t even have to leave my car and he brought me a cold water. Update: there are 2 Christians! Both are great. Luis is also awesome! They ended up stripping my transfer case bolt then tried to hide it never telling me they had stipped it . When I confronted them about it they told me there distric manager would call me. No call yet we will see if they make it right.

Christian, Alex, and Luis were the attendants that helped me today. Christian was knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to explain my car to me. Alex was a great helper, and kept me entertained the entire time. The wait was decent, but all three of them made sure that my experience was great. They offered multiple times to give me water; they were timely and HONEST. Prices are a little high, but I also got a solid amount of work on my car. I highly recommend Oilstop.

Went here with my F350 while traveling. The guys here are great. Clean and neat and very professional. The service was outstanding. They do offer services above what I wanted, but there was no hard sell. If you are not savvy about what your vehicle needs my advice is to not purchase some of the additives offered. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service.

These guys are almost too friendly, I have never had a bad experience here.

The employees are friendly and respectful, but they misquote you and overcharge. I called to get the price, told them my specific car year, make, and model, and was told it would be $50, the same price the dealership had quoted me. Since I figured it would be faster than the dealership I went there. When I got there though they told me actually I needed synthetic and it would be $80, which is $30 more than the dealership even charges. I was so frustrated. Dont go here.

Got there about 8:15 two cars ahead of me he said itd be a 45-minute wait there was two cars in each Bay I said fine he asked me if I wanted something to drink there was bathrooms that I could use I refuse to drink though and after 45 minute wait they told me they didnt have the type of oil my car needed and that was kind of upsetting so I will not be going back to that particular oil stop

Worse place i ever went to for 1 they put the wrong oil im my car messed up the bearing In my motor when I called to tell them about the issue they caused they told me it didnt matter as long as there was oil it was good the Manager said you can use a 10w type motor oil and it would be just fine yeah right i told them do not put synthetic oil into my vehicle so what do I notice when I get back home.this place is a rip off

6 years and 2 cars later, Im still very happy and more than satisfied with their services. They are honest affordable and trustworthy. They are always smiling. We can really tell that they love doing what they do, and making sure we leave oilstop as happy customers. Tip: you dont always have to say yes to all the products that they recommend, its no pressure at all. Unless your car really needs work😁

I love oilstop, but this one sucked. Got there at 5:25 (closes at 6:00) with only 3 cars in sight and was turned away. Made it to the one on Cleveland at 5:45 and they gladly took me in (these guys already had 9 cars ahead of me). Guess who got a $60.00 tip???

They will try to sell you more stuff as you get your oil done. Be careful.

Eh... Its convenient but a bit overpriced for a simple oil change...on the plus side they always offer me something to drink and are very polite...on the minus side I had to wait awhile (over 20 minutes)before they even started working on my car last time...I aint going to a drive through oilstop for the ambience.

The guy got mad at his coworker for letting me in 10min. Before they close not knowing i speak Spanish him telling him to tell me we dont have your oil filter lol he said it when he opened my hood and looked for 2 sec. I mean come on i know your almost done with the day but i made it in time when my car really needed an oil change and just because you want to leave in time and lie by speaking in spanish when im latino....just sad hearing some when lie thinking you dont speak Spanish 😔

They use to take the Chevron credit card but they no longer accept them. Probably will no longer go there because of this.

I have been getting my oil changed by this co. for along time at the location in Rohnert Park. I noticed my oil was at 41% and I had just gotten my oil changed in RP. I was on SR AVE and stopped in to have them top off my oil.The one tech told me to hold on a sec and he would help me. Then, another guy working there gave me a dirty look, came over to my car and told me to leave that they were too busy!!! Bad customer service for sure!
