Super disappointing at best. the outside looks like any normal drive-through car wash results, the inside was horrible. Typically you can find some area that they forgot however I cant find an area that they did well. Do yourself a favor and dont bother with this place. I purchased the $40 platinum and feel completely ripped off.

The crew did a great job cleaning all the nooks and crannies of my car. They were able to remove all of the dog hair as requested. Im very happy with their service.

Been going here for years and usually I leave 110% happy. Todays interior detailing was terrible. Upon pickup my door jams were completely untouched, filled with grime and leaves. Interior was still filled with dirt and dog hair. Pointed this out to the team, they took it in for a second attempt to correct the issues. Car was there for 5.5 hours, had to go back and pickup again after their second attempt, spent $200, and still had to clean my interior myself when I got home. Such a bummer

First time here and I wont make it a regular thing..carpets, dash and windows were still dirty and a few missed spots on the outside as well.. boo!

I was pretty disappointed I got the Platinum car wash and I had to point out a lot of things that they need to fix for the Platinum wash and then when they said my car was ready they put my pads down over my gas pedal which I didnt notice when he told me to leave and I almost got in an accident and that was pretty upsetting so I dont think Im going to go back there

Auto Pride has the best customer service. They REALLY aim high to please their customers, & theyre all so upbeat.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is frequently I have to ask them to hit a few spots. They are always happy to oblige. I just wish they were consistently a little more thorough.However, they detailed my employers 150 & he felt it looked better than when he first bought it.

They changed my oil and checked everything else like windshield wipers. They are professional, polite and efficient. My car didnt get completely washed when it went through the car wash and they ran it through again without one comment from me.

Did not clean well at all. Smeary windows and left dirt on car. Paid 40.00 and the local kid washing your car in the driveway would have done a better job.

This may be a decent value for purchasers of a car wash pass, but the oil change prices are above market, and the ending of the free wash with oil change makes it a poor value. I am a customer of many years but I shall not return.

Its convenient. But oil change is higher than many others. I was fine with before, because they used to throw in a free car wash. But they raised the price of the oil change, and now the car wash isnt free.

Ive been going to this car wash back before it was Auto-pride. I moved back to Santa Rosa from out of state and my white 1996 Honda Odyssey had to stay with an in-law in that state. It was outdoors under a leaky car port. When time came to bring it here it had a TON of hard water scaling all over the windshield. A friend towed it out here and I had no idea what I was going to do with it. I couldnt see anything out of the windshield.I took it to Auto Pride Car wash on mission and they absolutely cleaned it up. I was absolutely amazed!!! The car looked like brand new. My family and extended family go here every-time we need a car wash or oil change (get a free car wash with oil change!).The staff are super kind and friendly, both for the car wash and the oil change.Antonio is a great understanding guy and he picks great people for his team. Thanks to everyone there.

My third visit for a car wash. The first 2 (pre-pandemic) were subpar—2* job as the trunk not vacuumed and water dripped from door handle causing dirty line down car. I came back because really wanted the help after the ash buildup from the Walbridge and Glass Fires.This time was a slower Tuesday morning and they did a better job—remembering that I didn’t want a (synthetic/toxic) fragrance and wiping interior surfaces of ash, but water on the passenger side door still dripped from the handle afterwards. The folks there seem hardworking and friendly.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years and all the workers are very nice. They usually always leave my car really shiny and clean as well, even ask me if I was a certain smell when they have cleaned my car. I feel like if you’re looking for a place to do a good job and not take such a long time on your car then this is the place!

My experience with this car wash has been good. They are about as expensive, or a bit more, then some other places in Sonoma County but always do a much better job. My car was so shiny my neighbor actually asked if I had bought a new car.

Got their PLATINUM option. They were fast and hardworking, but the level of detailing was far below par. Id say they got about 50% of the dust off of interior, leaving easy to clean marks all over the place. Dissatisfied with my experience overall, do not recommend.

I worked here 8 years ago the same manager is still there and I gotta say they treat you like family here they really take care of you and your car like it was their own. I go in once or twice a month and walk to fruta and get a drink while they wash my car.

Havent been here in a while always like this car wash.It has changed hands and it is better than ever.Very friendly staff and good service.I 100% recommend this car wash.I am having my car totally detailed inside and out and hand waxed. I can see it now from the window and it looks fantastic.

I have gone here multiple times for both oil changes and car washes. All of the employees have been kind and the service has been quick and efficient. The manager, Tom, was extremely helpful and understanding when I had a specific issue with my car. Ill be continuing to come here!

They did fantastic job cleaning our Dodge from being caked in dust from being in deserts of Arizona for years, to lookin brand new once again! I was so grateful! Antonio did such a great job! Grade A work! We still take both our cars there and are always happy with the results.

I used to love this place but they stopped their deal with getting a free car wash with an oil change. Boo. I also asked if the guys would install my new bulb (that I just picked up at the auto part store). He said, No, we dont do that...would hold up the line. Of course there was no one behind me...not impressed with customer service after 15 years of doing business here. Moving on...

I’ve been going to Mission Car Wash for many, many years. The crew there is friendly and polite and they do a terrific job. I have the unlimited service package and wash my truck there nearly every week. I also wash my wife’s car there frequently. They also do great detail work and will do special projects like truck beds if you ask them. There’s also a vey nice gift shop inside and a comfortable waiting area. I’ve read some of the negative reviews here, but I’ve never experienced any of those problems. We tend to wash our vehicles frequently, however, so they never get too dirty. 5 stars for Mission Car Wash!

Not what it once was. Love the oil change service quick efficient and comprehensive even for a diesel with 8 qts of oil... Car wash seams like I am always asking them to remove bugs, tar or clean door jambs... When I feel I can do a better wash and vacuum at home in the same time, I am hard pressed to come back. Going to try Splash next time as I hear they do a great job

Ive been taking both our cars to this place and have always been delighted with the beautiful care they give to our cars even though theyre not new Bimmers or Benzes. If you want something extra just ask and theyll even vacuum your trunk.

Like most places that are fast paced every once in a while something will get missed. Ive been going here for years. In general Ive had very good experiences here. In fact, I once went here after I had loaned my car to a friend who scratched the heck out of my front end. It was the end of the work day, and this guy spenat least 20 extra minutes trying to buff out the scratches. With great effort, he got almost all of it even though Im sure he wanted to go home.That being said, I have on occasion had a few misses. The detail service is very good though.The inside store has lots of cool gift stuff to peruse while waiting.

I have been going to Auto Pride for years. It was Mission Car Wash before, and I not only got my cars washed there but had my oil change also. Up until a couple of months ago when you paid for a fairly expensive oil change you received a free car wash. Now this. Company has gone cheap skate and is only giving a $10 off car wash. The ONLY reason I paid for the higher cost oil change was because I knew I would get a free car wash. Thats not happening now and I will no longer get my oil change there. I hear Im not the only complaint and so you loose another customer.

The people at Mission Car Wash are great! They are very efficient and do such a good job. The monthly cost makes going there even after a rainy day or as I had a “driving under birds” event, simple!

Extremely sloppy car wash, missing more dirt than cleaning it. The detailing car wash work is anything but detailed, even after you pay $150 for their best service. Every single time Ive been here I had to ask them to correct their sloppy cleaning on the doors, dashboard, windows, etc.They also managed to damage/break my cars rear mirror defroster in the process of cleaning it. Ive been a long time customer, but I doubt I will ever go back after that. Just not worth the hassle. Plenty of other hand wash places which actually pay attention to detail.Also, the prices here keep getting more and more outrageous, while the cleaning gets shoddier.Giving this place 2 stars ONLY because of Julio and other kind mechanics in the oil change department. They are a class above the lazy ones in the car wash portion of the business.

I dont think theres another car wash in this area, so if you need to get your car washed, I emphatically suggest you come here. But make sure you check your entire car before leaving; i havent had the pleasure of a clean car without double checking any time Ive come here. I imagine its because theyre so busy because theres literally not another car wash place I know of in this area. Very nice service.

I go here pretty often and its great 95% of the time. The only drawback is they sometimes miss a section of the car depending on who is working. But compared to the other places, they are a go to place.

I never write reviews but here I am. Went here last night around 5:15 and bought the 38.00 premium...when I got home I realized the inside was barely vacuumed. The seats hadnt been touched, the console and cup holders werent even touched. The dashboard nether, maybe they thought I paid for just the outside to he cleaned so I went back this morning with my receipt of the highest wash they have. I left and its still not cleaned. I have pictures attached dashboard has dust all over it, the shift gear wasnt cleaned. I came back twice, how hard is it to clean? I might as well have cleaned my Car my self. I moved here from Sacramento and there was a car wash that was 27.99 and thats to clean the inside too...they always cleaned everything. I truly never write reviews but I felt I needed to.

Fast service. I pulled in behind 16 cars in a Sunday evening and I was still out of there within 30 minutes. Attention to detail could be a bit better, this is reason I have 4 instead of 5 stars. Small details such as a few crumbs still in my cup holders and the door jams arent always wiped down. No matter, this is my normal car wash that I frequent often and when my parents come into town from Sacramento, they visit it every time. They have a pretty good rewards program and great coupons that can be found in the Valpak.

Bad experience. Took car in 6/15/17 p.m. for wash and spray wax.. Car sat in back corner for 40 or 50 minutes. When I asked, they took it into the detail space and I guess sprayed wax on it. When I got it into my garage, I thought it didnt look very shiny and they has missed half of the hood. I am going to turtle wax it myself. Wish I had read the reviews before I went it, but this used to be a good car wash. I have been going there for 18 or 19 years. I called and the manager offered to look at it. I, however, am not happy.

I took my car today and both times they left it dirty. I talk to the mgr. And the mirrors were never cleaned and on the back and top of the car it look like they never wiped it down. Been there before but wont come back.

I go here often because its located close to home. They do a pretty good most of the time, I just wish the would do a better job with the center console. Primarily the cup holders and change tray. A few sprays of cleaner and one good solid wipe cleans them out. Its seems pretty easy, but it never gets done.The other thing that is a strange, is that if you dont specifically say that I want the trunk of my SUV vacuumed it wont get done. And sometimes I have to open the trunk myself so its actually gets done... :/Other than that its not bad.

$89.99 for an oil change (After Coupon) on a Mazda. I pull in to get an oil change and Mechanic 1 pops hood and mechanic 2 starts paper work, Informing me that my car takes synthetic oil (Ive owned and worked on this car since 2012 so I know this car VERY well)Yes indeed it does, it can also do a blend! He then tells me in a quick jumble of words that it takes 8 quarts of oil! This car only accepts up to 4.6qts of oil! Not only that he says that it will cost $89.99. I had to ask him to repeat it because he spoke so fast, he did and I immediately said no. Folks. Do not go here.

Every time I come here for a wash there’s always something that needs to be dried or wiped down, finger print and such. But I really like the timing. I would still come to this place but I hope they pay better attention to the minor details.

I took my truck in to get the platinum wash and it was anything but. first they did not clean out the bed of the truck, then i had to pay extra to have the mats clean and they only did the front mats. the phone cradle and cup cradles were still dirty. the vacume job looked like they use hand broom. the outside of the truck looked good except there was a bug spot right in the middle of the driver window. if i didnt have to get to work i would of made them do it all over again. i wont be back

Reading some reviews online, I didnt have high hopes. However, I was wrong! The place is a little confusing if you havent been there before. You drive up to one of three lanes, someone comes around to your car, and you tell them which package you want. They often have coupons for $5 off that you can show on your phone. At the end my SUV was extremely clean both inside and out. Serive didnt take long. Would not hesitate to go here again.

This was my first and last time here. I had good vibes when I pulled in. They were quick to vacuum and write up my ticket. I enjoyed sitting on a shady bench while they dried my car ... Or so I thought they were drying my car. In less than 5 minutes he honks the horn and tells me my car is ready. The problem: the car was still dripping wet and none of the bottom panels had even been touched! I told him the car was still wet and he said It will dry off when you drive. Ill never go back there. I have no patience with people who take no pride in their work.So far, I havent been to a car wash that even comes close to Raintree Car Wash in Petaluma. Ill just continue to make the drive there. At least Ill drive home in a sparkling clean and DRY car!

This place lacks good management, they do the minimum. Plan on putting it through twice and it will be ok if you have the time .
