This is the best shop ever! Jessica and her team are extremely talented. Jason, the automotive foreman, is a very talented mechanic who knows how to work on older Toyotas. My car is a 1989 Toyota MR2 which been having a consistent suspension issue where the car kept pulling to one side. This issue been looked at by so many alignment shops and mechanic shops who were not able to resolve the issue, but Hahn Automotive identified the issue and mad the adjustments with my alignment to resolve the issue. Jessica is the best service writer Ive worked with who is very clear, concise, and is knowledgeable with cars.Another big plus is that the shop allows you to go under the car on the rack and show you whats wrong. The shop is very transparent with you and what you should do with your car. I felt like I was taken care of in a timely manner and as painless as possible. These people are also very honest with what they can do and what they can not do.Overall, this shop gets a 10/10. I will bring my cars back here for any further work on my vehicles.

I thought they used genuine OEM parts for hybrids, but I was wrong. They gave me a bad aftermarket drive belt and I had to go to hyundai to get it fixed. They never refunded me for the bad job even though they supposedly guarantee their parts. They ended up costing me more money than necessary. I will only go to dealer now for my hybrid.

I first used the team at Hahn last October to winterize our boat. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful (especially for a new boat owner). We pulled into Hahn while on travel with a check engine light. They were amazing to us. We were more that 500 miles from home. They researched and ordered parts, loaned us a car for the duration of our repair, and even helped us plan the safest route home. Most importantly they correctly diagnosed our problem, fixed it, and we have been trouble free since our visit last August. They went above and beyond in serving us, checking on us even after we arrived home. The shop is clean, the mechanic was expert, and they communicated really clearly. Its rare to visit businesses as exceptional as this one!!

My car would not start and was not making a sound. I did not know if it was my battery or my alternator. I hooked up my battery to my charger. Later, I went on line, found Hahn Automotive, called them Friday around 1:00 pm, they said they had time to look at the car, so I drove down to their business. They checked my alternator and it was good. Then they checked my battery, it was bad. They installed a new battery and I was back on the road in about an hour. They were friendly and solved my problem quickly. I recommend them if you need service on your vehicle.

I came by and needed some electrical work done after a botched fix of the cylinders in my engine. The folks at Hahn took care of me within hours and I was back on the road, same day. When I was on the last leg of a 2000 mile journey the alternator went out in my vintage car at 1pm on a Thursday. I was stuck in Cloverdale with no parts or available mechanics and I needed to get to Eureka that night.Hahn Automotive found the part I needed right away, so I threw a new battery in and backtracked 30 miles to see if they could help, and help they did!The owner himself worked on my car. He and the front desk person both stayed an hour late to help us in our hour of need. They were friendly and professional - they cared about us as people and about my car as if it were a member of the family. I was referred to Hahn Automotive by Santa Rosa Transmission & Car Care for the electrical work I needed to get installed for my hitch. SRT&CC told me Hahn is honest about work that needs to be done and fair in pricing. I’ve gone to them twice for general maintenance and service to my Audi Q5. Jessica and Terri are great and flexible with making the appointments and they have great follow up too. I’m so happy to have found a shop in SR who I can depend on and trust.

SKI BOAT SERVICE. Billy and his staff are always helpful. They have given me years of solid strategy for repairing and improving my ski boat. Its an older boat with low hours so some things have needed to be replaced and maintained. Their prices are fair and they have a lot of experience with boats of all kinds.

I just purchased a used Chevy Volt. They are one of the few shops that work on this car. I brought it to the dealer who said it needed a new oil pan gasket ($1200). I brought it to Hahn for a second opinion and low and behold it turned out to just be the oil filter gasket. So I merely needed to have the oil changed. They basically saved me $1170. Most of all I appreciated their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Went in for a headlight adjustment for my 99 Civic. They were very misaligned and they did well re - adjusting them properly. Was as simple as dropping off and picking back up. Id personally take my car back there if need for sure.

Paid over $1,00 and my was left with the same problem plus theyleft things untied.

I brought my 2007 GMC diesel truck into Hahn Automotive last week. I rely on my truck for work and needed it back ASAP. Front wheel bearing needed attention, check engine light was on (bad thermostat) and I wanted them to check the brakes.Honestly, I needed these repairs done for a while however, I have seen too many repair shops that were dishonest. I had previously took my Corvette to Hahn Automotive and they took care of everything.My truck was also repaired as needed and were honest to tell me the brakes were good. My check engine light came on and the car was stumbling while accelerating so I took it in to Hahn. They had it diagnosed quickly and had the part ordered. I got my car back the next morning. No problems since. Thanks Jessica and crew!!

I came in for a parking sensor issue and they located and fixed the problem. They also found that my brakes were down to 10% on the inside pads but were ok on the outside pads. They replaced the pads and addressed the uneven wear issue saving me from having a bigger problem later. Couldn’t be happier with the job they did and attention to detail.

Went in for a check engine light. Thought they could diagnose it for $150.00, there hourly rate. Told me my three year old battery was bad and needed more time to finish the test. Got an estimate for close to $3000.00 and said I would have to wait. Got my truck home and tightened the ground cable on the battery and its still good. So I didnt need a battery and my engine light fix was a $30 purge valve.I would not recomend them because their mechanic didnt know what they were doing.

This was a lastminute request, and they accommodated that as well.While dropping off my MDX I noticed that Hahn Automotive had many ski boats being worked on as well. I have a Ski Sanger that needed some repair with the prop-shaft as well as the battery and wiring. I also needed a complete boat trailer brake system, and tow hitch tongue coupler. Billy and his crew were very knowledgeable with these repairs, and they made recommendations as to the best approach based on my budget. What a great experience! I started my work week with my van breaking down on Coast Highway. Two tows later, and after a reference from AAA, I found myself at Hahn. My coworker had called them that morning with out amateur diagnosis, and we got a time/cost estimate; I didnt show up with the van until close to 5pm that day.The next day, I spoke with Ron several times, trying to see if the van would be ready that day, or if I should rent a car. He patiently took all my calls, and by noon they had diagnosed the issues (NOT at all what my co-worker and I had diagnosed) and said the car would be ready around 4pm. I showed up around 1:30pm, did some work in their waiting room (with free wifi) and the car was ready by 4pm. I ended up spending an extra hour in their waiting room because I hadnt finished all the work I needed to.Did I mention the price was very reasonable? And I had a working van in less than 24 hours. Stellar service, I cant recommended them highly enough.

I came in to his shop with a car I had just gotten. There had been some issues with the car so he checked it out and told us what needed fixing then he noticed that we needed a smog check and was really helpful by doing that for us. The service there is awesome and everyone is really welcoming :)

Wish my experience here was better. I brought in a truck to have the motor that rolls the window up and down replaced, told them to replace it. They diagnosed that it was the motor and replaced it... simple enough, except I had told them to replace the motor and the diagnosis cost an additional $130, I didnt need a diagnosis, Im the customer, I say replace, you replace, dont waste time and then charge me outrageously. Of course the front desk lady was condescending and trying to make me go away by pointing out her kid was near by. I wasnt yelling or being obscene, so it was extra infuriating.. but the window worked great afterwards..

I know many mechanics do this and it sucks but was over charged like crazy, a simple job that costed me 300 dollars in parts, they charged me more than double .and on top of that something that only took me and hour(non mechanic),they charged me 600 ...a complete RIP off . again I know a lot of mechanics do that, just want you guys to know that this one is one of them.

The owner talked my husband and myself through the steps of what our rv needed to have its charging system completed after we updated our alternator and even helped us know what to do to get money back from a shop that riped us off. When we took our rv to get the job done he finished the job within the day which was super quick and done amazingly well! This job has saved our rv life for the better and made us feel so much better after having been taken advantage of by an auto shop prior. The owner of this shop made everything he could go right for us after my wife and myself were treated wrongly at a differebt shop. Living in an rv comes with its judgment from others but these people made us feel proud to live in an rv and hooked us up in a big way. I will definately recomend everyone to come here.

THANK YOU Guys : My 99 Silverado was at a different shop and had a very unusually problem after having a fuel pump replaced. The truck would not start so mechanics started to check some items first it was thought to be a bad PCM which has to be remapped by the Dealership 2 days there, but still no power, test showed ignition switch was bad, then a new main fuse box was changed still no power. So one mechanic jumped a few wires and it started but the shifting was very hard.So after 17 days I took it to HAHN Automotive where within 9 hours they had my truck back in my hands and running better than when it was new.If you have a Electrical problem give Hahns a try.Thanks go to Billy, Mark and Mike again Thank you.

I made the mistake of going to an inexpensive place to have my car smogged when I needed to go to a Gold station. I paid the fee, they ran the tests, which my car passed, but then they failed me on the visual examination. Couldnt they have done the visual, first, so I could get the issue corrected?Bruce at Coddingtown Firestone recommended Hahn. Hahn checked my car, made a referral to another business to also check it, and gave me a lot more info than the smog shop Id paid for the work. They really helped me out.Lesson learned, you get what you pay for!Next time I need a smog, Im definitely going to Hahn the first time, and would recommend others do the same.
