Beautiful building well laid out met with an attorney there who was very helpful with the immigration law

This place is terrible. They have harassed me over and over again for a $99 charge when I worked here briefly that I do not owe. I paid everything that was due to them and do not owe them further yet they continue for YEARS later to harass me for a charge I dont owe them. They are beyond unprofessional and scattered and need new management. Feels like a borderline scam.

Great place to work and flexibility of hours. Lovely location and convenient logistically, safe, quiet and friendly biz occupants. Office manager Jonathan and Cody are extremely helpful and goes out of their way to resolve.

Due to my job I’m usually on the move; with the flexibility of regus space I am able to travel around to my clients and their needs while being able to hold a meeting in a elevated business atmosphere while having professional administrative support. I recommend regus because it is a easy way to start a business while having the benefits of a already established company.

So bad that this is the first time Ive ever taken the time to write a review on Google. Had repeated and continual issues with them not correctly forwarding the mail for my company. Speaking with the manager proved useless. On the rare occasions my mail actually made it to the correct address half of it was always for another company, Misty Mountain. Informed them several times of this, nothing ever changed. So apparently they were not only unable to correctly deliver my mail, but were unable to deliver mail for this other company as well. This went on for months despite several complaints and calls with the company.I was also over-billed on numerous occasions. I eventually had to file a stop payment with my credit card it became such a problem. I feel like they basically scammed me. They were never able to provide the services I paid for and constantly tried to screw me on billing. Many important documents that were sent to their address were lost in their black hole and never made it to me, which cause a bunch of hassle and lost time and money for my company.I cannot recommend that anyone do business with Regus they are a very unprofessional and dishonest company in my opinion.

Love the gals at the front desk! Superb customer service, as well as their professionalism in regards to handling your companies needs. Everything from answering phones, handling your mail, and greeting your clients, these ladies are the bomb!

Horrible company. Was unable to correctly forward mail the entire time we had an office there. Missed several important deadlines and documents thanks to their incompetence which cost us a lot of money. Talked to the mangers multiple times. Nothing ever changed. Switched to a different company that charges less and we actually get our mail now. Stay far, far away do not use this company.

A scam company, do not give them businesses. Once they have your credit card info they will over-charge or or double bill you every single billing cycle. Had to speak with the manager every single time we got billed to get our money refunded. After six times we finally called it quits and had to cancel our credit card to prevent them from continuing to bill our company. This was on top of horrible customer service and a complete and total inability to forward our mail in a timely and correct manner, which was the whole reason we opened a virtual office with them. We had some bills and important pieces of mail not show for over 4 months after they were post-marked. I would give this company a negative 5 stars if I could, I have never dealt with a worse businesses in my entire career.

I was looking for the Kitchen Design Center (KDC) …a scouting trip for a meeting in two weeks. It seems that KDC has space in the Regus facility. There was no one at the Regus reception desk; so, I never got directions through the maze to the KDC offices. Hopefully, someone will be there in two weeks. How long are Regus coffee breaks?

Basically a scam company. Regus advertises low month to month office costs but charges three times the rent a month for an undisclosed deposit that they dont give back for months after you move out. Total rip off.
