Dana is my Favorite Nail Technician. I have Ingrown Toenails and she does a really good job removing them. It doesnt hurt and Ive never had an infection at Zen Nails. Helen and Rachel are always very friendly and very efficient. You can experience quality, comfort and exactly what you want at Zen Nails everytime.

This place is absolutely horrible. They messed up my daughter’s nails for homecoming. They came out completely deformed. The people were rude and made a 14 year old girl cry after her service. Even after I called to tell the owner, they acted like it was my Problem. Please do not frequent this business.

Zen nails is a wonderful place to have finger and toe nails done at a very good price in a high end environment. They offer beverage and actually have an atm card in the building. I highly recommend this place.

Liked it, didnt love it. Perhaps I dont go to nail salons frequently but Zen Nails is enormous with ten mani stands and maybe twenty pedi chairs. The manicurists were friendly, excellent and did great with my biten nails. Now that Ive had my nails for a few hours, I think theyre a little uneven.

They rush through everyone and are very inpatient and quite rude. I got yelled at 3 times by the lady doing my toes because I was “not relaxed enough” well maybe if they were taking their time I would feel more relaxed. Not sure why this place has so much hype. Infinity nails in Montgomery Village is very better and they treat their customers like actual people. Go there instead!

I have been coming here for years and it is by far THE best nail salon in Sonoma county. In fact, I used to live in Marin and would drive here just to go to Zen. Now I live close by and bring my daughter. It’s heaven! Outstanding service, every employee is kind, the owners are fantastic and of course Coco & Chanel are the stars! Highly recommend!

They have a variety of colors, the product has helped me to stop biting my nails and it is a really easy application.Pedicures are still my favorite service. I don’t have anything bad to say about their services or employees. Out of the three times I’ve been there they’ve been very friendly. The one star is from every time I’ve called to scheduled an appointment the person answering the phone is always rude! While in the parking lot at exactly 1:27 I get a call from them saying I’m late. No, my appointment is at 1:30 which I was walking into and had clarified to her, she then hangs up on me, so call back to cancel than appointment. I will NEVER give my service to this nail salon, nor will I recommend them!

Very open, light and clean. They took my mom as a walk in but it is probably best to make an appointment. The place is huge with many mani and pedi stations. The women who did.my moms mani didnt give her the machine to accelerate the drying of her nails. I asked and she said no she would just have to sit there (in her wheelchair) and wait for her nails to dry. Meanwhile, the client next to us was given a machine to air dry her nails. They also had stations with fans for nails and feet but they were not offered to us😬

Today I went there for my monthly mini-pedi. When I paid to leave she-Helen- the manger-she acts like she owns the place-charged me $51.00!! Pre covid it was 45..last month 47 and now 51. Not a mention of the raise to me before I sat down for my treatment. I wonder if she is pocketing the money. She is unprofessional and unethical to do that. I should of made a big fuss and refused to pay. I am a regular monthly customer for 5 years.. and that is how they treat us? Charging and not telling us before so we have the option to say no and leave. I will report them to the county. If you keep passing costs on to regular customers they will quit coming. I will not go there anymore.This is not what the posted sign says for services. You cant pass all your costs on to consumer..cut back on your lights, water, etc..dont over charge customers. Explains why the place was empty today..and if they keep this up they will close out of their greed.

Every time I’ve been here for a pedicure they do an amazing job! I just got my nails done here for the first time and I’m so in love with them❤️ 10/10 would recommend. The ladies who work there are all really sweet too.

My friend made appointment for us to get pedicures together. We appeared 10 minutes early and were told we were too late! Then, the hostess reconsidered and called my friend to ‘come along!’ I started to follow and she said ‘no, not you, appointment was for one’. My friend said she had made appt for 2 & had offered to spell my name when she called. I said I wasn’t interested & left. She called 5 min later & said they had cancellation to come back. My tech was excellent!! While drying, my friend had need for water (severe hot-flash) and asked employee for water. She said ‘very busy’. My friend asked again then hostess. The other employee got water for 3 other people but not my friend. I went to get her water. I will Never patronize this racist salon again! White And Not Rich

Runs like a well oiled machine! There is a reason they are always busy. They are super efficient and keep things running super smoothly. Sometimes they are a little rough, but that seems pretty standard. I recommend this place. Not sure what the bad reviews are about.

I have been going to Zen Nails for several years and have always received the best experience in a very professional, clean and peaceful environment. Clean, beautiful nail spa that actually honors their appointment times. The girls are very nice and they use OPI brand polishes and other nice quality products. I’ve had a gel mani for almost 3 weeks without a chip or any peeling. Solid spot!

With always being on a very tight schedule I appreciate how this shop runs, always on time and always nails done to perfection! Helen and her team are all top notch in what they do.

Great service. We made an appointment. Only $25 for a pedicure with everything I could want. Very reasonable. Right next to Ross and Copperfields if youre inclined to go shopping for clothes or books after. Definitely coming back.

They charged me $30 to paint my 5 yr olds nails and toes. She did not get a manicure or pedicure and they charged me $15 each. It took about 10 min total!

Owner is extremely unapproachable. Witnessed her verbally attack a customer after asking her to survey a bad nail job with other customers. She should be embarrased and remember the customer is ALWAYS right. What a shame in a nice SR neighborhood. Never doing business there again.

No too confident to come back to this place, one of them convinced me to use the gel nail polish which I wasnt too familiar with and it was more expensive. But thats no what I tried to say, what happened is that after two weeks my nails stated chipped like flakes and the nail polish couldnt take the gel out of my nails of my hand, the y were damaged and ugly. My natural nail now look so bad. I dont think the staff were honest. Also these employees speak Asian Language all the time, I think its rude from their part to do this in front of the customers that dont understand.Some are very kind on the other hand!I wont come back anymore!

If I could give a less than zero rating, I would! I came in to have a gel mani and the place was busy, but since I had an appointment, I expected to be the next person served. This was not the case. I was given the nail cards, and then, completely ignored as others who arrived after me were seated and checked out. Then, when the woman at the front desk realized that she had ignored me, and had given someone else my appointment, she tried to argue that it was my fault!!! The problem here is all European Americans were given deference while I was completely ignored. Yes, its still happening people! Institutional racism rears its ugly head again, and even among people of color dealing with other people of color!!!!!! I will never come to this shop again.

Every time I’d attempt to use Zen Nail services it was a hassle. They only have two acrylic girls, but aside from being grossly understaffed in a necessary field, I just always felt uncomfortable due to treatment. I go to Shimmer Nails currently. LOVE!

I was a walk in and the gal didnt speak enough English to understand what I wanted and needed. My feet hurt for 2 days after and I cant do it for myself because Im in a cast on my left hand.

I went into Zen nails last weekend, the day before I was leaving for Disneyland. I went in with a picture of a simple Disney design that I wanted. It was a French with red/white polka dot tips and Minnie decal for the ring finger. They told me they did not have time. So I left with boring French with red tips. I immediately went to Magnolia salon where they added the white polka dots and she freehanded Minnie on ring fingers. I will never go to Zen again. Magnolia nails is my new place!

Ive been been a repeat customer for about a year and a half and I think the service is good. Front desk lady has an attitude with my mom sometimes while shes trying to pay. But overall for the busy place that they are they are pretty nice. The only thing I have a problem with is that after about a week my nails will break and I can see through the polish right away. So basically I think they have very low quality cheap gel polish. Probably why they have over 50 colors to chose from. The only reason I go back is because my mom loves this place. If it was up to me I would go to any other place.

All the people of Zen Nails do their very bestto make my experiences pleasant. I will continueto return to them for my nail needs. Great placeto spend time!

My nail tech did a decent enough job on my pedicure, but my overall experience was ruined by the snappy, cold, unprofessional front desk girl named Emily. Emily was so rude and disrespectful to myself and other clients in the salon. I understand that she was busy, but considering the name of your salon is ZEN she sure didnt make me feel at ease or relaxed. Instead, she barked orders at me, was completely dismissive and u accommodating when I asked to add a polish change on my hands to my pedicure so that (God forbid) I could have matching polish on my hands and toes! My best friend and I booked our services together but I was told to sit in the lobby by myself and was not even allowed to chat with my friend while she finished up her manicure. When there are so many nail salons to choose from, why would anyone pick a $25 mediocre pedicure at the worlds most unfriendly nail salon ever?

Ive had been going here sense they open this location and I enjoyed there service.The guy at desk would make the appointments and wrote it down in there book wrong and they blamed it on us we had the card saying the day and time.😠😠 they were RUDE about it.Hes always sick and negative.The manager is very rude. I really liked this place until yesterday 😞 It was about the 5th time there to get the dip powder. All the times I had gone it the cost was $40, which is 60% higher than doing gel polish. I didnt like the higher price but the product worked great for me, and I was very happy with the results. Well yesterday when I went in and after the girl was finished and handed me the slip to Kay; she had charged me $50! I asked when did the price go up? Her response was two weeks ago. I spoke with Helen, the owner and said I felt I should have been informed prior so I could have decided if I wanted to pay that much...her response the price went up, it takes longer to do dip powder I told her I felt it wasnt very professional and she had no response. I stated I was very disappointed and that I had really liked it there, but felt this was a bad business practice, and said I wouldnt be back, her response was kinda oh wellI felt like it was a bait n switch the dip powder isnt even listed in their price list. Bad business, I will tell my friends not to go here.

First time there. I got a pedicure. Someone was able to take me 20 mins earlier than my appointment time. Which translated to, I was moved and squeezed between two other clients. My entire pedicure was 17 minutes. He skipped filing, cuticle trimming and massage. He used the foot scrub to massage me. Then immediatley after polish i was pushed out. Dont go to Danny!

Went in with a bridal party day before the wedding. They lost half the reservation then argued with us about it. Completely unprofessional and rude. Will never go back.

The absolute best place in Sonoma County for a mani and or pedi. The Ambiance is relaxing, beautiful, and spotless. Well trained staff provide flawless nails.

If I could give negative stars I would! Terrible place!! I had been going there monthly for almost 4 years. I went in 2 days before my wedding- showed them what I wanted right when I sat down (white gel on nails and regular polish on toes, with glitter on half of the nail). Half way through, the girl couldnt get the glitter to unclump or lay on the nails properly, so the guy comes over and snaps at me that if I wanted glitter I had to let them know when I made the appt. I said I made it 4 weeks ago, how was I supposed to know that I wanted glitter?? I showed her the picture BEFORE she started and she said ok. He rudely cut me off and said she doesnt have time. I said I showed her the picture prior to her starting and she didnt say anything about time. Again, he cut me off and sharply said she doesnt have time. I said Im getting married in 2 days, I want my fingers and toes to match. Again, with attitude, he said it doesnt matter she doesnt have time. We cant do that. No offer to come back another day or anything. He was such a $^#&÷

Had my wedding nails done here- first time using gel instead of acrylic- the staff was extremely helpful in making sure that I received exactly what I was looking for- even when a language barrier came up- they made sure that we all transparently understood before completing the style I was looking for- very happy with my experience

The owner obviously hates her job or the clients. She is rude, and treats and speaks to the employees as if they are below her. The front desk young man was talking about how she hates her job while I was trying to pay...he used some cuss words with that statement. So unprofessional! I dont need to go to a dysfunctional salon...I go to a salon to relax and get my nails done not to feel stressed out. Never again!!

Terrible experience. Had an appointment since march for a mani pedi. They claimed they did not have the reservation for the pedicure and did not have the room for it now. They became loud and angry when questioned about it. Will never go here again. Worst customer service ever.
