Gel is thick at the tip of the nail on the manicure.For the pedicure, they didnt file or buff or push cuticles. DONT reccomend this place if you want it to look at least similar shape.She started to polish and I asked why she didnt file toe nails or buff them... and she offered to file them after she polished them and I said no thank you

I went to get my nails done and to get a coffin. Some nails were coffin some were square. And the lady didn’t even know how to do a simple checkered art and got irritated with my trying to get my nails the way I want them. I gave up and just went home and fixed them

I was traveling to San Francisco and stayed at The Sandman Hotel. My nails were looking pretty bad, I had some time and noticed this place down the road. Best Gel manicure I ever had! Two weeks later and my nails still look great and I do a lot of dishes and work without gloves. I picked a sparkly light color and the lady doing my nails thought it would look good with a base coat of grey. I wasnt too sure at first but she was right. They look great! Ive received lots of compliments. Im going back next month so will wait and go there for my next manicure. Reasonably price too.

I normally go somewhere else to get my nails done but they are remodeling and my nails were looking pretty rough so Ive driven past this place and decided to try it. I loved it they were super nice and way better priced then my normal spot so I think I might have found a new spot to get my nails done. Its also by my work so its far better then going all the way across town. Highly recommend! ❤️

They were friendly, and provide you with drinks and a candy. They work fast, but are thorough, getting rid of dead skin, and cleaning the cuticles. I have come twice, and Like everything they do.

I love them. I’ve been going to them for the last year and half, since I moved to Santa Rosa, which was conveniently the time they reopened under new management. I will never go anywhere else. They are the nicest people, I never have had to wait, great prices, and great job done.

V did an incredible job with my pedicure! Walk in, sit in a comfortable massage chair while your feet soak in warm jacuzzi tub. Clip, file edges and then relax while V spoils with a calf and foot massage with lotion. Affordable and great attention to detail. Ill be a repeat customer.

My experience was not enjoyable in the slightest. The prices where very unclear and I ended up playing $10 more than expected. My acrylic nails are crocked and the workers did not give good service and could not focus on one costumer at a time. Overall I think that the workers need to try to imporve at their focus of the enjoment of their costomers experience at this facility.

V was awesome while she was there. But when i called for 3rd app they told me she was gone.. on Vacation... i called every few days for a couple weeks and they gave me a different excuse each time. I did go in and met with Tammy. She was great too! But next time i called she was out for three days... then she on vacation... I went in and they said she was gone. Tried Hannah but it is apparent she hasnt much experience. I think im done there!

I went in there to get my nails and toes done. It was a pure nightmare. The girl that dont even en speak English at all cut my toe and did not put on thing on it she throw my foot back in the water and then painted it the wrong color. I paid for her to hurt me. I got an infection in my toe when she cut it and then I went back and talked to the manager and he didnt even want to apologize for it is it goes shes new shes new summer pedicure and acrylic nails cost me $70 or it should only cost me $50

I have only been their twice, but both times I have had a meticulous mani and pedi. So far I love them and will continue to go back!!

Most incredible experiance in pedicure experiances ive had... new owners.. excellent atmousphere all natural scrubs and products my leges and feet feel amazing.. my toenails are beautiful.. clean clean clean... very sanitary.. new massage chairs nice employees.. not rushed. worth every penny ..

They did my nails all cricket and didn’t even do the right color and I payed 50 for a peace of trash
