Sarah is a fiendly, professional and gentle nail artist technician. I am so glad Ive now found someone so talented in Sonoma County!

I called in the morning and asked if they take walk-ins. The person I spoke with said that today they do. I arrived about 25 min later and was told they had gotten busy but to come back in an hour and they would be able to do my nails. I waited for an hour and when I returned, I was told that they had gotten busy, handed a discount card and told they could not help me. Then I was directed to another nail salon down the street. As a single mom, I scrambled to get a sitter for my 2 year old and 9 month old twins. I now have to pay my sitter for additional hour and my nails remain undone. They might be great at nail design, but their customer service is horrible. I will not be returning. I would suggest making an appointment and being prepared for them to make you wait or reschedule when you arrive. Im so disappointed.
