I went in for a kids pedicure and 3 adult pedicures. The 3 adults had the same basic pedicure but had different experiences and did not get the same service. The quality was poor, the kids pedicure had the only nail tech that was nice and, kind, and conversational. The adults had nail techs that were not conversational, had bad attitudes, and did poor quality with their services. I asked for shirt nails and did not get short nails, even after having to remind her. They did not paint my nails fully, and with the kids pedicure, they added glitter to the nails without asking.Terrible service! We had to wait 15 minutes to start our appointment, even after informing them we would be late and to change the appointment from 11a to 11:30a.

I have came to this nail salon a few times. My nails always come out nice and they do exactly what I ask for ☺The staff is friendly (most of them).Wont be coming back though. A lady cut my finger and drew blood while filing my nails. She then used the same nail filer on the next client.... A few months later I came to get a pedicure with my mom. The man opened a new package for me (clippers, foot scrubber, whatever is in that package). After using all the products on my feet he then put it back in the box and used it on the next client. Just grosses me out. You dont know who has spreadable diseases.

With or without an appointment they will rush you to accommodate walk-ins. Im done hoping they get better. The quality is terrible. Overpriced.

We booked appointments ahead of time for 6 people. We had 4 with that go manicures with a design and 2 that got the “Royal mani pedi” worst I’ve ever had. Been getting my nails done for 15 years and these are the worst I can remember by far.

Did not do nail polish right and did design and does not look great wonky and nail polish is coming off as soon as I came out and weird service they cut my finger

This is my favorite place to get my acrylic tips done/ gel nails. Rarely do I get to do something involving being in a car alone, and this is my go-to treat. They do a really nice post-mani massage that most places dont do; its a personal touch that intensifies the relaxation element of self-care. You can just space out, unbothered. They dont make it too thick, the shaping is tight, and theyre open later on weekends.The owner makes you feel recognized and acknowledged, like youre at Cheers.

Loved the gel manicure I had here! My nail tech was super gentle and took her time shaping my nail. They take Venmo in case you dont have cash.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. My nail tech is awesome and always gives me the best shape, length, nail art that I ask for. Prices are pretty fair priced compared to other places around Santa Rosa.

It was my first time getting my nails professionally done and Lily was so nice and patient with me. I got natural gel nails that turned out beautiful and perfect, complete with a little hand/arm massage. I was in and out in under an hour I cant wait to come back!

The gals there were very tentative. They got me in right away. 1-gal worked on my pedicure while the other gal did my manicure at the same time. They both were very pleasant and soft-spoken.

They are the bestest nail salon in town! Besides great services and extremely competitive pricing, I love the addtional herbal neck wrap, free refreshment, relaxing background music, and skilled employees.

Good service, friendly staff but nails only ok. Dip powder was $45 but tech didnt shape my nails or even them out even though I asked for that-is that something I should need to ask for? Nails chipped after two days probably because my un-manicured-for-4-months-nails were such a wreck and then not properly shaped afterward. The actual massages for my manicure and pedicure were great, so thats a plus. Im just used to dip nails staying pristine for over a month and only paying $35 so even though everyone was lovely and attentive I probably wont be back.

Nails were done poorly. They just wanted me in and out. My nails are only 2 days old and it looks like I’ve had them on for weeks. He didn’t push my cuticles down, or trim any skin around my nails. They are incredibly crooked and uneven and didn’t even choose the right size of acrylic nail (they don’t cover my full nail width). He got acrylic all over the cuticles and sides of my nails, he even started to scrap my skin with a file to try to get it off. While he was doing my nails, he looked at a spot where he completely missed the acrylic and ignored it, I had to verbally tell him to fix it, otherwise he would’ve let it be. Never coming back here again. I decided to give them a second chance when they messed up the first time. I asked them if they would be able to do ONE marble nail and they said yes. I had three people working on one nail trying to figure out how to do marble but they just painted lines and proceeded to ask me if it looked good. I had to tell them to paint over it. I’d take my business elsewhere

Consistently the best quality nails Ive ever gotten. The acrylic sets are so thin and seamless that people think theyre my real nails. The polish colors are fantastic, and I fall in love every time I get a fill.

Very nice service in a clean and appealing setting. Was not rushed out the door. Allowed to sit and dry. Reasonable prices, ample free parking.

I went here twice with friends. Both time I got the deluxe Pedicure. Both times we had an appointment.The first time it was really quite perfect. Long massage, smooth and even gel pedicure on my toes. My feet felt wonderful after!The second time they were so busy and I was passed between three different people, had to wait to even start my pedicure (although my friends were already well into theirs), the water died my feet blue, my polish was not smooth and the gel came off within a week. Another lady who did my pedicure before came over and fixed my polish.For the price I paid for the Deluxe I was VERY unhappy.

My Go To spot! Been going here for two years. Any review you read below complaining about wait times or being swapped between people...please understand this is a NAIL SALON, not a fancy hotel spa. Great service, only issues: website had a set price value for everything, when I went in they up-charged my pedicure by 10$. Kim also messed up the design for my little sister’s nails when she went to apply the crystals, she left one side VERY uneven and proceeded to use a different style of crystals when my sister pointed out the uneven amount on one finger. She was very rude when attempting to fix it and failed to do so.

I had a hard time finding a place to get my nail done in Santa Rosa that I really enjoyed, until I stumbled across Royal Nails &Spa. The staff is friendly and seem to really care about your experience being relaxing and worth the money. I’ve been about 6 times now for acrylics and pedicures - happy every time! Even when busy, they take their time to do your nails right, offer you tea or water, a warm rice bag for your neck, and a massage your hands, arms, feet and legs at the end of the mani or pedi. Appointments are a good idea but not always necessary. Highly recommend this spot.

Since I first found this salon back in June 2018 I’ve loved it. (I come from Berkeley just because I know the service is wonderful) The owner is fabulous and has great work ethic, amazing customer service, and pricing is very affordable.****Above and beyond customer service! For instance today a woman came in with her baby and when he got upset they comforted the baby so the mama could get her nails done.*****

I had a full set of pink and white acrylic put on and have been in for a fill 2 weeks after. I go to Nina and she does a great job. I have the gel top coat and it stays nice and shiny. Make an appointment, they do have walk in as well. They are across from the JC.

Awful.And this was the owners work.I went in for a set of long coffin shaped tips to be applied and she cut the tips to ust a but longerwhat was my natural length when I walked in. I asked why she cut then so short and she just kind of said theyre longer than they look. She shaped them horribly. Lumps, not coffin shaped, not even shaped alike, crooked... I did speak up but they were all so focused on helping walk-ins.Unfortunately I was having my nails done the day before I went out of town. My relatives all agreed that I needed to call and insist that she fix my nails and make them look like what I had paid for. About 4 days later, I got back to town and I did. She did agree to see me but they looked just as terrible after she tried fixing them.Absolutely no care goes into their work.They do mani-pedis on multiple people at the same time. Dont bother.

I got a full set of acrylic nails from here and the nails kept breaking off after 1 week.

Noelle gave me a beautiful manicure and Tommy did an amazing pedicure. They are very clean and practice high hygiene standards, disinfected personalized implements, spray disinfectant used on nails. And, they massage your feet, shoulders, arms & hands.... really nice!:)

I love royal nails and spa I’ve been there three times and had a great experience every time, they always do my acrylics so well, I went and got them done the other day and two days later 2 of my nails broke at work I went into get them fixed and they didn’t even make me pay ! I am never going to any other place to get my nails done they are amazing and so kind and care about their clients 💞

Very clean place, sterile tools, polite staff, and they pay attention to detail! I had totally messed up feet after a week of backpacking in Yosemite and one of the employees spent nearly 20 minutes trying to make every toe perfect (a near impossible task). I’ve been back 4 times since and had great service each time.

Pretty busy place. I called in for an appointment, went to it and I didn’t get help until 20 minutes after. When she came to help me, she kept leaving me for another client and my set took forever. It was such a short simple set. My nails weren’t even painted correctly, she cut me several times then blaming it on me, the cut were pretty deep and product kept getting into it. Online the price says 30 but they charge you more than what they say. Not going here again.

Best Mani/pedi around! Sometimes a substantial wait, need a little more help or tell people it will be 30 minutes before they can get to you. Pedis are only $25 and includes a nice foot massage and scrub. Manis include a hand, shoulder and neck massage which is very nice. Been going here since it opened.

Its my third visit to this place and its my favorite nail salon! They always offer me water, tea, or wine. Their mani/pedis feel great and look great. My gel manicure lated a month without chipping. Everything is amazing. Will definitely keep coming back.

This place is great. If one of your nails break, they will take care of fixing it for free.

I asked for blue hombre nails and he messed up on my pinky I asked him to take it off and just do basic nail polish he wasn’t happy and as he was taking off the acrylic he was drilling my nail down to the point you could see skin and after telling him it burned he kept going after pulling my hand away he finally stopped and I made an appointment at 4 he didn’t start till 5 and didn’t finish till 6.

New to the area came here because of the ratings, got my nails done by a gentleman, they look decent 2 days later one falls off when I went back to fix it he was very rude and needless to say less than a week later 2 more felt off so ended up just taking them offWASTE OF MONEY never going back.
