Im very spoiled, I have YEARS of experience with both good and bad salons, and Ive also had the experience of excellent nail artists so I have to say that the Magnolia salon in Santa Rosa qualifies as one of the very best in Sonoma County. They offer a host of services that would give you a whole day of luxury at the spa. All the associates are trained in a variety of spa arts and also specialize. I recommend Helen for mani pedi and Anne for hair and makeup. Have fun girls! 🤗💋

Was hardly given any foot/leg massage, like last time.

Efficient, relaxing pedicure today. Able to get in within 15 min when I called ahead. The salon is conveniently located in the Safeway/ CVS plaza next door to the Flamingo hotel. Kim gave an awesome foot massage and did a wonderful job hand painting my toenail tips. Im ready for Christmas! Will definitely return. Thank you, Kim, & Merry Christmas!! ❄️⛄️

I have only gotten pedicures there but Im very particular about my pedicures bc I have ingrown toenails. They assessed my feet, asked me if I wanted my ingrown nails cut without me needing to bring it up and were very thorough in cleaning them out.

Went in there totally unaware of what I was doing and it was noticeable. Paid $50 for gel nails but now that Im knowledgable about nails and different types/what they do, pretty sure she just used acrylic and charged me for gels

Service is great, theyre always very friendly and kind. They do a great job and although I dont get pedicures often this is the only place Ill go.

Do not recommend this! If you need your hair done go somewhere else. Took my daughter to get hair done and had to take her somewhere else because they did a horrible job!

So, I was I little concerned after reading some reviews stating that the place was geared toward mani/pedi more than hair cuts. But Im glad I didnt cancel. Ann cut my hair exactly how I wanted. Her 18yrs experience really showed. I have no complaints! They charge $50 for a hair cut and basic style including a wash. The place was clean. The area for hair stations is small compared to the mani/pedi side so I would say they make their business in that area so maybe next time Ill make an appointment for all 3!

Good for mani-pedis, not good for hair. My haircut was awful. The men seem to be more in demand for the mani-pedis, a few customers came in asking for certain male employees, quite a number of female employees were inactive during my mani-pedi, which was fine - not awesome. I cant remember the prices, but they are not particularly cheap.

I and my two girlfriends went there yesterday (our first time). None of us will be back. Reception not friendly, the women who gave us pedicures spoke only between themselves in a foreign language, which is rude, except to give me us directions, like: up down in the water. My treatment was cut short 15 minutes because she was called away to do a manicure, so mine was a rush job, hurting me several times with her tools, and her saying sorry. I had red polish on my white sandals that she hurried me into, as well as on my toes, which I cleaned up when I got home.

Horrible experience! Dont waste your time or money.
