Let me start by saying that I have not had my nails done professionally since last summer in 2020, I went into elegant nails with an idea for Valentine’s Day nails because it is my birthday month and let me tell you, my nail tech went above and beyond by giving me a beautiful acrylic dip gel set of nails!! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she gave me something even better than I had expected! WOW! Everyone was friendly and so talented ! Also, elegant nails is very sanitary ! All of the nail technicians were being careful, sanitizing in between appointments and making sure we all were also sanitizing as well before our appointment, they exceeded my expectations and made sure I was taken care of! Will be back soon! Extremely impressed with the quality of my nails, the prices, the atmosphere! I am so so happy that this salon is taking clients safety seriously by making sure they are creating a sanitized, safe and clean environment for us! Thank you! I will be back soon! I absolutely love my nails 💕✨

Horrible experience super rough pedicure I would advise not to try this place big disappointment..

To be honest I have never been here but if their service is anything like their phone manners turn around and go else where. I called 15 minutes before close knowing they probably would not be taking any new customers but just checking all the same. Rude lady yelled at me “NO CLOSED” and straight hung up. I am in the service industry and sales and one thing I don’t tolerate is rude service personnel. With all the spas in the area I will call and book tomorrow elsewhere!

Crooked nails very uneven . Told me it was fine when I told her about it. Kept going shorter cause she didn’t cut all nails at the same length. I had asked for squared shape and she did square and almond mixed. Do not recommend .

Very nice people. Just wish after the pricing was more clear. Seems like it changes. It never matches up to what their price board says. I got an acrylic fill and just glitter for the polish and it cost me $40. Almost as much a new set, which is $45. That irritated me really badly. If I knew I was going to pay almost the same price for a full set I would have just had her go ahead and put a brand new set on.

This is by far one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to. They are very polite, not to mention they do a great job. Great place overall !

I go there because it was the very first place i have ever gotten my nails done. Most employees are gentle with my hands. They have strong nails because i do a lot with my hands, even smashing one finger but the nail was still perfect! They need more color selection.

Anytime i come here i always leave very pleased with how my nails come out. i always walk in and either get seen right away or have not had to wait any longer than about 15 min. everyone is very welcoming and sweet!

Terrible salon and customer service. I bought a gift card the day before Xmas eve. I got pickpocketed 15 minutes after I bought the gift card. When I went back to the salon the lady was unprofessional and rude about transferring the money to another gift card. In her own words “Not my problem, nothing I can do about it”. Literally 15 minutes later. Do not bring your business to this salon, there are plenty of other places that have more dignity than this hole in the wall!

By far best place to get a gel manicure and a pedicure done!!!!!!! Rose is amazing spends her time with you and provides the best service ever!!!! Will recommend this place to anyone especially if you are new to the area. I will spare you sometime just like I wish I was spared when I moved up here would of saved me a lot of money and a lot of horrible nails and time wasted. Rose has got to be one of the best specialist here

Got my manicure done here and was very happy! Every inch of this place is clean and spacious. The nail techs working here are very pleasant and polite. Not a single rude customer at all! But moving onto the manicure, the nail tech working on my nail was very gentle with me throughout the process. Not once did she cut or pierce my skin. She also comply to all my requests too. When she was done, I was very happy with how my nails looked! Definitely worth coming here! The services is the best!

I had to get my tips removed and they did okay job but they still left a lot of the glue stuff on my nails but they did paint my daughters nails for her at a pretty reasonable price

This place is amazing. They took my mother and I as a walk in. They also did my toddler and my niece a mani. My toddler messed up a nail and she fixed it, no extra charge. They did a fill on my mom and a custom cat eye. The lady who did mine took off my whole set and gave me exactly what I asked for. Super fast service on top of meeting our desires. Highly recommend!!

Roughest most generic pedicure, nails cut crooked, double dipping on the wax. When i called her out she tried to tell me it was ok. I told her im in the medical field and it is never ok. Would Not recommend

I went to this place a long time ago for my birthday and I loved how my nails turned out, and I went a week ago to get my nails done and I absolutely hated it, I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my nails before she did anything and she said she could do them so I let her do her job, and when she started to put the paint on my nails she told me she couldnt put diamonds on one finger from each hand like I wanted it from the picture, and that ruined everything because she ended up doing what SHE wanted to do on my nails and did a whole different thing from what I wanted. And she charged me $52 dollars for something I didnt even like.

Had Mani/Pedi done here last week and received many compliments from friends and family which made me very happy. Staffs here were so professional and took time on customers. Price was inexpensive and the place was well organized. Love to be back!

I usually dont leave negative feedback, however I had to make an exception this time. The vibe of this place is negative to begin with, secondly the stupid owner has absolutely no clue or idea how to take care of its customers. Hes rude, has a dictator personality towards woman and is aggressive with your fingers/nails. No wonder their yelp rating is so low. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

They do a very good job on feet like pedicure but on full acrylic Sets they don’t take there time and they are over priced I got gel ombré nails short ones and they charged 55 and in other salons they charge $50 for ombre long nails the worst part was that the lady cut me and said it was cause I was talk to someone 🤣

Tina has been doing my acrylics and pedicures for quite some time and she is amazing. I am so happy I found her and Elegant Nails.

The service is pretty cheap but the nails only last about 1 week and they start falling off the wait time can be awfull at times and the employee there don’t seem very experienced except for like 1 or 2 the rest can’t even shape a coffin shape nail right and also I just got my nails done last week and 2 feel off already and I went to get it done again and they charged me again. Horrible !

Bad service, extremely crowded, and it’s not clean ! They had the dirty towels stacked up looked very unprofessional. I was supposed to get a mani and pedi she did my pedi and forgot all about my mani I was sitting there waiting for like 20 min until I decided to walk away ! She was also going to make me walk barefoot all the way to the drying station !!! Be carful first and last time I come here !

I was very unsatisfied with the service received. Not only were my nails sore but they look like a messy job and I had cuts from the lady filing on my skin. I will never be returning to this place again.

I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment and told the receptionist that I could drive there and arrive within 15 minutes so she told me that she could see me and to come in right away. I get to the mall and they are locking up all the doors! I call Elegant Nails and ask how do I get inside because the doors are being locked. She asked if I was the one who just called and I said yes, and then she told me I can come back TOMORROW! LADY, I WOULDNT COME HERE EVEN IF YOU PAID ME! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It even says online that they were supposed to be open until 9 PM tonight! Please, update your availability!

Very clean, friendly, and reasonable..

Made an appointment for 730 didnt get in chair till8 my nails look worse then ever i felt bad for employee and they clearly dont like their jobs. Hire some fresh people who enjoy their careers. It was sad a waist of time and money.

My nail tech was incredibly rude and damaged my natural nails. Beware!

Came in for a pedicure. Disappointed that not only do they not have massage chairs, but they also bring a bucket of water for you to place your feet in. Odd and not relaxing.

I went there wanting a pedicure, she told me come back in 5 to 15 so i did, and then i sat for 10 minutes while suffocating with the awful smell!!!! dont recommend, it might make u sick from the smell
