This is my go-to spot for any type of body treatment. I’ve been going to ME SPA in Santa Rosa since they opened. My mom and I do the pedicures as a celebratory treat and then have lunch at Monti’s.They have changed up the services over the years, but we do the 60 minute pedicure now and it is perfect. This is not your average pedicure - It’s a little vacation. It’s quiet, never smells like nail polish or chemicals EVER, you’re in a spa, with curtains between people, no one talks to you, the music is chill, lower leg massage is heavenly, it’s dark, it’s relaxing, they give you a neck wrap and a blanket and an eye pillow. They recline you into incredible lounge chairs and it’s just so luxe. My mom always falls asleep and I nearly do. It’s a great service every time but I have to say, after coming here for I don’t know, at least 5 years, probably 10, Nancy is the best of the best! I’ve never had a bad service here, but Nancy is incredible. She does the best polish work and the best massage and is so gentle with you yet the massage has purpose. She is a real talent - just amazing. I have started requesting her every time!I have also done various facials and massages here. It’s always top notch, the most relaxing experience ever. Always my go-to treat yoself moment and a favorite for gift certificates and special occasions. It just feels special every time.

I drove an hour and 20 minutes to get there only to find out that they had called some number for another person with my same name to try and cancel me last minute and change my appointment to a later time in the day. I planned my whole day around this and they were very unprofessional. I confirmed my correct number with them when I made the appointment. I definitely do not recommend. I called over to massage envy and they were able to get me an appointment and I will be going there from now on. Very unprofessional do not recommend!

Been here a number of times over the past few years. Can’t say anything too negative really, nice relaxed environment. But every massage I’ve had there lacks excellence.It’s a sufficient massage, really kind staff and calm environment.

It was the best massage ever! Risi (SP?) was able to help with the trouble spots. Highly recommend.

They truly aim to please at this place. My facial was cancelled last minute, but they went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. The manicure I received was awesome and the massage was worth the two hour trip I took to get there!! Would recommend and would go again.

Had a relaxing 30 min massage with Manny (second time). Hes very professional and listens well to help melt away problem spots. Its also nice to be able to soak your feet beforehand in their quiet room!

Had my first ever facial here and absolutely loved it! The esthetician was very informative and would walk me through what was causing breakouts in specific areas. She saw I had an enhancement added on that was not necessary and was straightforward and honest causing me to not have an unnecessary expense. I’ve never had a professional massage so I’m looking forward to scheduling one sometime as I absolutely loved the spa!

Sarina gave me an AMAZING manicure and is an absolutely radiant young woman. I will definitely book her again!

I really enjoy their pedicures. The zero gravity chair is awesome. Sometimes the customer service is inconsistent, but overall friendly and welcoming staff that deliver a great product.

The massage was excellent.There was an issue involving no hot water for post massage shower.The manager on duty was abrupt and defensive with me.I should have been told at onset they were having problems...was not.For me a long hot shower in a relaxed environment is part of the experience....I could say more about her attitude, but I wont...

Great deals on holidays

I absolutely loved this place. I went for my birthday and it made it amazing. I had never had a pedicure as relaxing as that one. I had my first facial there too and loved it so much. Afterwards, they set aside recommended products for you which helps. You can buy them to help particularly for you. Great place!😁

Best spa experience in Santa Rosa from pre-soak and neck wrap to cleansing tea relaxation room after the treatment! Ahhhhhh!

So relaxing, helps clear your mind for a while. The signature pedicure that’s 80 minutes long a bit pricey but it was so worth it. The staff was really nice, there’s complementary tea that and the lates magazines in the lounge room. If you get a massage you can also get a robe to wear.

OMG! The 80 minute pedi was unbelievable. Staff is super professional and sweet. Facials are very thorough and relaxing. I felt very comfortable during my visit.

Update: 2 years later and no one has ever contacted me. Beware of cancelling your appointment. Just take some DayQuil and spread your germs.I don’t like this Spa’s policies and customer service. I woke up with a head cold and they would not allow me to reschedule my appointment. Instead they are redeeming my Groupon which was $130 because I did not cancel within 24 hours as is the policy. That is a lot of money and a waste because I do not want to spread my germs. This place may have given me the best massage of my life but I will never know as they have treated me like a sack of meat with dollar signs attached to it. I hope they reconsider the policy and consider a more relaxed policy. I understand charging a set late fee but not 50% of the service or redeeming the full Groupon.
