Convenient location and not too busy…I got in after work no problem. They are definitely busier on the weekends! They are very cautious now about keeping everyone separated while waiting and during service. Friendly staff and overall a nice way to pamper yourself.

I had the worst experience at this nail salon that I have ever had! I went with two other friends for pedicures, and only one of us had good results (Tony did her pedicure). For the other two of us, the owners did our pedicures. The woman scraped my friend’s toenails so hard and did not do a good job cleaning them. The pictures speak for my horrible pedicure. The polish is applied in such a sloppy manner, it’s gross! He didn’t clean it very well either. This is NOT worth the $50 I paid. I wish I could go back to show them in person and ask for a refund, but I was just visiting the area and I am an hour away. I would not go here again or recommend this place to anyone.

We’ve used Paradise Nails in the past. Went back today and remembered why we said we’d never go anywhere again. Super friendly, excellent service. My feet are very happy! Truly, will not be going to any other nail salon but Paradise Nails!

Great place for a manicure and pedicure but also for your beauty needs great staff just make it all the better.

Went and got a pedicure and a French tip acrylic set. Just got it done yesterday and nothing is even, white lines do diagonal and nails are crooked. Told the lady while she was still doing it and said I had to wait until she was finished, which had nothing to do with the way it was glues on. Also chipping already. Paid $175 for nails I cant wait to get off. Pedicure, they diluted the nail polish and you can see through the polish on my toes, also not even, and chipping already. This is the 3rd time they have messed up my nails.

My feet were really bad (15 Male, so you get it) and my mom convinced me to go for mothers day with her. I was really nervous, but the staff were really nice and now my feet feel and look great! I was super worried about the pain of them cutting the in-growns but the guy who did mine was super gentle. Also they got us in a little early which was cool (then again we went Wednesday afternoon since Sunday was booked solid)The nail polish selection was awesome! Great place for a first time! Im excited to go again!*Also according to my mom, those gel pedicures last forever (like 3 months) so if youre looking for a long term solution Id highly recommend it.

Queen did a wonderful job on my nails! She is always very friendly and takes her time to make sure she does my nails well! Everyone here is friendly so I think you’ll be happy with anyone you get.

Ive been going to Paradise Nails every month, for years. I know what thorough pedicures entail, and willing to pay for exactly what I want. So, Ive tried just about everywhere. I get Paradise Nails orange callus pedicure. Tony gives me the most thorough pedicure, ever. He always remembers every step, and wants to learn exactly what you prefer. Then Naomi does my nail art. Hands down shes the best nail artist, Ive ever seen. She can do absolutely ANYTHING! Bring in anything she can do it! I do always suggest to tip very generously, when you find exactly what you like.

Would not recommend, they took forever and they cut my toe cubical would not recommend 😒 awful and my pain had bubbles in it it was old nail polish.......

Small but super efficient staff! I only had an hour to get my nails done and I walked in they seated me right away and went straight to work. I get gel done every two weeks pretty, so I know a good gel manicure when I see one. These ladies got me in and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be going back!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I walked in without an appointment, was immediately greeted and sat! The gel manicure was done quickly and professionally. I love how my nails look! The location is also extremely convenient, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants if you want to make a day out of it. Oh, and I went on a Sunday! I havent been able to find many good nail salons open on Sundays in the area! Cant recommend this place enough!

Been coming to Paradise Nails for over two years now always had good service. Today I came in to get my nails filled and the lady who greeted me was nice until she started doing my nails then wouldnt say one word to me is extremely rude and actually charge me to cut my nails down which I thought was included in every nail fill Ive ever gotten in my whole life. Went outside looked at the color of my nails and its horrible. Its blotchy and fish eyed. Came back this afternoon to see what they could do as to why they overcharged me for cutting my nails and to repaint my nails and the poor people said the person who havent was the owner of all people unfortunately there was nothing they could do because the owner was the one that did my nails. Everybody in their gives great customer service except the owner of the company will never be going back there again and certainly will not recommend anybody going there

I just moved to the area and have been looking for my go to salon. This was the second place Ive tried and my search is over! I was immediately greeted upon entering and was told there would be a short wait for my fill-in. The wait was maybe 5 minutes came and got me settled at her station. We chatted a bit about the current set I had on and my concerns and what I really wanted out of my salon experience. After deciding to go a different route than the fill-in I came in for, she handed me a basket of over 500 gel nail color options! While I was looking she went and got a hot rice bag and placed it around my shoulders. Then she got started with my nails. Everything about my experience here was amazing. My nails turned out perfectly and the price was right. I will definitely be back!

The service alone at this salon is wonderful. My gel manicure looked fabulous 2 weeks later. They give you exactly what you want, and you never have to worry about the quality of the work. Their prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back!

Ive been getting my pedicures here regularly since about November 2015. I never call in to schedule an appointment and am always seen in a timely manner. Sometimes they are busy at times but I am willing to wait the extra 20 minutes if necessary and that has only happened like twice since. Ive only had good experiences at this salon!

Ive been going to Paradise Nails in Coddingtown for the past two years. Ive always had excellent service. The people who work there are kind, polite and very accommodating.

Went the first time and staff was yelling to me from back of room asking if she could help me. I shook my head yes and she asked what I wanted. Again yelling from back of room. I then motioned with my hand for her to come up to front counter. I explained I didn’t feel comfortable yelling back and forth across the room with questions such as how much do you charge for the services I was inquiring about. She seemed annoyed that she had to come up to the front desk. Then I asked how long of a wait. I was told to come back in 45 minutes. Came back and waited another 30 minutes past my appointment. Polish only lasted 5 days before chipping off. Normally it takes about 12 to 14 days with previous salon. However in honesty they did seem very busy. So I thought I would give them a second chance. I went back again when they were not as busy. Went in and was told to come back in 30 minutes. I waited 15 more past my appointment time and left. Will not go back again.

Horrible fill in experience! Nail tech rushed through everything and my nails look horrible. Staff only eager to help certain people. The only reason why they are getting one star is because my pedicure was pretty good. Never going back!!!

I love this place, even I have to travel about 4 hours every time when I come here for nails. Totally amazing jobs and amazing customer service!I should say, everyone here is an artist!

I asked for a pedicure and realized later when i was paying they upgraded me to a gel pedicure. The problem was they didnt ask if i wanted gel or if i was willing to pay $10 extra for it. The answer to both was no. I ended up running late to my next appointment because they had to remove the gel polish (machine required). I paid my $30 and ran out of there with naked toes and remnants of gel polish that Ill have to pay extra to have removed at my next pedicure (not there obviously).

It isnt hard to get a good review for a nail salon. It has to be clean, sterile and quiet with a competent worker. I had a relaxing time and got a good pedicure. I enjoy the leg massages when I go and this one was minimal.

Really fancy but prices seem right on. Actually I didnt see a price board there but when I went to pay I was happy with what they charged me. Got an acrylic fill with gel polish . Plus I used the coupon. Soooo many colors. They actually have a nice appointment system . My nails took about min to do. Very fast, clean and nice environment. Went here for the fist time today and Tony did a great job on my full powder set! My nails are a slender, coffin shape and he didn’t force me to get extremely long nails like many other places I’ve tried. Everyone was friendly and not pushy, and the place itself is very nice and clean. The color in my pic is powder!!

So glad I found Tony! He does such a great job and his prices are also reasonable. Especially for the work and time he spends. He takes care in what he does. Most importantly, he doesnt rush and make you feel like you need to be in and out. I was going to another salon that made me feel that way. Almost like I was privileged to be going to them. I got my nails done yesterday . I am now at work washing dishes nothing crazy and the gel started to peel already. It looks ratchet as hell. The shape was already disappointing but I let it slide . Lesson here is never go to paradise nails . I can’t figure out how to post a picture with my review . But I must say it was trash .

I moved here from Salinas a few years ago and I have been trying to find a nail salon to replace the one I went to back home for years. Ive tried places all over the city and while there were good ones none of them really had me excited. Until I went here today! I have been dying to get a mani pedi and I saw this had 5 stars so I decided to try it out. I walked in and they asked what I needed and they said it would only be 5-10 minutes. I took a seat and got started. Lee did my pedicure and she was AMAZING! She did such a great job I literally was so relaxed I was falling asleep in the chair. I forgot to ask the lady who did my manicure what her name was but she also did a great job! I was half asleep by this point it was so great! The music was relaxing. A lady kept double checking everything was okay. They double checked I liked my nails before they finished. At the counter the lady made sure everything went okay and I was happy with their service. I felt really appreciated. They dont rush and they do a very thorough job which was much appreciated! Definitely going to make this place my new go to spot!

First time coming here and I loved it. I believe the name of the girl who did my nails is Sophie. She is so gentle with your nails and hands! She did such a great job that I will be returning back with her. Definitly recommend the place. They are warming, fast service, and CLEAN.

Wonderful salon and the only salon I have found in the entire Santa Rosa area that does gel fills, not just acrylic! The color choices are incredible with polishes matching gel colors; only O P I products. The pedicures are wonderful and they have all levels.Nina is the nail tech Ive had every time and shes the best! Beautiful results every time!

I found Paradise nails looking for a salon open past 7pm. They are located in the codding town mall. I had a deluxe pedicure and love it. Lee was gental, professional and did a great job. The salon is super clean and nicely decorated. Ill be back.

I’ve never left a review for anything until now. This has to be the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I don’t even understand how you can do such a bad job. I think the lady was blind because she didn’t even polish my whole nails. I was in a hurry and I went here out of convenience and it was the worst decision. I will never go to this place again.

If I could give this place no starts I would. I called at 7:00pm when it says they close at 8pm and I asked kindly if they still had to time and they said yes of course come in. Got to the place and the lady was super rude and said I don’t have time to do this full set and I said when I called they said it would be okay she said well I’m not going to sit here until I’m done. I’ll do what I can and you come back tomorrow and I’ll finish and I said no thank you I’m not going to pay for a service that’s not going to be done right and specially in a hurry. I wanna give this place 0 stars horrible customer service after one week with my gel full set two nails broke in half both nails same spot split in half my nails usually last 2 1/2 to 3 weeks but one week never has that happen to my nails I will not be returning to this place again! Worst 50 dollars spent in my life! So annoyed!

I debated writing this post, thinking that it would be best to just move on; however, I cannot sit by and let other women become a victim of malpractice as I did at this salon. I came to Paradise Nails for probably the fifth time on the weekend of May 28th. When I was on vacation, I got acrylic nails at a salon out of town for a special event. When I came home I wanted them taken off and to go back to my regular gel manicure. I went to paradise nails, and first got a pedicure from the manager which was smudged when he tried to put my sandal on, which happens from time to time, but when it came to my hands that is another story. A woman began taking a metal file/blade looking utensil with a wooden handle and began to jam it between the acrylic and my natural nail. It HURT, more so than I have ever felt while getting my nails done. The pinky nail acrylic popped off, and I screamed in pain. I apologized to her and asked her kindly if she could soak them off instead. She started getting angry with me and said she has 25 years experience as she jammed the blade into my ring finger, between the natural nail and acrylic. Then, my natural nail SPLIT DOWN THE MIDDLE. I asked her to stop because I was bleeding and started crying because of the pain. She then yelled at me and said, “I can’t do this if you’re crying!” Grabbed her kit, and stormed to the back room. I sat there bleeding on the table and crying. After a minute I asked to speak to a manager, with the reply that he was busy. I didn’t really know what to do, and just sat there crying. After a few minutes another employee brought me tissues and water and said she was going to dip the finger in acrylic powder to harden it. I knew this was a bad idea, but honestly felt like I had no other option. She said I wouldn’t be charged and she would fix it, so I agreed. As I was leaving she began yelling at me that I owed $30 because the pedicure was fine ( mind you three of my toes were smudged, which I mentioned, and she started painting over it. ) I get nervous with confrontation, so I just paid and left. Now I have an infected nail, and have to continue to get blood tests over the next six months to make sure I was not exposed to a blood related disease, with that nasty utensil she had. I know this place is convenient, but THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. You are just a number to them, and now I am paying the price.

Very unsatisfied with their service. I paid for a full set, my total was only $35 I gave $40 I was going to leave a tip but I didnt like how they assumed I was leaving one they just kept it and gave me no change. But that is not what pissed me off the most. The younger man, I think he is the owner, yelled at his employee so loud that everyone was starring at her. She was so upset and crying that she didnt do as good of a job painting my nails. I felt so bad and embarrassed for her. I went in the next day to get a different color and they charged me $10. they didnt take responsibility for the messed up job and they over charge for basic service. I spent $50 when anywhere else would have been much nicer and would have done the same if not a better job for less! DO NOT GO THERE!

This Place Is Terrible Quality And Bad Service. I Had Gone In For A Full Set With A Picture Of What I Wanted, The Man Who Did My Nails Had Done It Super Fast And It Didnt Turn Out Like The Picture At All And On Top Of That A Couple Of My Nails Were Cricked. I Went Back The Next Day, They Do Not Do Refunds, So I Had Them Fix My Nails, Not Even An Hour Later My Nail Broke Opening My Car Door.

Came here for a pedicure last week and Ill definitely be back! Very friendly, no wait time, welcoming environment. All in all, a great work day lunch break or post-work happy hour.

I go in for an emergency full set because my previous set was coming off and they took me in. Shortly after the lady said she couldnt do my nails because I asked her to glue the tip a little further back on one of my nails. That was strike one. Then they told me it was 55 dollars to do an acrylic full set (short and square) hombre pink and white when they had just taken off my hombre pink and white (long coffin shape) nails that I paid 45 to get done. Strike two. They said They charge more because they were in the mall... ok. She passes me to this guy Henry who at first was very personable and engaging but very loud. After a few minutes an appointment came in and had to wait 30 minutes so they left.. He did my nails kind of in a rush and left acrylic over my cuticle and only hombre a few of my nails. The rest he let dry before he applied the pink acrylic so it left a hard line under in which he saw but he said if people dont look close they wont see it thats not professional and Im an artist so it bugs me but I left it alone. I get home and the acrylic is catching where my cuticle is and snagging my hair. Strike three. So I called the next day and set an appointment to come back. I come back and Im waiting 20 minutes to be seen when I had an appointment. Strike four.. I finally get seen while another appointment leaves because they had been waiting for a while too. He does what he calls fixing my nails but sanded so much of the acrylic off by my cuticle that it looks like I had them on for 2 weeks when it had only been 3 days. He was about to apply the clear coat and I asked him to apply a coat of acrylic first and told me no that would be a fill! I said no you cant put a clear coat over this and send me out when I paid 55 for this and it looks like Ive had them for 2 weeks. Then he went on saying he cant do my nails that someone else has to because he isnt good enough and Said if I knew so much that I should do my own nails! Then said Im rude and have a bad personality etc etc and passed me to someone else when he was the one yelling at me. Everyone was staring at me and I was very embarrassed. Strike 5! The girl he passed me to put a thin coat of acrylic on my nails, saw what the problem was and apologized to me. I dont know her name but she is the reason for the 1 star. She was gentle and nice. I WILL NEVER RETURN. THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, TIME MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND QUALITY IS HORRIBLE. Ridiculous. Ive never been treated so horribly.

I’ve been going to Paradise for a year and a half now! Never had a bad experience, staff is very friendly and the work they do is always on point! I get gel manicures and they last me a month! I’ve been to other nail salons and in my opinion tonya’s is the best! You might have to wait a lil if you are a walk in but believe me it’s worth the wait! They are a busy salon because they are all good at what they do!!! I won’t go anywhere else!!

I get my nails done frequently. Acrylics with gel so theres no chance my nails chip, and Ive always paid more for it. Ive never had a problem with how I like them, up until now. I was given poor customer service and a lousy set of nails. I was burned multiple times by a woman, who not only ignored me but continued to miss my nails and snag my skin with her buffer. I was charged just as much as my nails costed to begin with, for a FILL. Its been a less than a week since my visit and ALL of my nails are chipped. This hasnt EVER been a problem for me, she poorly coated every nail with gel polish and Ive never been more disappointed. Im upset I even tipped her after everything. If anyone in the area travels over to Sacramento, I suggest Lavender Spa & Nails. The ladies over there charge nothing in comparison to Paradise and have infinitely better customer service. Plus, the set of acrylics I was BLESSSED with lasted two weeks without any faulty polish. I dont recommend Paradise, its not worth the money or time.

Tony is an absolute magician - I have nail psoriasis and I used to get cuticle steroid injections and since I have been seeing Tony, my nails look fantastic and I no longer need the injections. Thank you Tony!

I went in to have my daughters nail just painted hands and toes. Stupid me didn’t ask how much it was going to be thinking like 10 each daughter..... nope they charged me 18 for each and all they did was put applied a clean coat and the color. Mind you for 18 each they should have filed or cleaned them something but nope. I will never go back again. And after the service I told them really you guy are charging me that for applying a clear and a color and she said yea. I am they didn’t even take off some of the old polish they had on there toes.Also my daughters are the age of 3-5Such BAD BUSINESS!!

The female owner of this business is rude, condescending, a terrible nail technician and my family and friends do not recommend this salon to anyone with class. She is the most unprofessional, catty, female business person I’ve ever encountered in the field.Don’t waste your time and money. 👎👎

The service was HORRIBLE. I’ve never experienced such horrible service in my life until I walked into this shop. While I was getting my nails done by one of the ladies there she kept stopping just to continue to talk with her coworkers. Not once did she ever greet me or at least acknowledge me. And on top of that, my nails weren’t even done correctly. Even after I stopped her TWO times and told her that it wasn’t right and she even continued to argue with me about it. Nails are not even and they’re in pain. After all that, they still expect 15% for tip?!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY HERE!

Always nice and really clean place to go

I made the mistake today and didnt call ahead and I asked for a pedicure and manicure. Unfortunately Tony was busy (which I expected) so I had a pedicure from someone else. They totally forgot I asked for a manicure so I just sat there while they let so many new people go ahead of me so I just paid and left. I was looking forward to getting my nails done but lesson learned!

These people are so unprofessional and rude. I left in the middle of my appointment because she was shoving my hands around so vigorously and started to talk bad about another client that had a bad experience as well. When I tried explaining that she was being to rough on my nails she told me it was my fault. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

This will be my first review on google.Unfortunately I will never go back to this salon again after my first experience. I am new to the Santa Rosa area, recently moved from another city. I needed a pedicure and decided to drop by this location. I called about an hour before the shop closed and ask if they can do that. I also needed acrylic on couple toes due to nail breaking from wearing heels for work. I know it’s not good but I wanted a quick fix. I was sitted at a pedi chair and greeted by a guy name Danny who started on my pedi. I picked one of their most expensive pedis because I really do enjoy spending money on things that’s worth it to me. As I’m sitting there another nail tech with short hair walks to me and started speaking Vietnamese to danny and told me in English basically sums it -we don’t have time to do your pedi the way you like it idk why you came so late and it cost too much for the acrylic-I smiled and said well I called an hour before and wanted to make sure there was time and I was given the green light to come. After that she kept making comments to the point where other customers were looking at me in disbelief that she kept talking about what my request and I know she wasn’t speaking nicely of me as well in Viet. Other customers kept giving me the eye like wow we couldn’t believe this type of behavior.At the end, I paid $75 and I also tip Danny for trying. A total of $95, I told him it’s not the money, it’s the service that gets paid for. I did this out of the respect to your owner and for your effort. I LOVE this place!Ive only been there twice, but each time I showed a picture from a magazine of the style I want and wham its done.I think ive just found my new nail spot. Seriously idk why i have been having such a hard time finding someone that can do the marble (stone) effect on my nails. Other places simply couldnt do it and said it was an airbrushing techniqye or another nail salon gave me marbled look as in Marbkes the round thing you rolled and threw at the floor when you were kids *serioussss*Anyways, had a pleasant experience as a walk in. They prepped my nail very well, got all the hangnails out and shaped it well to my liking. Also the salon itself is clean!Overall, great experience and my nails are fresh!Tony is the only one Ill make an appointment with, for my nails. Hes definitely an artist & amazing

I have had 2 shellac manis and one regular pedi with Tony at Paradise Nails. One shellac mani was french and one was solid color -- both were outstanding. Lots of polish colors to choose from, shellac and regular. The pedi was good too -- standard, but good. Tony is meticulous and will redo anything that he feels is not perfect -- I left both times feeling like a rock star. The salon is clean and well-kept. I have called the day of for an appointment and they were able to accommodate the time I requested for just an hour or two later. Prices are competitive and the results are fantastic.

Horrible experience with the workers there. Very unprofessional and rude. I was paying with a gift card (reason why I went to try this place) for my pedicure and right away the lady which I think her name is Naomi or the manager gave me attitude. She asked if I was leaving a tip and I said yes. I gave 15% tip which was 6$ and she told the lady who did my pedi “ oooh congrats you get only a 6$ tip”, what the hell does this lady expect? 20$ tip +? Everybody heard and just stared at me. Awkward... Never going there again. Save your money and go somewhere else. I prefer stellar nails in Rohnert part. Excellent service and atmosphere. Ask for Johnny.

This place is absolutely horrible. DO not go here. Read all the Yelp reviews. I shouldve read them before I went. Absolute joke of an establishment. Should be closed.

Definitely not worth the priceI got a pedicure and the lady didnt last more then 15 minutes.. I dont recommend getting a pedicure here its a waste of time and money..

Went in May to get my nails done with my MOH for my wedding, it was HORRIBLE. My MOH Calle din advance to let them know that we were coming in and that I was a bride. We didn’t even get to sit next to each other and the woman who did my nails stabbed me multiple times as if it were her first day... they looked horrible and SO uneven. And completely overpriced. Never going back.NOT TO MENTIONA friend of mine was in the ER for a nasty infections in her finger that she woke up with the day after she had her nails done there. Unclean!

This is the second time going here and both times I had bad results!! This most recent time the acrylic wasnt applied correctly to a couple nails and there were dips on the nail surface because of it. The other mess up was that the gel polish was not applied correctly and all the nails turned out lumpy/bumpy. You could see the nails were thicker in some areas than others with a bunch of bumps. Most of the nails were also shaped cricked, basically it was the most sloppiest job Ive ever had done! I had my nails fixed at a different nail place because I was so dissapointed with the service here. Im still in disbelief it looked like a 9 year old had done my nails!

Last time I went here the nails popped off after 1 day. I went back only to be accused of not getting my nails done there by one of the male workers, i had to show them my bank statement to get 1 nail reglued. I could have gone home and done that myself. After that they charged me for fixing it. The female manager was extremely rude and made a homophobic comment toward me. I could not believe that their services was so crappy and that they made a hateful lesbian remark. Never, NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

I will honestly NEVER go back there. I wish I could up load an picture of the “ombré” they attempted.. I showed them a picture and they gave me something COMPLETLY different, so they changed it and now my nails look like they were white before, grew out for three weeks and then they filled them with Pink... they don’t looked ANYTHING like an ombré..you can see the distinct line separating the colors.. one of my 6th grade students told me my nails look like I have an infection. On top of it these nails were suppose to be for my baby shower.Oh AND thy charged me $65 dollars even if I left crying and yh y knew how horrible they looked, but they told me “This is how we do ombré”.I’m am going to t y to upload a picture of what I showed them and what they gave me.I’ve never been more disappointed.I WOULD NOT GO HERE !

Pedi and new acrylic nails - so disappointed. Spent a lot of money and within 3 days the polish on my toes was wearing off. within a week, two nails broke off and the rest are starting to lift. I wont be going back there again.

Not happy with the service and nails look really cheep and ugly they are always in a rush and dont take the time to finish one client when they jump into other one. Definitely not comming back.

Decided to try them out since they are by my work. Huge mistake! They took forever, polish was not even and nails were all different sizes. No idea how this place stays in business. Ended going back to my regular nail salon place the very next day to fix
