Great customer service. I was in and out in 20min. I forgot my wallet, they called me right away and stayed open after hours on a Sunday. Highly recommend visiting them for an awesome experience with Xfinity
Went in for internet service, made appointment online before hand. Arrived early and only a short wait before we were helped. The person who helped us was knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. We left having agreed to start service. Only issue that prevents a 5 star review is all the business took place standing at the counter. We were there for just over an hour and that was too long without a chance to sit for me. One other minor inconvenience is there are no restrooms for customers so make your pit stop before you come in.
Comcast has absolutely the worst customer service of any business I have ever encountered. I tried really really hard to stay a Comcast customer and they absolutely failed to keep me subscribed. Now they keep trying to bill me for services after the contract is canceled.
I recently switched from DISH back to Xfinity. I had afew questions and didnt want to wait ON HOLD forever an a day. So I went to the Xfinity store, getting there before they opened. The line was at least 100 people in line. So I went back home and waited for the Technician to show up afew days later. BTW, there is no comparison between DISH and Xfinity. Xfinity beats DISH hands down.

Wow! I made an appointment and when I got there I got to see a person right away. They took care of my issue with new replacement equipment and I was on my way. Kudos to Xfinity - Excellent service.

I just went here to drop off a box. Have them change a code for my mother-in-laws new box they gave me the wrong box it did not accept the HDMI had to go back and get another box with the HDMI port. But very friendly people work there they try their best.
Not sure why everyone customer must sit on couch and WAIT for an agent whether you want to buy a single item or pay bills and get service. It took an hour for me to buy a phone case because of their set up.!!! I think they need agents for bills etc., And another dedicated to item sales!!!!🤔🤔
Staff was very professional. The place follows CDC guidelines, staff wore masks and enforced 6 feet distance. The greeter was efficient and helped me very quickly.
Set up my new package drive 40 miles to return modem got billed for the old expensive package. Spent half hour on chat trying to resolve issue spent half the time trying to get the person to stop uosaling me. Nothing resolved still getting billed wrong directly out of my account. Comcast WORST customer service ever.

You can not call this place. You will have to drive to it to talk to a person. The automated voice is useless except for the singular problem of “why internet no working?”. Customer service joke. And overpriced on top of it. Can’t blame the employees though...

1. There is no direct phone number for this store!2. There is no way to cancel an appointment, since there is no phone number for this store, not a way to do it online.3. Despite the Xfinity equipment return web page that says the store will give a receipt, they refused to give me any receipt when returning the equipment. Rushed and rude is how the service is best described.For equipment returns, its better to use UPS; at least you get a tracking number.
This Place is painfully slow, be prepared to be here for the duration.

The outside wait help was poor, was asking me why i was there the door said i was returning equipment and to talk about account and wanted to know what specifically in front of other people in line i walked closer because it is difficult to talk with a mask on but shout loud enough for him to hear me. And besides its not everyones business why i am there specifically. At the counter he was efficient and fast but not friendly either. I realize things are tough since C19 but attitude can make or break us

Get an appointment. With that it only took 20 minutes to return my equipment. During that time only one person out of eight in the non-appointment line was taken care of.

Long wait in line (anyone opening a new account was ushered to the front of the line, the rest of the line moved at 1 person per 25 minutes, timed on my phone). Poor organization: Staff came out regularly to write down names and check why people were in line, but each time a different employee came out, we were all asked the same questions over again; there seemed to be no communication between employees. Poor service: Several impatient remarks when I tried to verify details on my account, even though I asked because the employee had misstated information about my account. Poor humanity: While I was in the store, a gentleman came in stating that someone in line had fallen down. Employees requested he leave the store, and made comments to each other once he left about how they didnt care what happened outside the doors.Will be investigating Sonic as an alternative to Xfinity. Have already called Sonic to make inquiries, and the first call was promising.
In the past two years have gone to the store three times each time I received excellent service. The last time the associate worked diligently to resolve my problem but soon realized that his system couldn’t help me gave me the number to IT I called them and they were extremely helpful kind and courteous

Excessive lines! Waited an 1hr and 40 minutes. I was in the store for 10 mins. I was ready before I got there and they still made me wait. They could do a lot better. Disappointed on the amount of time it took
The price for service is affordable. The wait can be a bit but they have a good system to accommodate everyone in a orderly fashion.Dont know why I couldnt buy insurance for my phone? They do have all types of phone and pricing
40 min wait for less then a minute. Covid protocols are a joke. I was about to just take the loss on the equiptment it was so bad.
We have been a customer since the early 90’s. We have always been current with our bill. For the last 8-10 years we have paid electronically From our bank to Comcast, San Ramon, to an account number that an installer gave us when we upgraded in 2007. Apparently that was the wrong account number or the account number changed, but they have always processed our payment until last month. I have call at least 6 times to trace our payment which our bank has verified was paid and cashed by Comcast. Today the operator said I had to go to a store to show proof of payment. Who ever was at the door wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. My next step is to cancel service and go with another company, if someone from Comcast doesn’t step up and help me contact someone from accounting.
Waiting only 7 minutes outside, people go in one person in the time, everybody very nice all service people has gloves all very clean

I went in to cancel service it was quick and easy in and out within 20 minutes. They were somewhat busy as well when I got there. It is much easier than sitting on hold for 45 minute
Total scam. Ported my number over from Verizon over 2 weeks ago and still cant receive text messages. Have spent over 20 hours on the phone, drove over and hour each way to go to a store that couldnt even give me a new phone, had my sim card replaced, had a new phone sent to me, opened tech tickets, been lied to again and again and still no texts! Save the hassle and stay with whatever carrier you are with now.

At 11:30 this morning, I picked up the self-install kit for internet that I ordered online last night. The store has a beautiful system for distancing people and directing them around the various stations. Bravo for taking care of our internet connections and our communities health!
Very busy store with Covid 19 social distancing.When I actually made it to the front of the line it was only 5 minutes to swap my old equipment for the new and I was on my way. Luckily it wasnt the 100+ degrees it had been the week before.

Horrible I was missing a piece the lady was very rude when I told her I was technologically challenged. Nothing worked tried to call couldn’t get through 4 hours. It says it’s $37 a month some how even though I wanted the most basic service it was $61 dollars a month never go here it is a rip off
I stopped in to see about a new remote because the old one I had stopped working.I was immediately greeted when I walked in, they took my name to put me on line as they had many peopleaheadof me, they asked what I wanted to talk about. I told them, and they said no need to wait, went behind the counter and grabbed 2 new remotes for me.Great service, friendly, everyone had a smile and seemed to be handling the customers well. They are professional,greet you when you come in let you know someone will be with you and if you leave your keys there the put them in safe until owner claims them. You also might see an old grammar school TH Panther from the late 70s. BITCHIN!!

Ive gone into Comcast a couple times over the last 5 years and always had a good experience. Its never been a long wait time and the service is always really good. I thought I had a good deal before I got to the store, but the friendly customer service representative there let me know of an even better deal. I dropped off my old equipment and got my new equipment in less than 10 minutes.

Called them the day before yesterday to see about getting wifi where I lived. The guy said he had to put a ticket in to see if its possible to service where I lived. The dude told me it might take a few minutes or a couple hours at the most to get a call back from them saying if I can or cant get wifi. Still havent heard from the.. wast of time

Dan goes the extra mile to figure out the problem helps you out however he can or finds someone who can if he can’t but what the best part is he didn’t give up or make me feel rushed he stood there and went over everything until I understood it yes the wait might be long because of people like me and the fact business is booming but it’s worth it I’d rather leave the store knowing what I’m being charged for and that I have the equipment I need.... don’t bother wasting you breath calling I’ve never had a good experience with customer service on the phone take the time and go see Dan and it will save you hours of disconnected phone calls excessive frustration leading to no where not to mention horrible customer service! Dishonest staff. Had come in to cancel cable and just opt for internet only. We had stressed greatly that we only wanted internet and had confirmed with the rep that he understood. After calling to activate my own modem I was told that I had a new phone line they needed to setup as well. After getting things sorted with their customer service line, I came in to return the modem we were renting. I told another staff member of the incident and he said it was my fault for not reading the contract they never gave us. They just told us to sign an electronic pad. Their refusal of accepting fault/shadiness is pretty pathetic.
Cant believe how easy and fast it was.They could probably make the sign in more visible but, it was still very easy.Ive now been twice. Just as easy.
The worst service! They just over charge increasing my bill any time they feel like it. I dont see sport, but Comcast still charging me without caring for my request to cancel sports. I seen a lot of customers canceling Comcast services.

When you make payment no mater the time take 4hrs to 24hrs like no not when got kids who watch tv shows n help while you cook and or clean
Extremely long line, just wanting to return equipment prior to moving from area. It was a large box, and I just felt like it would be better if a customer service person could spot something like that and maybe offer a spot to set the equipment down while waiting. Otherwise, smooth operation.

This company is the absolute bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service. A call in to dispute the bill will almost always be a time vampire, and leave you enraged afterwards. many times when I would call in to add or delete a service, some small charge would be added on like a modem rental or some kind of insurance for service calls. i feel like this company is unethical. The service is reliable and fast, but not worth the hassle.
