Plugged it in with an option to upgrade the power later. As soon as I plugged it in, the circuit breaker trips. Called, called, and called, for months. He took an interest when I offered to pay him to come out and look at. He never showed up. I bravely took off the panel and noticed a major leak. Water all over the circuitry and leaked into the wiring to the plug. No wonder it was being tripped. Also, the surge of electricity over the water in the hot tub. I want to sue, too. Total BS!!!

One star is an exaggeration. Lee does not support his products. His warranty is nonexistent! From the first day, day of delivery the hot leaked, and had numerous other problems. I immediately called Lee. He promised to come and repair the problems. He did not. I have called him numerous times, each time he promises to repair, and never appears. My hot tub leaks, the controls do not work properly, moths have flown into the display panel (how did they get there?). Lee is a liar. The hot tub is dangerous to use. My next step is court.

I purchased 2 refurbished hot tubs from Lee and both a running like new after almost 2 yrs. Lee is a true proffessional and is a man of his word. The service was flawless.
