We purchased a $6,800 Spa from a dealer that went out of business before we were able to get the permits for operation and we couldnt get the Spa to fully operate. A Hot Tub Place was the next closest dealer, but is over 80 miles from our home. The owner Glenn still spent time with us over the phone to troubleshoot our spa and it is now working! He spent even more time explaining all of the start-up processes we should follow, including a tutorial on chemicals, PH, etc. That is extreme customer service at its finest!

This is my second Softub, the first one lasting over 15 years....the sale, delivery & installation was flawless. The price was right in line with similar products but I know the construction & overall continuity will probably last my lifetime. I intended to write a review way back when first bought a Maxx Hot tub from Glen. He stands behind his products; anytime I have had a question or concern he has not only willing to call me within hours of my request, but has also was available to come out in order to make sure we were satisfied. We had an issue several months after we had bought the tub and they needed to make a service call. In any business (including mine) sometimes something may come loose in delivery or there may be a problem of some sort. They not only came out quickly, they were willing to service the problem after hours. I spent a great deal of time looking around and customer service is vitally important to me. We are extremely happy with what we purchased and highly recommend The Hot Tub Place. Glen patiently worked with us making sure we got a system that met our needs. Even though we custom ordered an extra motor for a stronger intense massage… we were able to save by not overdoing it on other items we did not need. While other Tub Companies were ready to escort us into expensive tubs... Glen encouraged us to purchase something that was more practical. We are exceedingly glad we chose this Company and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. We have had this Tub for several years now and it has not been a lot of work to keep it maintained. This establishment is great! We had some parts that we needed to replace in one of our hot tubs and Glenn was very helpful in assisting us in finding the right product at the right price! He also took the time to give us some helpful tips and suggestions, which we greatly appreciate! When we purchased hot tubs and parts, delivery was seamless. We will be customers for life!

Great work! I brought in my Sofftub motor for repair as it was leaking. We bought it used elsewhere and it ran great for several years. They repaired it in less time than they said, and added an insulation upgrade which makes the motor run much, much quieter. I didnt know it was possible to make the motor quieter! That was worth the repair alone! We have sought them before for advice on a damaged power cord that saved us money! Great work guys!
