We were told we would have the spa we ordered within 5 weeks, it is now 8.We were told the delivery would be between 2 and 4. It is now 6:15 and we are still waiting. The sales person left without giving a delivery update / making sure the delivery was made. Fortunately someone at their second store answered the phone and was able to tell us they still plan on delivering the spa today.The first signs of trouble was when I was installing the electrical. The sales person on duty could not tell me how much cord would be available outside the tub. I had to wait an hour for a call back with the answer.If you are considering a spa, I would go with Hot Springs.
