Yay! We finally got our Hot Tub! Through no fault of The Hot Tub Store, we had to wait quite awhile because of the pandemic but its finally here. Once it got to Santa Rosa it was a breeze. Delivery was quick and easy with two wonderful delivery guys (sorry for not getting their names). Our buying experience with Justin was great! This is our second one through The Hot Tub Store (20 years ago). Nicole did our orientation and she was very thorough and easy to understand. It was an overall pleasant experience and so far we are very happy with our new BEAM!

Excellence in Customer Service is very important to us and lately it seems to be hard to find. However, our recent experience at the Hot Tub Store was wonderful due to Terry Richs knowledge, patience and commitment to friendly service. The delivery was awesome and the technicians were so careful and efficient. The one glitch was the steps we ordered were not included with the delivery. We live remotely at the ocean over 100 miles from the store, and our hearts sank. When we called Terry he said that he would deliver the steps personally the next morning. Talk about going the extra mile! Its so important also that Terrys store manager was so supportive and called us right away. Now thats Excellence in Customer Service! We are so, so happy with our hot tub and we relax in it at some point every day. Terry supported us with video instructions and phone support for spa chemical and salt system setup. It was so easy. This was our second Hot Springs purchase from the Santa Rosa Hot Tub Store, the first was over 16 years ago. Our second purchasing experience was even better than the first. I have been trying to get service for months…This journey started when my control panel quit working in January. I spent a couple of months trying to get a call back. Finally someone called me! This is when I learned that I had to not only replace the control panel, but also the control box which is the brain of the entire system. I neede to think about that and see if I could fix it myself…. So, why do I have to spend $1,400 + labor… because after10 years they don’t supply parts. Oh, and the pump has also died so that is another ton of $$$$$. Also, they have to upgrade the system so I am @#$&edI have been a Hot Springs Spa owner for 33 years and I can say that they were a great company some years ago though I can’t get service.I have been trying to talk to someone for months… a couple of times they called and I missed their call so the process starts all over again. They will not try to contact you again… like not ever…They should just sell to someone who can actually manage the business.

These folks, well, Terry, knows how to treat a customer - with friendliness, intelligence and all around ease. I loved my shopping experience at this store. and now, about a month later I can say that I am thrilled with my purchase - it is exactly the right tub for me, and I have been treated like royalty, even though it was one of the smallest tubs they sell... their customer service is so good.... all in all, I am still completely satisfied with my purchase...

Best thing I did before shelter in place was buy a hot tub from this place. I absolutely love my tub. Terry and the whole staff are super helpful. If I have any questions they make themselves readily available, which is greatly appreciated and rare these days! Highly recommend this place.

I ordered a cover for my Jacizzi back in February 2021. I was told it was going to take between 4-6 weeks and up until now I haven’t heard from them saying is ready to be picked up, or if is been a delay in my order.

I am in need of service, since some component of my hot tub has failed. Already paid for my electrician to check that part out. But, no one is answering the phone and the recording says it can take 48 hours to get a call back. Not acceptable, sorry. everyones excuse for failing to provide service is the pandemic. I am an experienced “Hot tubber”. I have had hot tubs since 1976 and the Hot Springs spa that I have now is a saltwater tub and it is amazing. I went away last year for four months and turned the temperature down but left the spa on Knowing it would circulate the water 24 seven the entire time I was gone. With the salt system the spa took care of itself so that when I returned it was crystal clear and clean and all the chemicals checked out perfectly. All I had to do was turn the temperature up and enjoy the hot tub the next day. I recommended it to a friend and actually ended up selling it to her so… I just had a new one delivered yesterday January 10, 2020 For me. The delivery crew was fantastic as was the follow up by The Hot Tub Store. I would not get a hot tub anywhere else nor would I get anything but a hot springs spa. Thank you to the Hot Tub Store staff for carrying the most excellent products in the industry

When our 41-year-old redwood hot tub died, we had to move on. We actually returned to The Hot Tub Store where we had purchased our original tub. After some deck reconstruction, our new plastic hot tub arrived and was easily put in place. Weve gotten used to climbing UP and in, and now we love returning to our usual morning soaks. The outside edge is actually more comfortable than we had before, and we have more and varied jets to massage our muscles. All is good.

When I needed some technical assistance after my installation, she came to my house on a Sunday morning (!) to make certain everything was working properly for a party I was having that same day. I know they don’t usually provide service calls on Sundays, but the point is, that she and the others go beyond the call of duty to make certain all their customers are extremely satisfied with their purchase. We had a Jetsetter HotTub purchased in 1997 and after 23 years we finally had to laid it to rest. Michael used it everyday as a place to reflect and unwind on his day, along with soothly his aches and pains. It was an important part of his day in many ways, so when it died we called Terry at The Hot Tub Store. He guided us through the process of finding the right replacement and made the whole process super simple and easy (thank goodness, as I am not at all tech savvy) and we are now ready to enjoy another 23 years of respite and rejuvenation in our spa.

Our hot tub was purchased at this store when we first moved to Santa Rosa, almost 12 years ago. It has given our family, our friends,and especially our teenagers and their friends many years of enjoyment. We have had a terrific experience with The Hot Tub Store on maintaining it, via their service department. We have been especially pleased with their focus on customer service and quick and thorough work, problem-solving and making every effort to get our hot tub back up and running for our enjoyment if and when its needed maintenance. With the new age of the internet, its especially important to support local businesses like this one. It is the oldest hot tub store in business in Northern California! We knew nothing about hot tubs until we dropped in randomly on our drive back to the city and encountered Terry. This guy really knows his stuff - so much so that within the hour we were signing on the dotted line and already organizing delivery of our new luscious tub. We knew that the installation would not be an easy one due to some awkward home logistics, but Terry ensured us that he would do all the research to get it installed. He even drove out to our place on his day off to inspect the property for himself!! We have been in contact with Terry several times via email and phone with queries, and the responses have been both prompt and very helpful. We are delighted with our purchase and the tub is getting plenty of use. Roll on Winter!!

6 couples all bought hot tubs at the same time, years ago in 1992. All of their hot tubs quit on them quite rapidly, had major malfunctions, were super expensive to continuously run or required big mechanical bills. My Hot Spring Sovereign spa is now 26 years old and going strong. It is economical to use year round. Without reservation, I can recommend Hot Spring Spas. Tony is exceptionally knowledgable and helpful.

I am a first-time hut tub buyer. Was on the fence about getting a spa either lower-end, or going for a higher-end spa. Tony Scarpelos walked me through the pluses and minus of spas, care, etc. He was extremely patient with my (naive) questions! I ended up with a Hot Springs Spa TX, as our deck is on the smaller side and this roomy 2-person would have extra room if needed. I thought I would be an occasional user of the spa, but I am in it literally EVERY NIGHT! And weekend mornings, with a cup of coffee and a book??!! Nothing is more relaxing. The only part I dont like is every four months when I refill it with fresh water (which is really easy!) and cant go in for 24 hours (until the chlorine evaporates a bit)!! Highly recommended. And go to Tony. Nicest guy you will ever meet :-)

I LOVE my hot tub! My favorite thing to do is wake up, make my latte and enjoy it while soaking in my hot tub as the sun comes up. We bought our hot tub several years ago and the folks at the Santa Rosa store continue to take really good care of us. I would recommend anyone to this store and these hot tubs with no reservation. We had a fantastic experience working with John. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in finding the perfect unit for our place. The team was awesome at coordinating with our landscaper to bring in and set up the unit during our project. They also worked with our electrician to make sure that the set up was correct for our specific unit.Weve had our unit for about 8 months now and couldnt be happier with it. After all the stories you hear about how difficult maintenance on hot tubs is, Ive found ours to be super-easy to take care of and have had almost no issues with it (we got the salt water package).Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you are considering getting a hot tub.

We bought our hot tub from The Hot Tub Store a little over a year ago. Recently had a few small issues and had to have a tech come out. Instead of one of the techs, I got the President of the company, Sky - because he wanted to make sure I got serviced as their service techs have been very busy and could not get to me. Sky was able to help me completely, and was more than accommodating - switching out the ACE salt system for the ozone - and made sure that we were happy with everything - which we were. I cannot say enough good about this company, and their employees and customer service. I am proud to say that this is where I purchased my Hot Springs (the best) hot tub, and I highly recommend Hot Springs Spas - and especially - The Hot Tub Store. I go to the hot tube store for all my water care hot tub needs. I had a particularly bad issue with my water. Roland was especially helpful in getting this problem fixed for me. Great service and very friendly staff they were able to help me when other places couldn’t .

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed in our visit. We put down on a spa at the Home Show. The salesman, FJ, did a great sales job. I was SO looking forward to trying out the spa and meeting the local sales crew. They were pretty much completely unhelpful. They couldnt corroborate any of the stuff FJ said. Couldnt really tell me how to use the spa. OK so they werent going to get the commission but jeez. You could have tried. Oh and I didnt love the spa. It was good but not great. I have some thinking to do.5/6/18 Dan was nice enough to meet with us and work through our issues. I really appreciated his easy going, non-pushy sales style. While we ultimately decided against their tub, I was pleased with the efforts he took to make us happy. Thank you, Dan!

We purchased a new Hot Springs tub in April 2012 to replace an aging machine.We could not be happier with the sales process and the installation.
