Don’t waste your time & money! When the dumpster arrived there was no phone call to confirm or give us a window of time for delivery. We weren’t even home when they dropped it off. We called to have it picked on a Monday, they said it would be picked up Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest. It wasn’t picked up until Friday. When they came to pick it up again there was no phone call or window of time given to us for when they would be there. Terrible communication!! To top it off our dumpster was over weight, so they charged us an extra $54 after I explained to the employee over the phone all the trouble we had had. Instead of giving us a discount for our inconvenience & making it right, she informed me that she was going to charge my card. Terrible customer service!!

Pretty good company. Quickly responds to you. The only issue I had with them was when it was time for pickup. They didnt let me know that it could take up to 3 business days for pickup, so I freaked out thinking I was going to be charged for additional days, however, I was not. Would use them again.

Great pricing, great service. They are always amazingly quick in response times. Have not had another service come close. Definitely give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed!
