This my go to nail salon. I have since moved to Long Beach (Ive been seeing these girls for a few years) and I still drive out for their service. Theyre VERY thorough and take their time making sure every customer gets an A+ nail job. I also appreciate that they include cuticle cutting in their dip powder service. A lot of places charge extra or only use a drummel. My advice would be to call and make an appointment in advance and be patient. Then once youre there, relax and make sure to tip! They accept Venmo as payment.

I got my nails done there and they came out beautiful. The people were very kind and even during covid they made my experience enjoyable.

Their services are not satisfactory anymore. The staff does not understand anything clearly. It was really good before when i used to come.

I chatted with them on Google and was able to get in immediately for a pedicure which was nice. My pedicure was ok, nothing special and the polish was a bit all over the place. The worst thing is the whole salon smells strongly of acrylic chemicals and I left with a headache.

Great customer service. But lounge smells strongly of chemicals. So not the most relaxing setting.

Service was polite, fast and unobtrusive. Even relaxing. Nails looked perfect and callus removal was included. Neither my manicure nor pedicure is at all chipped 2 weeks after my visit.Prefer the spa chairs offered at this location to typical massage chairs, much more comfortable for me and more conducive to receiving a manicure along with a pedicure - with standard massage chairs, the position is awkward for you and looks super uncomfortable for manicurist.Solid spot.

I came here once with my friends and definitely come back soon. Very nice place for relax. They did very good job on my dipping powder manicure. It have been 10 days and it’s still perfect (14 days guarantee).I got aloevera pedicure last time and it’s the best pedicure so far. Highly recommend

Stopped by one Saturday morning for a dip powder manicure. First one in the door so there was plenty of meter parking out front. The lounge chairs are comfy, but please note that there arent any spa chairs. I heard a few ladies griping about this when they came in for pedicures. The place started to get busy pretty early on. Prime location in Santa Monica.At first I was impressed with my manicure. The lady did my almond shape nicely, took her time and even gave me a nice arm/hand massage at the end. Every place seems to do their services differently, so I never quite know what to expect. I chose a light pink, and after a few days it was easy for me to see that the dip powder was lifted around the sides. The more they grew out, the more I could see the lifted areas on almost every nail. Ive never had this problem with dip powder before, and I think the difference is that this place didnt take the e-file to my nail and rough it up a little before doing the powder. She also didnt use the e-file to smooth out the shape and the powder along the cuticle, which Ive had done at every other nail shop. They looked great and I never would have known how important these steps are were it not for the lifting.So here I am two weeks later desperately trying to not to pick at all the lifted edges, and failing miserably.My search for the perfect nail salon continues.

Called for a full set short notice and they were able to get me right in. The woman who did my nails did amazing since it was a fill she even fixed them since the last place didnt do so good. A little pricey but worth it.

Poor management. Booked an appointment on their website. Got a confirmation email for the appointment. Arrived. Was told they dont accept appointments booked on their website.

Post Covid, super clean and friendly service. Not crowded and the proper precautions taken. Excellent.

Just had a terrific experience today, I came here with a friend. Very friendly, experienced staff. The salon/spa has a very relaxing atmosphere. I got a gel dip powder set and she really took her time and did a great job with my nails. Would highly recommend!

Firstly, I didnt appreciate the tone of voice they spoke to me. While they were doing my nails instead of talking to me and giving the customer any attention they prefer to speak to each other with some foreign language.Secondly paying a tip is optional with your own will not something they should demoed for it in cash. I normally pay the tip with pleasure but today I didnt. In my opinion they need some customer service training & an strong manager. You also prefer to use to technicians to get two tips:(:(I booked an appointment and I was on time for it, for you to take your time and do your job doesn’t mean you are caring for me, this is the service you are selling and people paying for it. If you are busy don’t over book people. As you mentioned I only changed my polish so it was not hard work. I didn’t pay tip for two valid reasons one there was demand for it, and another one was your technician didn’t even bother to check my polish if it is dry so I can wear my shoes and go. I sat there and have been ignored by you guys. She didn’t even ask me if I need any help, so there was not extra work done for me to deserve extra money. They have done their job and get paid for it. This is the service you are give people and they pay for it, you are not giving anyone any favors.Thank you

All I can is WOW! From the friendly and professional staff; to the warm and welcoming decor.....this place was amazing. Came in as a walk-in and left with the best gel manicure and pedicure Ive ever had! Would rate 6 stars if I could.

I’ve been trying this nail salon last week to do the dipping powder. My hands right now look so perfect and beautiful so much. The servicer is really nice with me. 5 stars for this salon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First off, all of the people were very kind. That’s so important when you want a pampering. Secondly, I had acrylics with gel done by Tina, and she was wonderful! She kept checking in with me to see what if I was okay with her work at each major step. Very lovely. One star off for two reasons: Number 1 - The smell. The location is NOT well aerated. No air flow to circulate the chemical smell AT ALL. My throat hurt after being in there for 10 seconds, but I was hopeful about this location doing a little nail art design for me, so I stuck it out. I hope they install some fans or air ventilation system ASAP, because it cannot be healthy for their employees to breathe that all day - even with masks on. Reason number 2 - The nail art. I was extremely disappointed that they weren’t able to do the simple thin black line nail art I wanted. To be fair, I’d wanted a thin black line design of the Deathly Hallows symbol from Harry Potter (a triangle with a circle inside and a line through the center of them). There was also a picture example laid out, but it didn’t translate in the attempt at all, so I asked for it to be removed and just leave me with the plain colors instead. It was clear that they don’t often handle anything like that, so don’t let the review pictures get that idea into your head. HOWEVER - the workmanship on my nail shape, quality, and everything else was splendid. There’s a LARGE selection of gel colors and types, along with the regular polish choices. The chairs are comfortable, the decor is stunningly cute, and again, the employees were great. To top it off, due to my sadness about not getting the art I’d hoped for (though the other girl at checkout did offer for her to try the design for me instead, which I graciously refused because the matte coating and everything else had already been completed), they were kind enough to offer me a small discount AND not charge me for the removal of my last acrylic manicure. So while the bad smell is STRONG (please fix that, Blossom Nail Lounge owners!!), the service and craftsmanship (aside from nail art that isn’t jewels) are absolutely top notch! I don’t usually request art anyways, so that being said, I will DEFINITELY be back to Blossom for my next mani/pedi (but yeah, 100% gonna call ahead to ask if they‘ve installed better ventilation, first!). Thank you so much to the lovely technicians! :]
