Great service overall, and their skills at both gel nails and acrylics are the best that I have found in Santa Monica, and I looked around. Pricing is incredibly reasonable, the location is convenient, and everyone there is incredibly friendly. Go here to get your nails done and be happy both with the quality you receive and also from the immediate pick me up your day will get from the lovely individuals working here.

I just had a really enjoyable pedicure here. Id recommend adding a 10 minute foot massage and callous treatment.

I have been getting my lashes done by Sophie for the past couple years and she is absolutely amazing!!! I have been to a few different lash people in LA that we’re quite disappointing but I’m glad I took a friends recommendation and tried Sophie!! She does a wonderful job making my lashes look full and natural. She is speedy but meticulous. Recommend her 100%!!!!

Best spa pedicure and a gel manicure only for $46 total. I was so happy to pay for that excellent services and professional skill.

Went here as a walk in and it was adequate. I saw no proper cleaning receptacles and highly doubt my tools were cleaned between each use (even the towel that was used seemed like I wasn’t the first one to use it). Mani was $16 which seemed high (I’m from Boston) for the level of service / cleanliness. The mani itself was good.

TiTi Nail Spa is a great family fun business. The owners of the spa will go out of there way too make you feel comfortable. They offer a great variety of services that are designed to make you look your best.I love the fabulous design that they have helped me with. My nails come out looking marvelous with the gel shine or matte finish.The detail that Sophie takes when doing your lashes will leave you feeling like a glamour queen.A big thank you to TiTi nails.

Called to make an appt and glad I did because when I was leaving this place got packed! Recommended by a friend who has been to TiTi salon for years, I am very happy with my eyelashes extension service. This wonderful new set only cost $90 while I used to pay somewhere else $120. The technician is also very gentile and clever. Certainly I will come back for refill.

The staff was friendly enough but they used the same tools on me and my friend. The towels and pillows were old and stained. The polish was clumpy. I gave 3 stars because the final result was decent but it took an hour and a half.

I got the most fantastic experience and beautiful gel manicure for $30. (the least expensive price in Santa Monica). They have a huge color selection that I can resist myself from trying different color every time I come. All of the girls in my office also come here, and they love this place too.

Very clean, great service and wonderful job. My daughter and I love our gel manicures. It only cost us $28/ each. As a hairdresser I am very particular, and I am totally happy with the way they do nails and take good care of customers health and safety. We were served with sanitized equipments sealed in a disinfected bag which was withdrawn from a UV sterilizer next to their work station. I highly recommend.

I broke an nail while on vacation in Santa Monica, CA they open at 11am and I was there a bit early and the owner opened up the store for us and asked us to come in. The staff started to come in and I was taken care of right away. The girl that helped me was quick and she did a great job. The place was clean and everyone there was so friendly.

Ive come here for a couple of months now for acrylics and pedicures. The staff are all very sweet and always make sure my nails are how I want them. And their prices are reasonable for great results. They do sometimes get busy, so I find its better to come during the week rather than the weekends.

Ive been coming here for a few months for acrylics + gel manicures, and each time the acrylics have not lasted long at all. They start to lift and come off as early as a week after I get them done. Ive gotten acrylics for 8 years now, and Ive never had this problem before.I came in today after one nail completely popped off, and asked them to fix 1 nail (which I assumed they should do for free or only a few dollars since I got a full set only 6 days ago). Before I could even stop her, the manicurist removed all of my nails because she said that they would all probably pop off as well. The whole manicure took over an hour which I wasnt planning on since I only wanted one nail fixed, and when I finished, they said it should be $38 but we will discount you to $25 for today. Would you like to add tip too?I said no to the tip, as I wasnt expecting to be charged at all especially after being a loyal customer and tipping at least 20% every time I came in.Be upfront with customers about prices and dont do something that the customer didnt ask for, and then charge for it. Its bad business. Its a shame this happened because I live and work walking distance from this salon, so its convenient location wise, but I will not be returning. Dont waste your money here.

Great service, clean and extremely affordable. All staff were friendly and my manicurist truly paid attention to detail. One of the best shellac manicures that Ive had in awhile. Definitely recommend and would go again.

Phenomenal nail salon! I am so picky when It comes to my nails. However, I know I can always trust them to do a good job. They did my nails for my wedding day and my entire party, everyone was so pleased. On top of that they are sooooooo SWEET!

Very friendly staff and they did a pretty quick job. I like my nails really short and most salons never really listen but they did. First time getting gels done and Im excited to see how long they last :)

$29 for a pedicure is an outrageous ripoff. I had no color on my toes when I came in, I had no color done at salon, my nails are in great shape. And 5 mins of buffing cannot be worth that price. Get a quote before you start, I should have.

After trying many nail shops in santa monica, i finally found my favorite place here TiTi nail spa. I got a gel manicrue and gel pedicure for total of $60 that I think that is the best value i ever paid. They have so many beautiful colors, and they perform excellent job. It has been 2 weeks, and my nails still look great.

Came in one day after work, happened to pass by and notice they were open. Got a gel mani, with French tip. Was veeeeerrrrryyy satisfied with my nails. The day after I washed my hair, submerged my hands in water for about an hour. Only one nail chipped and it was verrry minor, as able to file the the damage away and conceal it. I am satisfied, expecting them to last 2 weeks or longer. Their gel is very good, $28 for a gel manicure, $5 for french tip. $33 total, I gave them $35.

What an utter joke.A very basic pedicure is 30 (no idea where 16 is from above), it DOESNT INCLUDE: massage ($), filing off callouses ($), cutting ingrown nails, clean utensils (dropped file and nail clipper on floor multiple times and continued to use them), or warm water (ice cold foot bath water)...I came in with nearly no polish on and start to finish was 15 minutes with a very rude TIMED (and additional cost) 5 min massage. She set a kitchen timer, showed it to me 3 times and said THATS IT rudely.This place is a completely unnecessary waste of time. Ive gotten pedicures all over LA and OC and this was like burning money. It was just a nail painting. Im beyond mad.

Really bad - I had to redo my nails while I was there. Had to pay extra to get my nails polished, but they were complete scratched afterwards. She cut my nails so short that it looks like I bit nails. This is really not worth the money, and the staff is not super friendly - at least not mine.

Terrible pedicure and they cut my culticles so they bled!! Then didn’t even bother to offer me a break on price. It hurt so much I couldn’t get the polish applied!! Don’t go!!!
