Every technician is wonderful. My nails always look beautiful - no matter who I get - and it lasts for at least two weeks without a chip. I love this place and love how my nails look. Every single time!

Three days after my manicure and I haven’t been doing manual labor, but you can see the polish is chipping and flaking off greatly. So, it’s a little pricey for the results. I guess they didn’t really advertise no chip, so....My pedicure is holding up no problem, though.

Mimi and Tammy are my two favorites! They take pride in their work and do a great job. There are other technicians that do a great job as well. I have been going to Nail Spa Lane for many years. The shop is clean and in a good location.

I have gone here for many years and have never once had a bad experience. The spa is clean always, the chairs are kept nicely. The workers take extra care to make you comfy and happy. Their foot massages are wonderful, you can also get a shoulder rub at the same time. Service is fast and reliable. No reason to go elsewhere really. As usual, Yelp reviews rake everyone over the coals,but not once in years of steady service have I ever had a bad experience. Yelp reviewers need to get a life!!! Give this place a try please!

Ive been coming to this place for years. It has progressively gotten worse. I come alone and sometimes with my 8 year old daughter. They constantly keep her waiting while they start on me (she is very polite and patient). I only get a pedicure while she gets a mani-pedi so I wait. I always wait.I came recently and it was a horrible experience. The technician made me bleed (not the first time), filed my nails unevenly and while I was waiting (again) the place smelled of smoke. It was obvious someone was smoking upstairs.This experience cost me $52.00 (+ $12 tip between the 2 technicians).Never again. Good bye.

Very clean, nice staff, reasonably priced. Ive always seen Kelly for my gel manicures and she is awesome! Highly recommend

I think this was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. I had them remove gel from toes and fingers, and asked for a standard mani/pedi- no gel.I have a burn on my ankle from the callous remover solution. I asked her to asked her to adjust the bag and told it was burning and she just kept working on toes until I made her stop and wipe off the area.She used tools that weren’t removed from an autoclave bag.They only put one coat on my nails and had to clean the polish off of my toes with acetone because the first technician was rushing to get to her next client. The second technician had to clean up the polish and finish my nails. She asked me to pay her before doing my nails And, immediately after adding the first coat lifted the arm on the chair, helped put on one flip flop and halfway put on the other before walking off. They were rushed, sloppy, rude and charged me $55 for a bad experience and crappy product. I will never go here again.

Best nail spa ever.

Just moved to area and was excited to try a new spot. Employees were friendly, however my acrylic nails were poorly done, especially for the high price they charge. Bumps everywhere, uneven, already cracking, and not done complete. Pedicure was good and clean. Lets just say I will not be going back for acrylic fill.

Unexpected charges for anything you will think come with the manicure or pedicure like small massage they do charge you extra or remove a little callous they will charged youIf you used to pay like $50 you will pay here $100Definitely I don recommended this place!
