Had my first gel x manicure and design in mind and Henry executed it perfectly. He was also very patient with my indecisiveness lol. This was my 1st time getting my nails back and I’ll be back!

Go here for pedicures!! They really have the pampering treatments and they’re so damn cute. They’re also super accommodating to how high maintenance I am about my nails (I get gelx here).

I was very pleased with the entire experience at BonLierre Nails.The setting is beautiful, they have a lovely tropical mural on one entire wall. The chairs are very comfortable and I felt the technicians were very qualified.I’ll be going back!

My nail technician was in a bit of a hurry but she did an incredible job - she snuck me in between appointments, worked with me on nail designs and colors and once that was set she was incredibly careful and fastidious. Will absolutely be back

I received GelX nails at Bonlierre for the first time last month. Kim was extremely professional and did a great job on my nails. Theyve lasted for far longer than my old acrylic nails ever did and look much more natural as well. Will definitely be coming back to get them done again with a design!

Like an experience at the finest Four Seasons resort, the staff at Bonlierre is the BEST! A beautifully quaint location that is like an oasis in Santa Monica. Everyone, from the owner to the staff, is polite & friendly. Its so easy to reserve an appointment & pay. I highly recommend!

It was my first time coming to this nail salon - I had such a great experience. They were so thorough that I fell asleep halfway through the appointment lol! So relaxing. They even included a complimentary hand and foot massage. Will definitely be going back!

Staff was so sweet! There aren’t the normal pedicure bowls and you have to lift your leg higher than normal which was slightly uncomfortable . But other than that it was good!

They had a new Client special on dip nails. $35 ($10 off) and a great point system you can use for services.Lots of organic products. Great ambiance and knowledgeable employees! I got a gel-x mani here last week. The tech left goobs of gel under my natural nail that could of been cleaned up. Less than a week later and Ive had 3 broken nails because of how the nails were applied.

I have been getting my nails done from Ivy for close to a year. She does a Rembrandt job every time. Yes, my nails are a work of art. She is a precious girl. For as long as she has this salon, I will be there. Thanks Ivy xx

My favorite nail salon here in Santa Monica!

They have a very good service (they serve tea and hot chocolate while working on your nails). The place looks really nice, inviting, and clean, and they use one time tools so everything is neat. However, the girl who was doing my nails was not thorough and not very nice, and when I asked her to fix one nail that looked completely ruined she got upset. The quality is medium, as its been only a week and one nail had already peeled (I did the SNS dip powder), and they take 8$ to fix a nail! (Take into account that the initial price is 55$). In my opinion they are good for a day of relaxation with some friends (they offer different essential oils for mani and pedi massage) but they are way overpriced. To add the glitter I have on one nail they took extra 8$ and it was literally just a layer of glitter on top. They do have street parking with meters which is convenient, but its not always available. If you choose to go there, appointments are better than walk ins - theres a waiting time. Overall I had a good experience but it way overpriced and I will most probably not go back there.

Prices are average, and the experience is good! I have gone a couple of times now and done dip nails. The first time they were chipped in under 2 weeks, but the second time they lasted for almost a month. The service is friendly and chairs are comfortable. I was worried after some of the negative reviews, but they’re convenient and quick and I will go again.

This is by far the best nail salon that I have ever gone to. They always do an amazing job on my nails.

Great atmosphere and very friendly employees. Most expensive salon I’ve been too in Santa Monica for the same services. I’ve always had a good experience there, but I went with a friend from out of town a few months ago who had to get her $50 gel manicure redone as soon as she got back home due to the gel already chipping.

My go to point in Santa Monica when I need my nails done. Located on 7th street, a relatively quiet area in the city. Great service! They pour you tea.And they have several kinds of massage you could choose from. Everything looks so legit. You wont regret coming here.

It amazes me this place has so many good reviews.I called in before coming to confirm there will be someone to do my manicure and pedicure. I was assured that’s the case and was told to come by.There was only one technician and she was handling phone calls, walk in customers and tried to do my nails at the same time. Pedicure technician didn’t arrive until I was 45 min in and didn’t have time to stay for pedicure (I assumed one hour is enough time, clearly not the case)As a result I left with one service done and done poorly. My cuticles are butchered, my gel polish is all over the place. What an incredible waste of time and money.I got excuse about traffic. Yes, what a surprise there would be traffic coming from OC to Santa Monica on a Friday morning.The place and equipment could use some cleaning too...

I had the pleasure of having several of the technicians do gel manicures and pedicures for me at this location. Im new to the area, and have been searching for a good quality clean salon to make my regular spot. It has been difficult in Santa Monica to find but I could not be happier with the service here. I highly recommend BonLierre Nail Spa!

Dropped in without and appointment and had a great manicure and pedicure. Paid $40 for mani-pedi with approx 3 min massage on each arm and leg. It was very relaxing and everyone was super friendly. I would recommend stopping in to check them out!

They took THREE hours to do a simple fill and pedicure, overcharged, and on top of that the next day, my gel nail polish is already chipped. During the pedicure, I had to hold my legs up the whole time on this roll away cart they sit on so my feet wouldnt slip off which is hardly relaxing. And then when I got my manicure, the lady got ALL of the nail shavings all over my outfit, my phone, and my drink. And she didnt care to apologize. Then, she was doing a nail design where she had to put white nail polish over red, and she was going to let me leave with pink streaks in the white, and acted annoyed when I politely asked her to fix it. I am not one to complain online like this, but it was the worst nail spa I have ever been to. If you are thinking of going here, I would not reccomend it.

I’m totally disappointed how this place turned to be that bad in very short time . It used to be amazing but unfortunately this time literally everything is disorganized from the staff who are late to delivering horrible quality of work.

In this salon they just cut down my nails and even done this without preparing and gloves!!! My nails were strong and now they are breaking if I print on my computer. Never go here!!!
