Normally I am super content with this salon for the basics but they have officially lost a customer... I have never been to a nail salon where they don’t know how to do a French manicure... ridiculous. On top of that none of the manicurists know how to do basic nail art.

It has been only a week and look at my nails. After 3 days I had to redo cuticles and gel chopped so much but I always use gloves for household duties.

I love my nails and the technician did a fantastic job! The place is clean and quick I’ll definitely be going back.

I called this nail shop and they told me to come in 5 min and l can get a manicure and pedicure, when I get there, there’s three people working there .. two women come in after me and they start working on them first. The lady told me the other worker can massage my feet and give me a callus remover and a scrub and then she will do the rest of my pedicure. I sat there for 45 minutes getting a massage until I decide to leave. DO NOT GO HERE!! They are operating inside which is against the Covid rules.

Every time I am in LA I come back to this specific nail salon for pedicures. In fact, it’s one of the reasons I love visiting here. They do an AMAZING job on everything. They aren’t rushed, they pay great attention to detail, they’re friendly and professional. I couldn’t recommend a better place, seriously. Tip: get the callus removal treatment if you want feet so soft that even a baby would be jealous of.

Awesome work done, exceptionally clean, on time appointments, and great prices, this is my absolute favorite nail spa on main street. I loved Amy on my toes and Vicky on my nails and she did an impeccable job as well as Sandy is the absolute best as well. I always have a good experience here. It always smells good, the bathroom is absolutely perfect at all times. This is definitely my kind of place.

First and last time coming here. They wouldn’t listen to my requests. Very rough service!!! They do not clean up your nails after they finish. I got a gel fill in and asked for the express pedicure because I didn’t want to be there all day. Express means half service and then because they want you to pay more, they will start doing extra in the middle of the service. I am so unhappy. Also, tools are NOT CLEAN!!!!!!

I was in Deluxe Nail Bar & Spa with my grandma and they were able to take us as a walk in.The lady took her time to clean my cuticles and shape my preference no nail to perfection. My nails looked great ! My grandma also has arthritis and cant move her joints but the lady who did her pedi was very accommodating and willing to adjust to my grandma’s need.I will definitely be back to Deluxe Nail Bar & Spa

I have went to this salon a few times with no issues. My aunt who lives near by told me she had an issue with chipping the next day & the owner would not fix it. I got a fill in with gel in which she charged me normal price and her sign stated a special. I just let that go. The next day the paint started chipping on one nail she fixed. Did not apologize just said sit. The next day two nails start chipping. Went back and a young man fixed it. Then over the next 3 days my nails turned from pink to brown and chipped more. I will post pics in yelp. She said she will fix those that are chipped but not the brown/black ones. She said it was not her fault & the young man chimed in. She said it is my makeup! She said that happens when WE where light colors because of OUR makeup. I explain how I have only gotten light colors done by here in the past. She said it was still my makeup. I have never had someone insult me by saying women of darker skin that wear makeup can’t where pink. Looking at her reviews not the first time her paint has chipped. I have watched one tech put in remover to a bottle of polish. She could have handled that professionally. Not by making a very clear racist statement. I am not that dark & don’t wear a lot of makeup. Lol. I just walked out not worth my time or money!

I came Deluxe Nail Bar & Spa yesterday and I can beleive that this place was very wonderful!I showed the nail staff a picture of what I wanted and she helped me pick out the right colors. My nails look amazing. The young men is patient with me. I kept checking the shape of my nails and asking him to redo them. He politely did and even joked about how he needed the practice. Every Time I come in he asks me about my friends that came in the time before and how my family is doing.High recommend but call ahead to make sure Deluxe Nail Bar & Spa is there to do the sets.

The NICEST nail salon I have ever been too! Their service is great and Ive never had a bad manicure! Highly recommend if you need a quick cheap manicure, pedicure, or great hand massage

The powder mani I got started lifting the day after I got it, and after a week it has completely fallen off my thumb. I believe it was the manager who did my nails for me. They said It would last 3-4 weeks and after just 1 week, it looks terrible. Very disappointing.

Just had my first visit for a pedicure and was very happy. I usually walk out of a nail salon feeling rushed and not 100% happy with the actual results, but here everything was really great! Kelly is amazing, gave the best foot massage, wasnt expecting all that pampering! They didnt rush me out of my chair, let me relax while my nails dried. I only had time for a pedi today but will definitely be back for mani pedi.

I was offered water or hot tea by three different people as well, who I absolutely appreciate.

It was my first time there and its my last time there. First I didnt get my discount as advertised and then the owner told me I was not telling the truth about something who does that I guess they dont need new customers I will never go there again

They have a great selection of nail and gel colors, OPI and Essie! Its very busy and you end up waiting sometimes. Overall their quality is great, however a few times the gel has chipped in a week. They guarantee the gel and say they will fix if you show receipt, however they did not seem happy about it.

The pedicure that did my toes just pull a piece of my left toe and thankfully nothing happens, but the right one she hurt me and even after fichined it was still bleeding. It’s purple now and she refuse to clean with alcohol. Poor service and very careless with clients. The manicure thou was very nice and attentious and did a great job. That’s why the two starts. Hope someone get that!

I highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time! They seat you right away but you can end up waiting for 30 minutes or more in the chair if youre a walk in.

Dont go to this place! This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! The color of my nail started to change into a weird yellow 12h after I did my manicure there. I posted a review with pictures on yelp if anybody needs to see them. I did a gel manicure with a normal pedicure and, the color I originally picked was a white with pink undertones. The person who did my nails was really rude and kept blaming me for her mistake. She could not shape my nails properly, I had to ask her to reshape them. Then she didnt apply the color properly on my nails and she basically told me, in a mean way, that I moved my hand in the machine! I went there with my boyfriend and despite not being happy with this all experience, we just decided to be polite while checking out. I was writing tips on the receipt and they directly asked for cash, which surprised me. My boyfriend gave them cash and they did not even have us a smile. This atmosphere was terrible and that was even before I knew my nail color would change into a weird yellow! The person did not take the time to apply the chemicals properly, that is why the color changed. She did not even dried my toes properly either which made the color uneven. This kind of work is totally unacceptable!I went back the next day to complain and ask for a refund but the manager apparently left home and it was 1pm. I went back there the next day to complain again and for a refund and, the manager ended up yelling at me. Yes, I am serious! I explained my issue and I told her I have been to many different nail salons and this never EVER happened to me in the past. She was not happy that I posted a review about her business on yelp and I simply told her that I posted the truth and I have pictures to prove the unsatisfying results. This is a vietnamies place, and they probably dont know how business works here in the U.S. She started to make a HUGE scene in front of everybody! She kept yelling at me that I am a lier and that I shouldnt post reviews. That was just so crazy, this all situation never ever happened to me in my life until today. She acted so unprofessionally and she was not even able to fix this issue. She just kept going back and force from the register to the back room, while yelling like a crazy person and I could barely understand her! She was so disrespectful and so unprofessional. It was totally impossible to have a normal conversation as adults because she does not have any management skills. She is not able to handle an unhappy customer which make her business extremely unprofessional! She did not give me back my money and I just walked away from this awful place. That is why everybody should know how bad this place is. Believe me, there are many nail salons where the owners are way nicer and where they can do an amazing job, and in these places; they would refund you if you are having an issue. Especially if you come back there one day after they did your nails.

The lady who did my nails must have been new or something because she did my full manicure before taking payment. This made for an hit of an awkward payment and a chipped nail.
