This laundromat is very clean, has amazing staff that goes above and beyond to help you should you need anything, and their machinery is top notch!!!Special thanks to the gentleman that literally got behind the machines to grab my red bull that fell. He really didnt have to do it but he did and did it with a smile... really meant a lot to me

OMG these place has been remodeled completely from the inside, all the machines are brand new! And the wash so good ... you can still use quarters but it can all be done with an app which I love, less things to carry!

This is an IMPRESSIVE laundromat! The artsy beach vibe was super interesting and welcoming from the moment I entered this insanely clean space. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The machines are new and well maintained. I now go out of my way to drive to this laundromat. I definitely recommend it.

By far the only state-of-the-art machines on the West side. $3.50 for one 22 minute triple load is super fast and ludicrously inexpensive. And drop off isnt much more. We should all support local businesses like Big Waves. Check out the sign (attached) on the coin machine - very very polite, smart, and inspiring.

This laundromat is SO clean. It feels like you could almost eat off of the surfaces. They also have a coinless app that makes things so easy - it will even notify you when you have just a few minutes left on your loads. So bright, clean, and safe.. Love it

Got laundry... waves way new last year 2020: soap, sink, wifi, clean restroom, plus 2 on machines, phone charger plug, lots of local art. ziggy sweats which clings up #losangeles dirt to wash clothes big blue waves. thank you 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙

I usually just come down here for fluff and fold, but they did get some brand new washing machines, so I might try that out. Super cool of them to offer half off the F&F order for new and existing customers, I think it might be a covid special or something. Either way, they do an awesome job and this place is super clean. Free WiFi, tons of parking. Good place all around.

Truly the best one in town. the other ones in comparison were yucky. Big wave is always clean. The carts are shining which made a big difference as thats the first thing customers see. The staffs are attentive. The equipment could be used via the phone app (and with reward too!). What could be better than this?

My washing machine broke and I needed a spot nearby that was clean and bad good reviews—this was the place ! Really clean machines and they take COVID precautions seriously and will make sure you keep your mask on. Doors are all open to get some air circulating. Shop has a 50 % off first fluff and fold too. The owner is quick to respond to emails and employees will help you if you have questions

$3.75 top load and $5 front load. Dryers are 25 cents for 4 or 5 minutes. Constantly looking for baskets. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean restroom no seat covers.

This laundromat is great. The owner is a hardworking guy that makes sure you get taken care of and leave happy. All his machines are new and made by speed queen so you can get the app and not worry about quarters! The facility is clean and there are always workers cleaning the machines and the facility. The location is great as well. I recommend this facility for all your laundry needs.

Remodeled with state of the art machines payable by quarters or app connected to your checking account. Expensive, but efficient and super effective. The machines look expensive, so I get the increase in price. Bought by a former Marine from what I hear. So nonsense does not appear to be tolerated. Between the two guys in back and the cost, Im thinking theres going to be an uptick in the clientele. If youre from the area, youll know what I mean. Thanks, guys!

Ive been going to this place for a very long time, very quiet, very clean and almost 0 homeless people to bother you, staff very friendly and professional and currently under new ownership with Brand-new washing machines and dryers. Theres lots of things around this area. Whole foods on Wilshire Blvd / Del Taco/ McDonalds/ Carls Jr and some fine Dining too/ Santa Monica Pier/Venice Beach/ Malibu.

Fabulous brand new washing machines and dryers. The machines will hopefully soon be able to process payments via QR codes instead of quarters which would help since there is a nationwide shortage of coins right now. I highly recommend this laundromat.The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!

New owner is an awesome down to earth local guy! Much improved atmosphere much more inviting! Can not say enough about the improvements! I have been coming here for over 10 years now and always wondered why the place was in shambles before. Next thing i know there was some sort of cleaning cloud over the place. I came in 3 days in 1 week this past month, and saw everyday improvements and repairs being made! This is amazing for the neighborhood and community. Great location with new energy come try it out!!!

I moved to Santa Monica about 2 months ago. I couldn’t be happier to have found this place to do my laundry. I was welcomed by Natalia who explained very kindly how to use the machines. The washing and dryers are NEW! They just installed them. They are renovating the place too. The place is clean and in order. You can park right in front. The owner is nice and welcomes you too. This is now my second home!

Yowza, Wade definitely upgraded this neighborhood spot - EVERY piece of equipment you are used to seeing here is new. Its right down the street from me and I am glad to see the positive impact these upgrades are bringing to the community here.

Dropped off my laundry Friday pm and picked up Saturday pm. Laundry is folded and and smells fresh. A job well done, highly recommended!!

Im from Arizona. We came to Santa Monica cuz my brother was involved in a accident. We didnt expect to be here more then2 days well a week later we r still here. We were out of clean clothes so came to do laundry and omg ive never been to a laundry mat first off and man o man it was a great experience. Beautiful washers and dryers the owners were there to accommodate there clients and made it feel special :) will definitely return:)

This place is just what I have been looking for! Super bright and very clean. Because theres great natural light, the seating area is clean and because they have free Wi-Fi I actually have been working while I am there! Would definitely recommend to my fellow germaphobes!
