Love my new Giulia Lasso and had the best experience ever. I called on Saturday about the car and asked what kind of deal they could do and it was settled on the phone in five minutes thanks to Byron the sales rep and Ross the sales manager. I was a bit unsure about the color so Byron videoed the car, since I wasnt able to get to Santa Monica. They even offered to deliver it to me in Palm Desert. However, I decided to make the 2 hour drive on Sunday to finish the deal. The whole experience was fantastic, super friendly and attentive group. Kudos to Ross, Byron and even Daniel the finance guy!
I have to drive an hour here but it’s worth it, i had a great experience with the service dept. they were friendly, they informed with everything going on with my car, they provided me a loaner and I got my car back cleaner! will be coming back for future service!
If I would 0 star I would. Sometimes I wonder how these dealerships are still open with the attitudes they have. Apparently their salespeople do not sell Cars they sell Flowers!!! Thats what the salesperson told me when I asked for the price.( She thought shes cute!!!)But worst of all was the manager was rude and very demeaning when o talked about the price.Anyways I do not recommend this dealership even if no more dealership exists!!!
Worst experience ever as usually. Service advisor Kenneth recommended to replace the whole bumper because of the key scratch. For the Alfa and Fiat owners my recommendation is to have your car serviced somewhere else.
I recently leased a 2020 Alfa Romeo Gulia and I worked with Byron Shantz to get a deal completed which was fair for both sides...Byron was accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Car was detailed and shiny before I was ready to pick it up, although I had a wait for a while to complete the paperwork process...cant really blame anyone at the dealership since there was only one finance person working that day and had to deal with several customers looking to complete paperwork.

If youre like me, you loathe sitting in a dealership, working out pricing and terms. Wife and I decided on a Giulia, and saw one on their website we liked. Called and was lucky enough to be connected to Gary, who made me a killer deal right over the phone. Was a little worried that Id drive down all the way from Covina only to have the deal change once I got there. My fears were unfounded - Gary is true to his word, and delivered everything he promised and then some. We love our new car, and will definitely be coming back and sending our jealous friends over too. Unconditionally recommended!
Just checked on the price of a lease for the Spider car.Had a boyfriend who owned one years ago.I drove it through all of the canyons.Really can handle curves hills.I was driving a stick shift.I also wanted to know if you can get a stick shift.You definitely can.
Honestly, this is the absolute most rude group of people. I am so horrified that I leased from this location. I leased the car thinking I would have immaculate customer service, like how BMW treats their customers like kings and queens... for the past three years my questions have been neglected. They never ever answer the phones. The employees are so rude, and do not have any compassion for the customers. I was supposed to turn in my key today, but due to traffic I am a bit late. I asked if someone could wait a few minutes for me and they denied my request and now refuse to answer the phones. I have been to Alfa Van Nuys and they are the most wholesome, kind group of employees, with impeccable customer service. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership, and will most definitely never purchase an Alfa again, especially not from here. Seriously, to all those who read this: avoid this dealership if you want an Alfa Romeo vehicle, there are plenty of other dealers who are kind and accommodating. Shame on you.
I swear the sales people here don’t want to sell cars. I was literally told no that they can’t help me. So I went to Glendale Alfa and they actually worked hard to find a Giulia I liked... ended up spending 50k on the spot when I wasn’t even meaning to buy a car that day! So if you’re a serious buyer go to Glendale instead.
Mark Thomas gave me a super good deal on a Fiat 124 Spider and worked with my out of State Credit Union to get the title paperwork done. Frederick provided an awesome car feature overview on my way out after getting the keys. Car was spotless and love the full tank of gas. Thanks again for everything !!
The Service Department here is excellent. They are so easy to work with, are courteous and do a great job. Weve been in twice for different issues and both times they washed our car for us.
These guys were awesome. I live down in San Diego, but these guys had the model I wanted. Eric helped me get everything done over email and text while Byron reached out occasionally to check in on things. They got everything approved for me after some back and forth and delivered it. Hands down, great experience. Both Eric and Byron continue to follow up to see if I have any questions about features and what not. Definitely recommend
I love my Alfa Romeo, but seriously not worth the hassle of dealing with the service department. I have an URGENT RECALL (their words not mine) on my car and Ive left 4 messages, during business hours, trying to schedule a service appointment and nobody picks up the phone or calls me back.Not to mention they dont provide loaner cars, they only offer Ubers. Now that Uber isnt allowed to operate anymore Im not sure what theyll do.I really like my car, but I will not buy another one because of this.
I just leased a Stelvio from them. One of the best experiences I have had at a car dealer. Byron and Art, the salesmen, and Eric the sales manager were so attentive, informative and helpful. They met all of my needs and both parties walked away feeling satisfied that the deal was fair for both sides. This is the second car a got there and my last experience was terriffic also.
If you are looking for a place to be treated with respect and actually be valued as a customer, look no further.(unlike Russell Westbrook Alfa where I never seen so much unprofessional behavior from the employees there). From the moment I walked in to the moment I left this place, I felt like a VIP. Freddrick was the very respectful when it came to negotiating and was very reasonable. Nick In finance was honest with us from the front about everything we needed to know. Really smooth process. Definitely coming back here when my lease is over. Don’t waste your time and energy going anywhere else if you went a Alfa Romeo Maserati or Fiat. Great job guys.
Completely terrible experience with lease return. No one cares. Service and sales department don’t communicate at all, blaming on each other. No one came to me while I was waiting 45 min on their parking lot. I love Alfa Romeo, but they dealerships are terrible.
Service department is on point - especially the shop foreman Scott and service advisor Haason. I am always treated with respect and so is my car. They also do a great job of providing regular updates throughout the process.
Poor customer service, I sent two emails asking information on a lease. Never got a reply back or even a phone call. But they have been sending me marketing info non stop, really annoying.
01/07/2021FRAUDAfter being told the dealer changed staff and management I decided to give them another go.My vehicle was brought to them on 2 occasions for rim and tire damage. The dealer was provided the insurance companies details along with the claim number. I was told, on both occasions that the insurance company does not cover said damage. After the second claim denial I contacted my insurance company for clarity and they explained neither claim was ever followed up on by the dealer and the first simply expired. This is legally referenced as INSURANCE FRAUD. In addition to the lie on the claim they insisted I would also need to buy new tires as they cant out mine on new rims due to the wear. I contacted Alfa USA and was directed to another dealer. They called on the claims and the rim damage was fully covered. Additionally, the tires were confirmed to be just fine.My 90 day old Alfa was presented to the dealer as the infotainment screen looses.connection.(infotainment screen displays the Radio climate control and parking sensors). Recognizing the issue they replaced the feature neglecting to activate my Satellite service (not a huge deal but detail matters as fixing that required another service appointment at a dealer that does not provide loaners). The infotainment went out again the following week (the first time I got in the car since the original service) and the vehicle was submitted again for a needed software update. Unfortunately, the next day the system crashed again. The service rep suggested the USB feature is causing the issue and suggested I stop using it. As this was not an acceptable suggestion I requested they fix it. When requesting to speak with management as I am aware the service agent has protocol he needs to follow, the representative would not connect me to management and simply suggested sourcing another dealer.01/07/2021Update; I did give this dealer another chance as I was told they have changed staff and management. I leased an Alfa Romeo Giulia from this company and let me tell you... it was the most draining wasteful experience of my life. This car and company have been the biggest inconvenience in my life. All I needed was a nice vehicle to get me from point a to point b without jolting me forward unexpectedly.. car was a lemon and when I tried to get help from literally anyone at this dealership they essentially spat in my face and tried to just sign me onto another much more expensive lease, instead of fixing the issue with the car in the first place. I experienced the least accommodating service, and an extreme lack of concern from this overall staff. If you need to get an Alfa, first of all dont.. they break down and are unpredictable, but if you must then go to Van Nuys Russel Westbrook. They are a stellar group of people who are genuine and kind, unlike the employees in this location.
Buying/Leasing a new car doesnt have to be a chore anymore! What a great experience! Mauricio responded to my online inquiry through their website. We communicated throughout the day via email and text while I was busy at work. During this time I was able to negotiate a great deal for a Stelvio. I sent my details via email and picked up the car after work that same day. It was a breeze and Mauricio was super friendly, professional, and empathetic. Rare traits for a car salesperson! Mauricio really made the this transaction smooth and a pleasure. Scott in finance was also terrific! They both love their jobs and it shows. Selling exotic Italian sports cars might be the secret to happiness. Consider yourself lucky if you get Mauricio as your salesman. I certainly did. Thanks guys! 5 Stars! the best!

I truly love the great looking aero dynamic design of this automobile right here! It really looks nice especially with the very sleek body style design that Alpha Romeo had came out with so far in the new model for 2017. I think its one great sports car already.

One star is for Toby who found us the realtor discount by seeing our job title on credit application. Andrew the salesperson is terrible. He is supposed to deliver the car today because the car was not ready when we bought it 2 days ago. He did not show up at 10 am as scheduled, I found that they did not go to pick up the car from storage to their dealership until I called at 10:30. Then we rescheduled to 1pm for delivery. At 2:10pm and he was not done showing the features to us,dearlership already sent an uber to pick him up. Why would anybody do that? Shouldnt they wait until we are finished and then call Uber? Worst of all, Andrew did not know about the car. He could not help us to set up the homelink for garage door opener. When asked how to preset the liftgate to a lower position, he said it could not be done. Then we figured out ourselves. After he left, we found one of the key is out of battery. And we read the manual and could not figure out how to preset the automatic side mirror folding. And the key fob is different than Masareti which we owned previously. So we could not figure out how to remotely turn on the car. When I called this morning and complained to general manager, Mark Thomas, he did not apologize for the mishap and rudely asked me when I wanted the car to be delivered since it was available then.

Bought a new Alfa Romeo giulia here from Marzieh and had an excellent experience! It was a super easy process from test drive to sale and I couldn’t be happier with my new Alfa! The whole experience was much more pleasant and seamless than any other car dealership I’ve been to and the entire team is great - extremely friendly and competent. They have continued to be helpful with any questions I have about the car.
This is Hands down the worst Car sales and dealership on earth. I Had ordered parts over thanksgiving and told that they should arrive on the following Monday. I went ahead and paid in full. Come Monday nothing was ready. Wednesday comes still nothing. They provided tracking which reflected the parts had arrived but they still told me that it was not there yet. I also needed service done on my vehicle and called service department which they kept transferring me from one dept to the next. They seemed so unhelpful and incompetent of what they were doing. They told me they would call me back and no one ever called me back. Im lost for words given that there product is so expensive but there service is worst than bubbas auto repair shop. I do not recommend anyone going here for parts service and especially to buy a new vehicle. SMH. Actually the only bright spot was a gentlemen that works the parts counter named James. He seems like the only employee working or competent in the whole dealership. He tried to accommodate my needs the best he could but, but nothing could right the ship heading straight down to the bottom.

The process are higher than the other dealership. Also, the sales staff dont seem to sell a car. They knew Im a serious buyer, but they didnt even care enough to look into their system to search for the car I was looking for.

He took the time to pull inventory from the warehouse to allow me to see the different options available so I could find the right one. He guided me through the process and helped a ton with sorting out the paperwork. Not only does he send a car to pick you up the day you get the car but the guy took me to lunch! When I first got the car Maurcio was incredible, but a different sales representative I was talking to about the Guilia recall and purchasing a new SUV was extremely rude, abrasive, and disrespectful. This brings my review to 1 star. The sales associate I was talking was on 11.28.19 @ 425-440PM. Even if they offered me a loyalty program at this point I dont think I would get another car from them, dont want deal with poor customer service. I recommended this car to a couple of friends and I regret it. Customer service at Benz, BMW, Audi was much better. Really love the car, but at this price if they cant handle their customer service quality how am I suppose to believe in the quality of the car? I really believed in this brand making a come back, not so sure anymore.
Had the worst experience here. Went to this dealership today and walked in with the front desk girl staring at us. Stood there for a minute before I asked her if anyone was here to help and she just pointed outside and said “cars are out there”.. well, sorry! We disturbed your sleep. No one approached us to help, or advised us on anything. There was no other customers there besides me and my husband. We saw two other sales associates appearing too busy typing on their computers to concern themselves with us. I guess we will be taking our business else where, since we are not important enough to be helped.
I had an awesome experience with Chris from the internet sales team. He was so patient with me and made sure I got the car I wanted. He literally went above and beyond to get me a car all the way from San Diego. Couldnt be happier with his service. Anyone else in his shoes dealing with a picky guy like me would have called it quits after a few hours lol. Great job guys. A++!
