Ive been a customer of Stokes for a number of years, and the service and professionalism is always outstanding. Ive had tire replacements, fixes and even a wheel replacement when who-knows-what got under my car on the 405. The team there always provides great service and the prices are fair and honest. Great service! Had a flat tire that I needed to get fixed. Spoke with Rob on the phone who was able to get me in the same day for service. Turned out we couldnt save the tire so they ordered me a new tire that was ready the very next day. They were professional, kind, fast and easy to work with. I called at 830 am, Rob answered the phone and told me to bring it in as soon as possible and he would have my issue taken care of. He greeted me when I got there and took care of me the whole time, calling with updates as the day went on. By 3 pm same day my car was ready and I was out the door. The Stokes team is absolutely amazing! I came in and dropped off my car because one of the tires kept losing pressure. After an hour or so Brian from Stokes called me and told me what was going on. He was very friendly and super knowledgable. When I came in to pick up my car he showed me the tire they had replaced and explained exactly what had happened to it. Everything took about 3 hours total, and Im super thankful to the Stokes team! 10/10 would recommend.

I called Stokes tire the day after thanksgiving because they had great reviews and they were one of the only places open. I called in, asked if they had time snd they said yes! I also asked if they were lowered car friendly and said if I can get onto their ramp yes.Well guess what! I showed up and immediately the tech started doubting my wheel specs saying I’m too low for these wheels (when I know it’s not true because I’ve seen cars lower than mine with the same exact spec). He then made some excuse about how he doesn’t have the zip ties he would need to align my car and when I offered to go buy zip ties he said these are special and heavy duty. Long story short, If you don’t have zip ties needed to align a Lowered car why schedule me. They seem like a good shop however if they don’t want to do something they’ll find an excuse and that for me is bad customer service.

They may not have discount in their name but their prices are as good as anywhere if not better and their service is first class - not an easy combination to find. I know its only tires, but it made my day dealing with them. They keep your records so they know what tires you need and if they dont have them they order them quickly and communicate with you. Im not going anywhere else for tires again. And I almost never take the time to write reviews!

You wont find a top notch team like this in many places. Ive worked on my cars my entire life. Ive worked in a dealership. Ive been a designer with a manufacturer. Ive worked on race cars and been to race shops, too. Ive been to a ton of garages on both coasts over the years, from Wal-Marts to Ferrari dealers, and Ive always researched them beforehand. Only a handful are shops I consider to be top tier shops, and Stokes is one of them. They run a tight ship and know what theyre doing. Professional and trustworthy with many lifetime customers. That is no small feat in a tough city like LA!

Ron was amazing to work with! I discovered I had a flat tire and had roadside assistance tow my car to their establishment. I never went into the location personally, but Ron communicated with me over the phone and was very kind and personal, and made me feel as if I was one of their best customers. They did not have the part I needed for my car at their location but kept my vehicle overnight and by 10am the next day my car was ready to be picked up. He even called when I hadnt picked up my car by the time they closed (2pm on Saturday) but worked with me to ensure I would be able to pick up my car that day, all I had to do was pay over the phone. Ron you were amazing, thank you for putting a smile on my face!!

Really friendly staff and very quick service. I brought my car in without appointment and they were able to change the tires, check alignment all under 3 hours. They even put my spare back in the trunk and put away the jack and tools in all the right compartments.

The first time I went there was in 2005 after I bought my new INFINITI. I got a nail in the tire after driving off the lot and they fixed it for free. I have been a dedicated customer ever since.

This place is great and the gentlemen always take good care of my car. They make suggestions about maintenance but always tell the truth about what is necessary. I always go to stokes for tires, tune-ups, and maintenance. And when they cant do something they make a suggestion about where to have it done. I highly recommend Stokes!

STOKED by STOKES!I had four new tires installed on my 95 Camry in Dec 2013. I also had a complete alignment done to correct some wobbles. Ramon - Stokes star alignment guy worked on my car, but couldnt get the adjusting nuts loose. He sprayed the nuts with a special oil and told me to bring the car back the next day which I did. Ramon was able to complete the alignment. - Good service.Over the last five months I noticed the car was always pulling slightly to the right, so six months (June 14) and over 5,000 miles later I brought the car back for a tire rotation. I tried the car again after the rotation, but there was still a slight right pull.I spoke to Ramon and to Manager, Jack Martz, who agreed to put the car up on the alignment rack. When I returned an hour later, Ramon said it was a caster adjustment, and when I tried the car the direction was perfect! AND no charge. Thats Outstanding Service!I highly recommend Stokes for your tire needs.

I love these guys. Theyre always honest and helpful, and I trust what they tell me. They even got Michelin Super Sports installed on my Vette for basically the same price as it would have cost me to order and ship, then get installed, from a certain well-known online discount tire retailer.Especially recommended for performance cars, since they have people on staff with lots of track experience. These guys clearly love cars, they dont just want your money.

I came in to Stokes after BMW next door wanted to charge me $600 for a new tire and rim because of a nail in my tire.From the moment I walked in I have truly never felt more comfortable in any sort of car repair or service shop. Ron helped me check in at the front desk and was incredibly friendly and straightforward throughtout the entire experience!He told me 30-45 minutes and I was back in my car in 25. $35 for the repair service.I was definitely not expecting to have such an outstanding experience anywhere but I will definitely return to stokes for any other issues I may have in the future!

Been here a few times. They were recomended to me for doing a very good job on sports car wheel alignment. Had them put new back tires on and rebalanced and realigned. It cost some money but it drives like a new car now.

We waited over 3 hours and they never even did the work promised.claimed that they could not get the security lugs off of the tires because no key but the key was clearly in the center console, which was pointed out to the service rep. COMPLETE waste of time and they also were going to charge us a HIGH PREMIUM for a job that never happened. we used to bring our cars here but now we go to Pacific Coast Tire down the street... CHEAPER, FASTER and honest about what they do to your car.

When you explain what you are looking for and are told that we will get back to you immediately on that estimate, you would expect a call within 10 mins, regardless of how much the phone is ringing.It seems that Jack is the only guy taking calls, creating estimates and taking grief from callers expecting things to move along faster than Stoke Tire Service can provide, at the minute. Perhaps the management could see that this type of service is counter productive to what they are trying to do. Jack, you are a very up front and honest guy, thanks for being so gracious. I would add one bit of advice, do not tell people you will get right back to them, put a time on it, even if it is an hour, at least thats being realistic.Thanks Jack, you are an extremely helpful person.

Incredibly knowledgable and honest people. I had a land rover specialist tell me to bring the vehicle to a tire store for new tires to cure a steering issue. Ron said not to bother buying tires and to direct my mechanic to replace the steering gearbox. Ron was right!! Saved me from wasting $1k.

The service was great. I thought I had a flat tyre but in the end they only found out that it was just because I didnt add air to the tyre for too long. Didnt really charge me for that .

Pricing scammers. $900+ dollars quote for parts and labor. I already ordered the parts online for $120, but they havent arrived yet.This guy says one of the parts alone is $300, and I need two of them.They could have just said they werent interested in doing the job.

Came In for a patch on a tire with only 20k miles was told to buy new tire. No options I payed $130 and almost 2 hours...
