I spent 4 weeks trying to get work done on my classic car. I was told to bring my car in twice, both times I was turned around because the auto-body guy was on vacation. I’ve been patient and done everything I was asked and 4 weeks later I still haven’t gotten an appointment or even spoken with the body shop mechanic. A horrible way to treat customers.
