As a former NMS tenant I can say my experience living in one of their buildings has been overwhelmingly positive. They are professional and timely in all their dealings.

One of the best apartment buildings in santa monica! They have great lease specials so when we toured this morning we knew it was the right fit.

Recently had the pleasure of touring this property. Gloria, the manager is awesome! She took such great care of us and also takes great care of the property. Beautiful, clean and unique floorplans in a great part of Santa Monica. Cant wait to call Santa Monica Apartments home!
