Lived here for exactly a year, no better location, the building is super safe, super clean, and the staff is very respectful of privacy. And Daniel at the main office is the man! He was super helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend NMS 1539!

Ive lived here for the past 2 years and I would highly recommend It to any prospective Santa Monica resident.NMS 1539 is just seven short blocks from the beach and surrounded by some of the best restaurants and shopping. I couldnt imagine a better place to live in Downtown Santa Monica.Apartment units: Beautiful hardwood floors, modern appliances, high ceilings, large windows and private balconies. I cant say enough about the amazing management staff at NMS.

Every interaction Ive had with the good peeps at NMS has been stellar. Ive had very few problems with my apartment, but just recently when one came up it was address immediately and with the utmost professionalism.

This place is well-kept with a really friendly management team. I moved here thinking that it would be pretty loud, but its actually not too bad at all. I wake up and surf at 6AM everyday. Cant put a price on that.

I recently had family visit from out of the country and they were very impressed with my apartment, how clean the building was, and how nice everything in the surrounding areas was. They loved Santa Monica as well.

I love living here. It gets a bit busy during tourist season, but once Fall hits, Santa Monica becomes much quieter.
