Not only the building and apartments are excellent with breathtaking views but most importantly the Staff from Sales, Front Desk, Maintenance, Valet and Guest Services exceed my expectations and go beyond to provide each resident with a fantastic experience.

We are new residents (just 6 weeks) and we absolutely love it here. From the valet parkers to the front desk workers to the maintenance staff -- we are made to feel at home and well cared for. We cant wait for COVID-19 to be over so we can enjoy all of the amenities and services. In the meantime, the thorough efforts of all the staff to keep us safe and healthy are much appreciated.

I want to start off by saying I’m extremely unsatisfied with the service at 1221 Ocean. I been living here for almost a year and things just never get fixed around here in the apartment I’m living in . All they want from me is to sign a lease and get more money from me . The location speaks for its self but the service from the management is beyond horrific. How many times are you supposed to mention a problem to the manager ? PATHETIC. I can’t wait to get out of here !!!

I LIVED HERE FOR 25 YEARS. IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE! THE CONCIERGE DESK WITH CONNIE, DION, AND TONY WERE SUPER ALONG WITH LANCE IN PARKING .ALL ARE THE ABSOLUTE TOP NOTCH PEOPLE! IT WAS A JOY!
