Their apartments are stunning! We saw 2 buildings in the DTSM area and we loved both of them. Worse part was deciding which apartment we liked more as they were priced about the same.

Really nice building I used to live down the street from. They did a nice job remodeling the apartments. Looks much better than before.

I love living at AD Santa Monica Apartments, while also enjoying the fresh sea breeze, warm sunny days and cool summer nights.

Management and Staff are easy to work with, building is well kept and build quality is good. Few repairs that were required were completed in a timely manner.

Great place to live, everyone who works there are super nice.
