He was willing to help us find tenants, constantly checking the progress, and make sure all paperwork has been done before closing the listing from the website. They bought west side rentals which was amazing now they suck in every way possible!The response time is 3 days late, no sign after pending for days, no answer from the phone number and it took a representative 3 days to get back with info. The sight us clumsy deleting info, people lazy, really the complete opposite of how WSR operated. Be warned they suck!

Bedspot Warning: Avoid the bedspots with MilUnity Housing at 851 W 56th St. and 1452 E 23rd St.The lessor strongly insisted that I watch him vacuum the carpet and refused to conduct the bedspot viewing until I sat down and watched him. He just stood there in shock when I yelled at him that I wasnt there to watch him vacuum. Crazy fetish...
