This is a great complex to live in. Right by the ocean, pier, and promenade. Valet parking is a plus and all valet attendants are super friendly. Leasing staff and management are friendly and helpful as well. My only complaint is how slow the elevators are. Frequently one of the two is not working and you may wait a very long time to catch it. The apartments aren’t brand new, the have no AC, dishwasher, or laundry in units (community laundry is in the basement). You are definitely paying for location, but you can’t beat the location at the price in Santa Monica.

AWFUL. Absolutely one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. Tried to get me to pay 4,000 and put out on my collections and debt. Only good part is the janitorial staff who were so friendly but clearly overworked and understaffed

I toured several apartments with Asia. She was extremely professional and friendly. The location is really nice, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Some of the units have ocean view, a few with balconies. After touring this community, l decided to hold an apartment. However, l changed my mind because the property is really old. Even though they have valet parking, l was surprised that they don’t have a doorman or accept packages for guests. If this building gets renovated, l would love to rent an apartment.

I love living here, its an amazing location with the best LA view! The management team is extremely friendly, especially Aisia and Leon. The rent is also very reasonable, considering youre directly across from the Santa Monica pier.

I did not end up renting a place here, but felt obligated to write a review because I had a great experience with Matthew. He was very helpful, honest, and professional!

Yes, the old rickety elevators are a problem. Yes, charging guests for parking is not ideal. However, everything else about this apartment complex is great, particularly the service of the property management, maintenance, and valet staff. The price is more than fair for the location, which youll be very hard-pressed to beat. Neighbors are generally friendly as well. Highly recommend!

The location is great! Building is a bit old, but the trade off is that its way cheaper than other building in Santa Monica. The issue is with the rental office staff. The manager Cheryl is confrontational with an unfriendly attitude. The rest of the staff is mostly cold and unfriendly as well. As soon as they get your signature on a lease forget about any warmth after that. I hope management replaces all of them SOON!And yes, I too will change my review to 4-5 stars once they change office staff!

Love. Love. Love living here. The Leasing Agents - Sahar and Kathy - are tremendously professional and efficient.There is not a bad experience I have had while living here.The views are just spectacular...best in all of Los Angeles!

Whoever is rating this place 5 stars must be from LA and used to OLD AF apartments at top dollar.Expensive boxes with NO: AC, DISHWASHER, WASHER DRYER.
