You can’t get a better location than this. The Metro is only a block away.The security is also very tight. Although you need a special fob to get through security doors.

I toured santa Monica Apartments all day yesterday, and couldnt find anything that checked off all my wishlist items. Im so happy I ended up stopping by here, the building is lovely and had everything I was looking for. Maria helped me, and even though it was towards the end of the workday day she was so energetic and lovely to tour with, I really appreciated it!When it comes to looking for a new apartment, there are lots of things to keep in mind while touring. Is the apartment safe? What features and amenities are included? Does the unit have washer/dryer hookups or is there an on-site laundry facility? Are pets allowed here?I loved this apartments with more luxury features than most than I had previously seen.

I recently was able to view this property and I was impressed by its beauty as well as the professionalism of the staff. Great location and walking distance to everything. You have to check it out.
