I have only moved in 2 weeks ago but so far it has been amazing!! The staff is so professional, friendly and helpful. The location of the building and the amenities are outstanding. This is definitely one of the best places in Santa Monica!

I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in multiple areas, this apartment along with the staff easily the best I have come across. Amenities and overall style of apartments are very nice.

NMS owned AirBnb was the worst lodging experience of my life. Countless issues and they won’t refund my stay. 48 night stay, offered a 2 night refund. I don’t want to waste any more time with describing the issues, absolutely awful
Great managers, maintenance shows up relatively quick. If youre looking for an apartment in Santa monica or Los Angeles this company has something that will fit your criteria for sure. Ive been living at their building on 6th st for 2 years now and my only complaint is the increase in homeless people in the area (not something i expect the managers to do anything about). I was excited to finally move to an apartment in LA and contacted these guys to help me find a good deal. However, they are very slow when it comes to giving feedback and seemed that they dont care for any inquiries. I tried contacting them many times but still failed to get an update. i am very disappointed with their kind of service and I am currently looking for other alternatives.
The employees here are trained to lie. They even lie in city documents. Its so unethical and yet they are not caught by the authorities.
Poor customer support and rude staff. I tried calling them to get help in finding me a good deal for an apartment but I wasnt able to get the help that I expected to get from them. I didnt pushed through in getting their services.
This company is a mess. Management is messy and disorganized. It seems like the managers here have no idea how to properly run the company. Also, employee morale is always low because employees see how incompetent management is. This also means that you wont learn anything here, and you work here will probably only have a minimal positive impact on your growth.
This company has the rudest staff. I was inquiring about the apartment that I was interested to get but I changed my mind. I was disappointed with the kind of treatment I got from their rude and unprofessional staff. He probably doesnt love his job and gives off that negative vibe. I dont recommend them at all.
The employees exaggerate about the properties. It didnt happen once or twice, but many times. It was frustrating and annoying.

Theyve got a lot of requirements and the processing can be tedious. Their apartment are very expensive to say the least.
Living under construction at Wilshire Margot for months with beyond loud noises and dust to breathe is dangerous for health reasons and no end sight. No answers when done except “sorry”. Bad business model.
I really think that the concierge service should be available all the time. I am willing to pay extra for it because it gets embarrassing when guests arrive and they see packages lying there.
