Isa and the team at Vintage have been so friendly and helpful. I landed from the UK on Tuesday, saw the apartment on Thursday, accepted on Friday and moved in on Sunday. The guys there made it so easy and were so helpful. I expected finding my new home to be pretty stressful but thanks to the staff here it was so easy. Thank you, guys!

Most friendly residential community around. Main office, maintenance, and full staff could not be more friendly and amenable. Truthfully, the best living situation Ive had the pleasure to experience. Turned my house into a happy home. Highly recommend experiencing it for yourself.Stay Blessed

Absolutely love living here. From the front desk (especially Isa who was there for us every step of the way moving in) to the best maintenance crew I have ever dealt with, this is hands down the best place to live in Santa Monica! EDIT: new management

I have had a pretty awful experience at 425 Broadway which is a shame I thought this was going to be my best apartment experience when I moved in. Note that I moved here after living in a rough area in San Francisco called the Tenderloin in a tiny studio that must have been a hundred years old with no on staff team and I didnt have nearly any of the issues that I have had at this apartment. Im paying a couple thousand more a month in rent as well which makes this experience dreadful.1. Termites in the kitchen light appeared 8 months into my lease. I believe there is a larger termite problem. This was the straw that broke the camels back for me.2. I have had Spectrum to my apartment 20+ times this year. The internet connection is awful and there still hasnt been an explanation or solution.3. My mail frequently goes to the wrong mail box or I receive mail from another tennant in the neighboring apartment. I have brought this issue up several times without any solution.4. The washing machine is awful it does not wash clothes at all.5. There is a frequent banging noise in the light fixture when someone walks in the apartment above me regardless of how hard they are walking. After staff tightened the screws this still continued.6. There is no disposal in the sink. I have had the sink clogged on me multiple times requiring maintenance. Same goes for the shower curtain.7. There isnt really a sense of community at all in the building. The pool and hot tub are usually pretty dead so dont expect this to be a place to meet people socially.8. There is no main light in the bedroom only an outlet for a lamp.The only thing I will miss about this place is the fountain.I highly recommend that you look else where if youre looking for a luxury apartment in Santa Monica.

The professionalism and attention to detail is impressive. Baltazar was efficient and succinct in communicating all the relevant information for my move in. Moving can be stressful but this was the easiest move ever. Grateful!

Where to begin!From the start moving from Jackson, Wyoming to Santa Monica the team has made sure it has been nothing but smooth! The leasing office with Veronica and Baltazar knew most answers and the few deep questions found out the answers immediately and got back that same day!! Upon arriving I popped my tire on their gate, looking like a fool and damaging a rental car and their property! COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDING of the situation and me bieng honest nobody was mad! Instead they assisted in bringing the luggage to the new home while their lead Tech Ken Zepeda helped me jack and change out a tire! (Keep in mind this man manages three properties for this company and took the 35min to help me change out a tire) not a lot of people from NY or WY would ever do that!! His second in command Tony Duran is the friendliest of men working within the company! Always asking about your day, if you need anything when passing him, or just trying to get you to laugh! Ask about his day because a man who takes care of residents always enjoy some nice conversation!I now see why people have been with them for 7, 11, and 13 years!
