I like their apartments. We toured the penthouse at 1548 Sixth street which had insane views of all of Santa Monica.

Value! SM is expensive and unaffordable without their team :D

My best friend and I moved here recently, we stayed in a one bedroom then moved to a two-bedroom and we love our apartment! The staff has been very helpful and friendly and make sure we are satisfied. The apartments are nice and so is the area, the pool and gym are also great. I recommend this place! We love it so far.

Close to shops and restaurants in downtown Santa Monica. Washer and dryer in unit. Walk in closets.The maintenance guys that come and do repairs are quick, friendly, and helpful.
