Service was okay but the prices were better

Your ladies on the weekends are very rude and lazy. I want to iron my pants they always tell me they can’t do it and to come the next day instead of letting me leave them off with them so that it can get taken care of. The lady that you have Monday to Thursday she’s awesome! But the ladies you have on the weekend are horrible!

Pleasant experience, went in the evening and only 3 other launderers there. Everyone was wearing a mask and location has plenty of parking. Its coin operated which I prefer over the cards you load which dont make sense if youre passing through town. Also liked that they have vending machines with cokes and candy as well as restrooms. Attendant is present which I appreciate.

Perfectly serviceable laundromat. Several of the machines were out of order, but 1) they have tons of options and 2) they were all clearly marked. Prices were reasonable and the machine instructions were simple to follow. All in all, a good choice.

Took me an hour or more just to start washing. Machines would not take bills and everything is out dated. Think Ill stick to the laundry mat with reloadable cards!

I’ve been dropping my laundry off there for 6 months & they did a good job.Ever other time I went in there they had a different price for blankets. Most of the time they just threw them in with the rest of my cloths bc they are throws not full sized blankets.Today I came in with a large amt of laundry. “That’s going to be expensive”. Yes, I know... I’ve been out of town. “Well I only weigh sheets & towels. The blankets are extra”. I walked out. I’m over it. Do you want my business or not? It doesn’t feel like it!!I’m happy to pay what’s fair... please be consistent, be nice & mind your own business. Also, if I bring my laundry in a laundry bag I expect it back!

No! Washers are set to barely get your clothes wet. Dryers don’t, even for an hour on the highest setting, couldn’t dry a single bath towel. Stay away! Coin machines can’t dispense accurately. There’s no reason to use this laundromat. They know the wash machines are all set to not use enough water and THEY use vinegar in between cycles to keep their machines barely running

One thing lead to another. And I found my self trying to figure out where the best and more convenient Laundromate would be in Santa fe, New Mexico. I went to the one on Airport Rd. I got in, got done and out in 1 hour. It was very painless! And i would recommend it to anybody*

We are traveling in our RV and staying at a state park. We just picked a random laundromat off Google maps and ended up here. Its a somewhat sketchy hood and every person washing was a single guy who looked like hed seen happier days. It costs a min of $2.75 to wash and $1.50 to dry and we needed to add coins to that. Accepts cash only and had to drive up the street to an atm because none of the shops in the strip mall had an atm or offered cash back with a purchase. Its basic and does the job but I will avoid in the future, especially as a single woman.

Very clean & friendly service

Santa Fe laundry was over busy nobody was wearing masks not even the attendant. I was so afraid that I was going to get covid-19. I said out of my car most of the time. I noticed that the gaskets around the seals have not been cleaned out and its kind of disgusting because of smells. I think he needs the owner needs to get on his attendance to start cleaning those machines when theyre empty with bleach.

Owner really needs to fix dryers.. all of them .just because they turn on doesnt mean they heat properly .Used to be one of favorite laundro mats. Its really gone down hill. ☹️

I had to go to a laundry because my machine at home is broken. Lovely staff, HUGE dryers and not overly crowded.

This place is always clean, the staff is generally helpful and friendly, and unlike many laundromats most of the machines work. There is an abundance of carts to move your laundry and hang up your clothes. And oddly, I always found the music playing to be pretty enjoyable. It was usually 80s and 90s pop and light rock, so perhaps not for everyone, but I liked it. They have two TVs, one on CNN and anotherin the back showing childrens programming.

So I usually come here when needed (washing machine broke or oversized load) but tonight I went to the bathroom and there was a cockroach in the corner just staring at me while I sat on the pot also Im usually able to walk across the street to the food truck get food and come back after 8 p.m. this time I was unable to leave there was two young girls running the place who didnt know much about it who didnt wipe down the machines verywere being rude and dancing in the corner I tried to ask for the key for the bathroom and they were there talking to some boys flirting instead of giving me customer service I wanted to walk to my car to put away soap so I didnt have much to carry when I left being that I had four machines full and two children and they told me that I had to be locked in there if I left they were not going to open the door for me again yet last Saturday I was able to go get food go to the little market comeback go get a soda come back all after 8 p.m. I will never come here again

This establishment is ok. I had to stop by and wash a oversized comforter cost me about $7 to wash and dry. Id go back if needed

Staff was rude, place was dirty, have to ask for a key to potty, expensive and weak washers. Will not be back, in fact Im taking what I havent put in elsewhere even tho its a further drive.

This is a really clean, friendly, easy place to get laundry done, either coin-op or Wash & Fold service. Love them.

This looks like the closest laundry mat to my brothers house off of cenagia and 14 Ill hopefully be moving from Albuquerque to Santa fe next year in September

I absolutely recommend Wash Tub over Santa Fe laundry it is not run well its not clean Ive gotten poor service theyre dropping off my laundry one time I came back with literally like 7 items missing and important expensive items to suspiciously enough I will never go there again
